Michael and the team at Prime Termite made us feel very confident going into the tenting of our house. We knew everything that we had to do beforehand, the exact timing of everything and the costs upfront and easy to swallow. This was the first time we've had a termite infestation and they held our hand through the whole process to make it a lot less intimidating / scary. Thank you for making this process as painless as it could have been. read more

Prime Termite & Pest Control - The tent as it was being installed. - Pest Control Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Made things very quick and easy, took care of shutting gas off, super aailable when I called. No complaints at all!

My condo unit had termites in a bathroom against a shared wall and they came out and didn't try to upsell me they treated all the walls, I was VERY happy with the service. I'll definitely be recommending them and using them again. read more

This is our third time having Prime Termite fumigate for us (on different homes each time). They beat another quote we had received and were super quick with responses and scheduling. Jill and Michael were a pleasure to work with, and I loved that they let us know when the crew was running late and gave detailed instructions during the entire process. Prime termite definitely made the process super easy each time we had to fumigate. We scheduled a date for tenting, put down a deposit, and met them with keys. Then, they took care of the rest from there! It is definitely much easier to have fumigation done before moving into a new home, if you're considering whether to do it before or later on. Especially since you would have to worry about removing all food and pets until it's done, and the home is aired out. Our two previous homes that were fumigated a few years ago by Prime termite haven't had any more issues with termite droppings, so we are pleased with their work. We'll definitely be reusing Prime Termite again, if we need their services in the future. read more

Prime Termite and Pest Control exceeded expectation. Getting a house tented is a LOT of work, especially if you have a toddler. Accept that it's going to be stressful, arrangements must be made to be out of town for the weekend, etc. The last thing you want is an unreliable contractor. Michael, the site inspector, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. He was responsive via cell, and patiently answered all my questions regarding our 2-story tall ficus tree hedge, which encompasses the property. I felt informed every step of the way, and trimmed back the vegetation just enough. I found their pricing much better than other vendors. Michael said they price-match too, but it wasn't even necessary. The actual tent team was thorough and efficient. A half dozen men showed up, two trucks. Apparently they had three site jobs that day, and I was only the first. I've already recommended them to my brother-in-law, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else dealing with termites. 2 year warranty on the work, which Michael said is industry-standard. Thank you to the whole Prime Termite team for a job well done! read more

Prime Termite have been INCREDIBLE. We got a new house thats a bit far away from us, and Prime Termite did everything remotely. They did a great job keeping me updated via pics/messages. I have a phone number that I can text anytime I have any questions that makes it so easy to know whats going on. read more

We have a termite issue that we wanted to fixed ASAP. My sister recommended Prime Termite. Michael took my call on Friday and mentioned he would be available to come possibly the following Wednesday. I had a company scheduled to come out the following Monday morning, who said they will be able to start the process as early as the following Friday if we decide to move forward. Michael called and said he made some time and would be available to come out on Monday afternoon at 3pm. I told Michael to only come out if he thinks he has the availability for the same start date of Friday. Unfortunately, I verbally agreed with another company and Michael called me back afterwards and said he moved some schedule around to squeeze us in! I greatly appreciate Michael's devotion to taking care of us. I feel extremely bad he did all that after I had already verbally agreed with the other company. Michael even offered to beat their price as a price guarantee policy! I would definitely recommend Prime Termite not only because my sister recommended them, but because they'll go above and beyond to make sure they take care of you! read more

Micheal and his crew did a great job! From start to finish communication was great and he was there to respond to any questions we had ASAP. Not only that, his pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend you give him a call for your fumigation needs. read more

Prime termite's team was efficient and promptly answered all my questions. I highly recommend their service!

They communicated very well and made sure all my questions were answered prior to making any decisions. They also gave me a good price which they also even suggested that they would price match if I found something cheaper. Overall a great experience ! read more

Michael at Prime Termite is amazing! After learning that almost all termite companies subcontract their tenting to other companies and that Prime Termite does it themselves, we went with them. We have Spanish tile roofing and were worried a subcontracted company wouldn't care as much and stomp around. That with affordable prices and that all their marketing is pure word of mouth, of course we went with them. They were flexible with our schedule and did their best to make sure we were completely satisfied. Shout outs to Michael, Jill, and the rest of the team at Prime Termite! We love you guys and will definitely call you again! Super happy customers in Glassell Park. read more

Prime Termite & Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Just as they advertised, Prime lowered their price by $100 in order to beat my lowest quote from elsewhere. Scheduling the fumigation for the following week at a convenient time was easy, and Jill kept me updated through the entire process. When I asked for additional bags in which to pack my pantry and refrigerator items they were accommodating. It was all over and done with in 48 hours, nothing was damaged in or around the house, and they even re-installed string lights that had to be taken down exactly as they had been before. The only hiccups were a mistake during payment process (which was at least partially our fault), and some incorrect information in the prep instructions they provided (the FAQ stated that the refrigerator needed to be fully turned off, which ultimately wasn't true). But those weren't bad enough to warrant knocking off a star. I would definitely recommend Prime to any LA homeowner. read more

Good experience with Prime Termite. They had the best price, and the fumigation team leader was very helpful. They did not do any damage to the property. I highly recommend Prime Termite. read more

Honest feedback, down to earth and easy to work with! Michael was upfront with the work that needed to be done by them versus what could be done by myself or a handyman to save on cost. read more

Michael and his team were fully knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. Fair price and made the process very smooth. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a fumigation company look no further! Michael and Jill were great to work with in every way - they were responsive, and were easy to work with. Would definitely go back to them for our next service. read more

Huge thanks to Michael at Prime Termite! We found a colony had taken over a support beam in our basement while doing a renovation and needed a quick assessment and treatment in order to stay on schedule. While other companies *literally* told us "it doesn't make a difference when we come if you have termites", not only was Michael able to rearrange his own schedule to fit us in for next-day service but he was also extremely professional and did not try to up-sell in anyway, instead offering a few different options at great prices and was even able to take care of our issue right then and there by thoroughly treating the affected area in just a few minutes. Incredible experience all-around! read more

I reached out to Michael after his work hours, but he responded quickly with very honest and professional manners. Such a pro. Prime deserves more recognition and booming business. read more

Michael is awesome. This is a very customer-focused business. I highly recommend them.

Amazing communication and service. Initially we were going with another termite company. Unfortunately communication and adapting to changing construction schedule was not the previous companies strong point. We reached out to Prime Termite and they were very communicative and understanding to how construction can be delayed etc. from the start they stayed in contact with us so we could all dial in a certain weekend. When that time came, they were on time, patient with us leaving the house and answered all our questions on safety, when we can come/go and other processes. After the tenting was finished they gave us recommendations for future treatments/timelines. Will definitely use them again. Thanks. read more

THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE! I guess they didn't like my HONEST REVIEW about my experience and sent me an invoice the following day to pay $132 or else they would be PLACING A LIEN ON MY HOUSE! Too bad I have IN WRITING that the inspection fee was $0.00. Their argument was that they accessed "inaccessible areas" and sent an invoice that I did not consent to AFTER I WROTE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW! Ha! So for 2 weeks I don't hear a peep from them and then suddenly after my review goes up, they try to slap me with an invoice and THREATEN ME WITH A LIEN. How convenient! read more

Prime Termite was excellent overall. From service, communication, price point, professional, and easy to work with. There were many obstacles in the way to get my property tented. They were willing and very flexible which made things go very easy and smoothly. I highly recommend them. They beat all other quotes. read more

Michael and the team went above and beyond on helping my new home get fumigated. I'm a first time home owner and we were on a time crunch to get our home tented ASAP because we had to move in fast. I had the best experience with them and here are the reasons why: FASTEST Even though I called them on a short notice, Michael really worked hard to fit me in so that we get our home tented on time. AFFORDABLE They will BEAT ANY PRICE! I had previously gotten my home inspected by another company but Prime was able to beat their price! PROMPT UPDATES I wasn't around during the whole process but Michael always called/texted with updates (pictures included!) BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Honestly, Michael was the nicest and most honest representative I've ever encountered. Throughout the whole experience, any questions/concerns I had he explained in a way that I can understand. Any time I called or texted, he was always prompt. The owner is so lucky to have Michael because customer service really make or break a business. Because of Michael, we're going to redo our wood through them even though it might cost more I'm telling all my friends to use them from now on! Thank you again Michael for such an amazing experience tenting our place! read more

We are very upset and disappointed by Prime Termite. They scheduled a visit to my home for a termite inspection today between 1pm - 4pm and they never showed with no call to cancel or reschedule. My husband missed a day of work for it. We have a newborn at home and so this matter is urgent to us. I called to follow up to confirm our appointment as I was told I would receive a friendly reminder of the appointment by email the day before. However, I couldn't get anyone live on the phone. Our time is important and should be valued. A phone call to cancel or reschedule would've been nice. read more

Thank you Jack and the team. Jack took the extensive time to explain all about price and treatment and also professional staff. Jack followed up with the job. It's very nice of Jack. I had a couple companies inspect my house. I decided to go with these guys because they were the most thorough. Jack was the only one that went under the house. He showed me the pictures of the damages and explained their eco safe treatment. I have pets and children and did not want fumigation. Their price was very reasonable. Happy with the results. I recommended them to my parents and friends. read more

These guys were terrible! They drilled hundreds if not thousands of holes in my home, and do not pre warn me that they would be doing so. They only repainted half the holes. They treated a cabinet I had 4 different times and it STILL has termites. And on top of that, they were sexist and misogynistic. The owner spoke to me in very demeaning tones as a single female home owner, and when I complained about the thousand of holes he made it sound like it was my fault for not knowing their process, when it was never explained. They permanently damaged my home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Michael and the whole Prime Termite team are great! When I noticed my termite issue I got many quotes/inspections from different termite companies and Prime Termite was by far the most competitive pricing and very thorough in their analysis and description of service. Michael and Tony came to the house twice to assure me of how they would handle the plants around the property and were totally efficient with scheduling and providing service. I strongly recommend! read more

We cannot praise Prime Termite enough for how they handled our termite treatment. Jill and Michael were professional, responsive, and pleasant. Always got a quick reply to questions. During our job, we had a emergency medical situation arise that required an adjustment to the schedule at the last minute, and they worked with us to accommodate our needs. So grateful for that. Also, the cost compared extremely well to the other bids we got. Thank you, Prime Termite! read more

Wonderful service! I used Prime Termite for my client's property before selling. They were quick, professional, and responsible. The team members were very kind and helpful. I will use Prime Termite again! read more

Michael and his crew at Prime Termite did a great job. We tented the house and my home felt safe in their hands.

We learned we had termites during a routine inspection. Prime's inspector was able to answer our questions much more clearly than the big name inspector. They offered us two options, and clearly explained the pros and cons without attempting to push us toward the more expensive option. Once we made the decision to go with full tenting and fumigating, they turned a stressful experience into a smooth one. We packed up our food, left town for a couple of days, and they handled everything, including the gas shutoff and access to our neighbors. They were extremely responsive throughout, replying to questions over email usually within a few minutes, and picking up the phone immediately. Highly recommended! read more

Beware. We had them out multiple times after foam treatment since we still saw termites. They said everything looked good but a month later, and right after our warranty ended, we had them out again. This time they told us that there was a lot of wood damage and we should re-treat the whole place costing another 6K+. Mind you a month previous they said everything was great. INCREDIBLY DISHONEST- find another company that is truthful and not after your money. read more

I called quite a few companies before I got to Michael at Prime. I was extremely glad he returned my call because the conversation was a breath of fresh air compared to all these other companies who try to sell sell sell. Michael was honest with me regarding my plans for fumigation and gave me the best pricing out of all the comlankes. He came to my house the next day to do inspections and It just felt like he made me a high priority which means a lot in todays service. I would recommend Michael at Prime to anyone else that needs termite inspection. read more

We love Michael M. from Prime Termite! He came out and gave us the quote, and then we requested him to do the job, too, since we liked him so much. He was incredibly friendly AND knowledgeable (a combo you don't always get) and we didn't feel like he was there just to make money. Prime termite was also able to match a lower quote we received from a rival company which was a huge plus and put us over the edge on hiring them. On top of treating the termites in our detached garage (both injection and spray), Michael was able to complete the wood repair due to the termite damage on the trim of the garage. It was an easy one stop shop for a reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

I'm not sure why there's so many 5 star reviews for this company. I attempted to make contact about getting an inspection for a place that had problems with termites, and I received a message from a "Jessica" immediately, who said she'll try to fit me in on Monday, but won't be able to let me know when on Monday until that day. That day, I messaged back, and called at least 5 times on their listed number, only to received absolutely no response for two hours. So did my agent, but they picked her phone up and immediately hung up. I get not being able to fit people in on a specific day, but it would've been nice to at least know that wasn't possible before I scheduled an inspection and asked agents be there. If that's the kind of service offered here, I would never want to use this place. read more

Prime Termite is a great termite company. I found termite in my garage and saw the great reviews on yelp and called Prime Termite and I am very satisfy with their work. They sprayed my garage as well as my attic and underneath the house. I feel much better that I am covered under their warranty. Speaking of which, I thought I saw some evidence of termite again recently and called Prime Termite. They came out without any hesitation. Turns out it was not really termite that caused the damage, but Andy and Nick came out and they were very patient with me and made sure I am comfortable before they left. Highly recommended. read more
