I contacted Accuracy Plus on behalf of a client as we were in need of a Termite Inspection to complete a refinance on the property. As this was a time sensitive issue I needed someone out quickly. When contacted the personnel were very friendly and accommodating as they were able to have the inspection completed the next day, as well as provide a copy of the report on Monday (which was the inspectors day off by the way). They did not need to provide it on that Monday but they understood our time frame and went out of their way to make sure it was completed. Unfortunately when we received the report we found out that there was an infestation in the garage area. Thinking we are not going to be able to make our time frame because of the repairs required, again Accuracy Plus came through. They provided 2 quotes for the repairs required, when I called to schedule the repairs they informed my that they could get started in less than 48 hours and that it would take about 8 hours to complete. Pleasantly surprised we set up the work and Jose and his worker arrived on time, were very professional, cordial, and was a quick worker. He and is partner were able to knock out the job in under the 8 hour time frame mentioned and also made our clients happy with the level of workmanship done and being very personable. With the clients happy with the service it lifted a burden off of my shoulders as I was the one responsible for scheduling them in the first place and Accuracy Plus did everything they could to make sure I and my clients were not let down. Would and will recommend them again if and when their services are needed. Great job, Thank you so much for the help and Thank you for taking care of a Disabled Veteran! read more

I had a treatment done about 8 months ago and after seeing some termite droppings I have been trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with the company for the last 3-4 weeks. So far not one returned phonecall or email so I guess the "warranty" they provide is worthless and the quality of work substandard. Waste of time and money... read more

My cousin Lily needed a termite control service at her house. She was very busy with her work. So she asked my help to find an exterminator in Los Angeles. I knew Accuracy Plus serves in Los Angeles area. So, I called Accuracy Plus to set up an appointment to get an estimate. I called the office, the schedule was set up right away. The staff of Accuracy Plus is always responsive, communicative and very professional. They did a great job treating termites and cleaned the property at her house. My cousin was very happy and stress-free. She told me she would be calling Accuracy Plus to get a termite management annual service . She was so pleased that she already recommended them to her another friend for extermination need. Joe (the technician) was very polite, humble and easy to work with! read more

Have been trying to call them and no one is picking up the phone . I recommend everyone who has been ripped off call the BBB to address this and try to rectify how we can collect our money ! read more

Let me start out with this little detail. I may not be handy or have the skills to do these things myself, therefore I hire "professionals" like Accuracy to assist me. But in this day and age, there's a Youtube video for everything. Go watch a video, learn it, and do it yourself. Nowadays you can only trust yourself to treat your property with respect. 1 Star, because it's mandatory. +1 more star because Ana was super patient in dealing with the little (not so little) mishap that happened with our termite case. If not for Ana's patience and apologetic words, I'd move it back to 1 star and request that 0 stars be available in the future. Pros: Yes, they were fast. Got in and out within 1-2 hours for a housing area of 12 units although they only had to go into 2 units to spray the attics. Cons: Where do I even begin? Workers did not wear shoe covers, which would be fine if they tried to clean their shoes off before coming into my carpeted home where we clearly do not wear shoes indoors. I realized it's a courtesy if people wear shoe covers but who wouldn't want these easy peasy brownie points with a customer? These two workers came in with a giant ladder and I was already nervous at the way one of them was holding it. They somehow made their way up with plenty of damage to my stairway corners and stairway walls. Two stairways (up and down) and a bug spray session later, I have tons of chips along my walls and corners, dirty carpet, and a ceiling cover leading to the attic with enough black hand prints and finger prints to have a full on crime scene. Coming down the stairway they literally just lifted the ladder over the railing and dropped it down the stairways so they could avoid the corners. Goodbye corner trouble, hello wall holes. I contacted the company to request that they fix the damage done to my property. They send over a handy man who says that he's only here for patching, but he would paint over it if I had paint. He didn't even patch everything properly and said he was done. TL;DR Generally if a company has all only 5 star reviews it's a bit fishy in my opinion. Maybe they sent less experienced workers to our site because it was a smaller job? Maybe they just care less about smaller jobs than larger jobs because it seems like they have 7 people who think they're flawless. In the end, you get what you pay for and I guess it's a slap on the hand for us. We tried to go with a cheaper company and ended up with a pile of problems. 10/10 would rather pay more and not have to deal with the hassle of asking for a proper repair after careless work. Please have some pride in your work, don't do a bad job and then just run away from it. read more

John was very professional. Bees residing at my house for at least five years never came back after.

John Claypool really went above and beyond and his team was a total pleasure to work with. They wanted to make sure that they treated every aspect of my home including underneath my house, in both of my attics and along the entire perimeter. They also patched and painted everything, replaced my damaged eaves, and literally made the treatment invisible as if it were never treated. They also removed and replaced my raftor tails. We were home the whole treatment we didn't have to evacuate for 3 days like Terminix wanted us to do and they were half the price and gave us a 2 year warranty. read more

I have used Accuracy Plus for both fumigation and Boracare treatment at various multi family properties in LA for a couple of years now. John and Anna are pleasant, professional, and provide thorough service. If I ever notice anything unsatisfactory, John always fixes it in a timely manner. read more

My Uncle bought a fixer upper in Marina Del Ray in Los Angeles. Very old property and poorly damaged by termites. It was a good bargain though. I called Accuracy Plus to do the job in my uncle's property. From my past experience with Accuracy Plus I knew they were the only one company to could handle this type of job. My uncle is old and has some health issues, so, I requested Accuracy Plus not to use excessive chemicals. They told me they were going to use eco-friendly products and Green Spray. As usual they did a great job and house looks very clean and neat. The staff was responsive, communicative and very professional. They also offered senior discount to my uncle. I will be calling them for any future extermination needs.John was easy to reach, easy to talk to, and very straight forward. read more

Use/call/Get an estimate from Accuracy Plus! I researched and got five estimates/quotes for several different treatments to eliminate and maintain the pest control for my older wood and plaster home. Accuracy pricing was right in line with others, but the customer service and speed of treatment was far superior. Don't bother doing the research. I already did it for you! read more

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I actually question the legitimacy of this business. Frank Ech was our "handyman" and definitely shouldn't have this job. We were promised our termite exterminator would arrive between 8-10 am. 10:15 am rolls around and we hadn't received a call so we called the number we were provided, and Frank answers the phone asking for directions to our house. He clearly wasn't planning on letting us know he'd be late, and it was obvious he was unprepared given he didn't even know where to go. Frank finally arrives at noon after getting lost twice and having to call us. Once he's finally at our house, he realizes he doesn't have the proper materials to complete the termite extermination. He says he will get through what he can, but will have to come back the next day to finish. This was a problem for us because we have dogs and had to board them for the day so he could work. We were told it would be an 8 hour procedure, but due to Frank's lack of preparation, it spanned the entire weekend. Frank drilled holes through all of our walls in the house, tore up our back laundry room and then left around 3 pm, with our house practically in shambles. We had sawdust all over our beds and food In the kitchen. He worked for a total of THREE HOURS and got nothing done on top of leaving gaping holes in our walls overnight for bugs and other pests to get into our house. He promised to come back the next day at 9 am to finish. Well.....the next day rolls around and by 10 am he still hadn't shown up. We gave him a call only for him to tell us he had family issues going on and still didn't have the correct supplies so he wouldn't be able to get to our house to finish until about 1 pm........1 PM!!! FOUR HOURS after he had promised. So, we wait AGAIN, for the second day in a row. When he finally gets to our house, he STILL doesn't have the correct materials, and says he threw them away on accident so he will need to run to Home Depot. He was at our house for 5 minutes before he starts complaining that "this is gonna suck" and he'll have to go get the materials to finish the job. He left for Home Depot and then just NEVER RETURNED. He never even called to say he wouldn't be finishing the job. We are left with a house full of holes and missing panels. I am angry, horrified, and stuck with a torn up house with no siding because the job was never completed....we probably still have termites. I will never use this company again, and in fact, I expect a full refund for this botched job. I was better off having the termites. I am so upset with this company and you should be ashamed of yourself. This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Frank Ech should not have a job. Good riddance. read more

We have (had I should say) a few uninvited guests living in the space behind our kitchen cupboards, so my wife went searching for someone to help. She used Thumbtack (never heard of that review site myself, but she says they are like Angies List and Yelp). The people at Accuracy were friendly on the phone and eager to help. We got an appointment for the very next day. Jose came out to look at our house and thoroughly tracked our little critters by the mess they left behind. Not only was he excellent at his job, he was incredibly friendly and cordial. It's not a pleasant task, so the fact that he was so nice and willing to dig around was wonderful. Accuracy's service involves three visits total, and we are two visits down with one to go. What Jose cleaned out in his first visit was utterly vial, and we can't thank him enough. After just his first visit, the kitchen smelled better and felt cleaner. It ends up that we had long-since forgotten dog treats buried in the corner below our kitchen sink, and mice had found their way in there. He cleaned not only that area, but the crevices and spaces behind the cabinet, all the way to the wall and the floor. Because he was so thorough on his first go-around, the second visit was critter free. Empty traps and no mice signs anywhere was great. We can't thank Jose and Accuracy enough! Excellent work and nice people. read more

They give you options, they give you a warranty...and they deliver! It's nice. They work quickly, and if you have a complaint, they respond immediately. I rarely have such good customer service. They've been our go-to termite control since...2010, I think. maybe 2011. They really care about doing a good job. I've always been happy with their service. read more

Be able to schedule an inspection within few days. Came on time but the inspection was brief. The inspector suggested us to use Bora Care to treat the whole house. I was skeptical at the beginning, but went ahead to try after doing some research. The treatment seems working good and effective after 2 months. I used to have ants problem as well. Many ants kept coming out for about a week after the treatment, but some of them died by itself after a day or so. I was worried at the beginning, but all ants were gone after that first week. Now no more ants and termites problem I could notice so far. The guy came to do the treatment was very nice and helpful! read more

Even though I followed a friend's recommendation who had used Accuracy Plus for subterranean termites five years ago, I was still a little worried with this different termite treatment. I was satisfied with what I read online about Bora-Care, and the Nisus Co. (the manufacturer of Bora-Care) Ph.D. Director of Technical Services promptly answered my questions clearly. However, I was wondering if Accuracy Plus could treat and save my termite infested 91-year-old, and eight-foot-tall front bay window. I relaxed when the best brother team Miguel and Gabriel arrived. While Gabriel started unloading their equipment, Miguel walked around the house with me to check the bay window and other problem areas. I was impressed when Miguel removed his shoes inside the house even though I had covered the wood floor with old beach towels after reading the negative yelp review complaining about technicians dirtying a town home's carpets. While Gabriel drilled through the stucco for the wall studs, Miguel drilled holes all around the bay window and on the base, both inside and outside, and started injecting the chemical through, which is supposed to remain in the wood to preserve it and protect it. When it was the turn of the garage, they helped me finish moving 30+ years of family accumulation (even though I had worked at it for 2 days). They even went beyond their job task description by removing some antique parasol and lumber hanging from the ceiling, and pulling out two small unused cabinets all left untouched by the previous owners!! The garage never looked so large and empty! The garage could then be treated thoroughly, and it was indeed. The crawl space that had been recently earthquake retrofitted with wood was also preventively sprayed with Bora-Care. As John, Miguel and Gabriel had explained, the drilled holes were all patched and painted, and everything cleaned up. Thank you Accuracy Plus! Thank you Miguel and Gabriel, you are the best, and your team work is superb! read more
