At one point I spoke to one of the brothers and he told me that they would call back. But that never occurred so I had to reach out to another service which also did a fine job. At the time I was utilizing their service services for our HOA, I also referred their services to the community next to us which they two utilize them. So it's confusing to me why they never returned my calls. I'm only getting four stars because of the situation of them not returning my calls. But the work they provided was always excellent when I felt that they were more responsible in calling back.

I was in need of a fountain cover and the one they told me would fit was about 5 times larger than I needed. They would not exchange it and strongly told me it would never fit back in the packaging so they couldn't resell it. I folded it right after trying it on my fountain and it easily fit correctly back in the package. He wouldn't listen or even look closely at the package. Was it perfect, no as the corners were a little folded, but did not look used. I tried to return it 2 days after I purchased it. Make sure you ensure your purchase will work for you, otherwise you are out of luck.

Overall, they are very knowledgeable and thorough . They designed a plan for me and then fully executed . The workers showed up and executed the plan beautifully. Everyone knew what needed to be done and was prepared. Angel , the designer, showed up on site to inspect and supervise . This team is very professional, knowledgeable and well trained . These are not lawn service guys who can also do some plantings for you . They are experts. Having said that , they are also very expensive . The materials and the labor are all expensive . So much do that I had to break my plan into 3 phases . I used a more economical company for a job earlier in the year and felt that company did not give me good advice and I will probably have to re- do that job this summer . With Wheaton Nurseries you will pay a lot , but your project will be well done . I have no complaints about the work or the materials and will look forward to using them again for phase 3 of my project this summer . The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the pricing . I knew I could have bought the plants elsewhere for less .
