From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once you step inside the ambiance is so cozy, it's just like a warm welcome. The staff is all really nice and we didn't wait at all to be seated, even without a reservation. I decided to spoil myself for breakfast and got the orange juice and the grande bouche. The French toast was so fluffy and delicious! They had the perfect amount of cinnamon, a definite must if you're a fan of French toast! The bacon was equally delicious. So full of flavor and just the right texture for the perfect amount of chewy and tough! Enjoy this place if you happen to be in Liverpool and in need of breakfast.

Hilarious!!! Travel all the way to Liverpool just to have Canadian/State style breakfast, shame on us! But this place is SUPER popular. The only seating was outside and the weather was not the greatest. I was excited for hot tea only to be served lukewarm tea. It was like pulling teeth to request more water. My avocado toast was ok however, again, everything was cold... a fresh hot fried egg over medium is what I ordered... a cold through and through sunny side up egg is what I got... I will never claim you will get better service everywhere in Canada or the States but this was odd

When I see fluffy American pancakes on a menu I turn into a variation of the cookie monster and just have to order them and devour them. Add bacon and Maple syrup and Moose is heavenly. Or choose berries , Nutella (if your crazy) or anything else if that's your thing. Yes I had to wait 30 mins for a table, but it was worth it. Great coffee too, very attentive charming staff (apart from the table manager man who was a bit short tempered with a few people) but definitely recommended. They probably do other brunch things too, but me and most other customers didn't see past 'Pancakes' on the menu. Paaaaan-cakes!!!

    Waffles for breakfast :)

Amazing new coffee chain in Liverpool and Manchester, my friend from university raves about this place so I knew I had to try it. Quite a small cafe, where people often queue to get in because it's so popular. There is a great selection of food, cakes and drinks. I think the style is American so there are waffles and pancakes and plenty of things for breakfast. I had the waffles with ice cream and they were delicious! I tried to finish but was defeated by the filling food so maybe next time! I love the moose themed items you can buy and I will definitely go again. Lovely new place that's opening more cafes all the time.

Went to moose coffee with my daughter, we had booked in advance with COVID. When we arrived we were seated straight away, and then told we had to sit in different positions due to COVID. The waiters were quick offering drinks, I had the special which was a chocolate orange latte. This was nice. We then ordered food, which came out within 10 mins which was good, only thing was it was the wrong order. We told the waiter who corrected the error. We ordered the bronx lunch which I thought would resemble a traditional English breakfast. It wasn't it was like bubble and skweek with2 eggs on top. But it was nice, but not really what I wanted. What I found unusual was when we where finished the waiter came over to the table pick my daughters phone up and looked at the screen with no reason. This would have been a nice brunch if not for that one thing.

My friend and I were visiting from scotland and noticed this place on yelp! Absolutely stunning good and atmosphere. This place really reminded me of Berlin. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, fresh and very appetising! The coffee and fresh mint tea is worth going for even if you aren't eating. The decor is fabulous- very quirky, imaginative and cool! Overall if you're in Liverpool this place is a must. My friend and I ended up sitting in there for hours and no I am craving to go back again today it was just so good!!!

What a great find! We found this by accident on the way back from an average dinner elsewhere, and vowed to stop in next day. We missed breakfast, but had a late lunch - Reuben bagel for Mr B and waffles and ice cream for me. The waitress was delightful and funny, it was cosy out of the rain and the food was delicious. We tried to come back for breakfast next day but forgot it was Easter Sunday and alas, they were closed. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Liverpool!

WOHOO! My parents and I when there to get some big breakfast before going to the beatles tour and we love it! The place was full so we had to wait a bit ( about 10 min) to get a table. The service was good, fast and very nice! the waitress was lovely to us. My mom and I got tea and my dad a delicious hot chocolate! they bring you a hot milk and a spoon with chocolate on it so you can make it your own which is very nice. we got smoked moose - smoked salmon with eggs and a toast New York breakfast - beagles, ham and eggs pancake - with butter and syrup it was all delicious! and the price is fair.

One small step for moose. One giant leap for brunch kind ;)

Very elegant and refined cafe. What it lacks in space it more than makes up for with moose themed charm and extensive menu! I especially recommend the moose Steak Sandwich and especially dime bar milkshake. Such richness for a brunch will keep you more than filled up until way past teatime! Basically this place is a-moosing (sorry)

Right downtown Liverpool, near just about everything, and just a few blocks from River Mersey. We walked here after the actual wedding down the street at City Hall, which was perfect. I learned while there that this building is a former bank. It's since been polished with fresh flooring, pendant lights, light paint colors and an overall airy-feel. Even after all of the wedding reception dinner tables were put out, there was still plenty of space to hang out and mingle. Off to the far-side is a full service bar as well, and let me tell ya they make dang good espresso martinis (which I needed for the jet lag)! You'll find bathrooms tucked downstairs and they are oh so cute, with fun and colorful decor. You can tell photo-ops happen there :) But the real treat of it all is the rooftop with stunning view of River Mersey and the city skyline. Sounds like they do afternoon tea (how English of them, lol!) and plenty of other events here too!

I'd move to Liverpool just for this place…read more On our last day, only an hour or two before heading to the airport, we figured we had to end our little trip with a typical British Afternoon Tea. Something that had been on my wish list for years, and Oh Me Oh My seemed to be the best spot. With teas from Liverpool-based Leaf and the pretty atmosphere we already experienced when being in the building the day before, this was a definite hit. We payed £ 16 p.p. for afternoon tea, with as much different tea as we wanted and lots of different tasty goods - both sweet and salty. It's also possible to add prosecco for I thought £ 4. What we ate? Sandwiches (with hummus - instead of salmon, egg and cream cheese), toast, scones with jam and clotted cream, brownie, lemon cake and crème brûlée with shortbread. More than enough for a proper lunch - we enjoyed every single bit, but absolutely had enough. Oh Me Oh My - the perfect afternoon tea (or lunch)-place.

It was absolutely chock full of very happy looking customers and there was a whole lovely new back room that I'm pretty sure wasn't there last time I was. The service was speedy despite the long queue and the staff friendly despite how busy they clearly were. The decor is lovely, my favourite elements being the giant chandelier and the vintage piano. The atmosphere was really pleasant; the overall vibe of the place manages to convey cool classiness and warmth at the same time. Although the bread of the mozzarella and chorizo panino I ordered was a little floppy and the chorizo a bit a bit too chewy it was tasty nevertheless and the tea I ordered was just right (and with me being such a tea fan you don't often hear me say that!). The cakes looked delicious as well...wish I'd had room for a slice! Will definitely be saving space for the chocolate and Guiness next time! I'm very glad I've rediscovered this hidden gem above Lord Street and will definitely not be leaving so long till my next visit this time.

At the 'other end' of the street, it felt like a long walk to get there (especially with a growing hunger after a few drinks the night before) but as soon as we found it we knew we'd made the right choice. The location almost feels like a cul-de-sac, with a dog grooming salon next door and plenty of prams being pushed past. This meant it was a more relaxed vibe than elsewhere, and we easily got a table for two in the sunny window. There is a mezzanine level also, but no table service, which is worth considering if you or someone in your party struggles with stairs. The menu is on a blackboard, with changing specials, and plenty of proper coffee and tea on offer. Orders are taken at the small bar and processed in the same spot, meaning service isn't the quickest, but we were in no rush and everything was done with a smile. I went simple with a cheese and ham croissant, served warm, and a cup of tea. Josh's sandwich was much more substantial and it's fair to say I had food envy; mixed beans, peppers and aubergine on fresh wholemeal bread. Needless to say, with this delicious food and sunny window spot, we didn't really want to move! In no rush, we also shared a chocolate chip shortbread as we finished our drinks.
