Chuy- one of their exterminators- came over today and went absolutely above and beyond with his service. As he didn't have time to wait, he actually came back at the end of his shift to help me put everything back! Truly out of his way. Thank you Chuy and Gladiator!

He's professional, kind, and really attentive to detail. He takes care of all the spider webs, general pests, and most importantly, our ongoing mosquito issue. Jose and the team have been incredibly responsive--coming out multiple times when the first treatment didn't seem to fully work. They've shown real dedication to helping us get the situation under control, which I really appreciate. It's rare to find a company that's this consistent and genuinely cares about their customers' comfort and health. Highly recommend Gladiator Pest Control and especially Jose for anyone dealing with stubborn pests. Hoping our mosquito troubles will be over soon.

Immediately happy with their rates and the reviews regarding their service and quality as they were available on the weekend, which made it easier for us to accommodate and be around in case. The value comes at the immediate resolution you get as you'll see results within a day. For the rodent care, they revisited the house to check the traps for a couple of weeks after first service and for the ants, came back when I called and informed them I had a small resurgence of those pesky critters. 10/10 all around from reception on the phone to meeting the techs in person.

When I moved into my new home, I found the outside of the house was littered with all sorts of…read morespiders, including brown widows. I also noticed there were a lot of droppings, which turned out to be rat feces. After contacting multiple pest control vendors in order to take care of the pest infestations, I found Pasadena Pest Control to be the most transparent in pricing, as well as one of the most detailed on what exactly each type of service would consist of. Looking at their website, I had a feeling this company would probably provide excellent services, as it is well laid out and full of information. It includes general information on pests and of course the services they provide to combat them. I opted for their insect service, as well as their rodent service. Karrie did and has been doing a great job communicating with me and scheduling my services. Erik who's been the one conducting the pest control service itself, has been great and has been doing an awesome job. For the rodent service(s), he pointed to and showed me vulnerable spots around my home (including going on the roof) that could lead to a rodent intrusion. After his inspection, he provided a comprehensive and detailed report on what would need to be done to eliminate the infestation. As for the insect service, he also didn't mind answering many of my questions on what I can do myself to help prevent or at least mitigate future infestations. After a few weeks, I've noticed much less rat droppings. One spot that had the biggest rat feces has none after his service. I also haven't seen a brown widow since he sprayed the exterior of my home. And finally, every crawling insect I've seen inside my home since the spraying has been found dead, which means the spray is working. I highly recommend Pasadena Pest Control if you're looking for a pest control service. Thank you Pasadena Pest!

Good businesses communicate pricing upfront and obtain customer approval before billing. After disputing the charge, I was threatened with having the account reported to collections and negatively affecting my credit. I believe customers deserve transparency, clear communication, and proof of services before being billed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

A week later, Tony and his father came to replace the damaged wood and perform the chemical treatment. They did an excellent job with everything--the wood repairs, painting, and termite treatment were all done very carefully. They also cleaned up all the dust and debris afterward, so we didn't have to clean up anything ourselves. Great work, reasonable pricing, and very professional service. I would definitely recommend them!
