I had left for the day for work, and when I returned home the front, side, and even a portion of my backyard was not weeded. For the price that I paid, and the clarity that I thought was given to the team, I expected the property in its entirety to be weeded and was disappointed to find it 80% complete. When I responded with my disappointment to Customer Service, I was told that they would speak to the team. I have not heard since and weeded the remainder of the property myself a few days after.

They were shown the main plants and where the root system was because I did some of it up. There were told that I wanted them to dig about 3 feet into the entire bed to make sure the root system was gone. They left about 90% of the root system. They didn't even dig down in the worst areas. I requested then to come back, I sent them pictures . They did not return my calls. I called at least 20 times. I sent several texts with pictures. They charged me 200 for one bed! And all they did was take some leaves from the top, pull some weeds and rough up the soil to like they dugv down. When I was able, I dug down in the worst areas that I showed them and it looked like they didn't even try.

Disappointing Experience - $11K Drainage Project and Still No Resolution…read more I hired Ware Landscaping in 2025 and spent approximately $11K to install an underground French drain system to address significant water retention problems in my backyard. One of the primary reasons I selected Ware was their advertised 10-year guarantee against standing water. Unfortunately, nearly one year after installation, the original drainage problem on one side of my backyard has not improved. In fact, the water retention has worsened. Shortly after installation, I raised the issue with them. There team visited my property, inspected the affected areas, and I was told Ware would address the problem either at that time or the following spring. When spring arrived, I followed up again and provided photos documenting the continued drainage issues. I was told someone would come out to inspect the property, but nobody showed up, and my subsequent emails went unanswered. Most recently, I sent another email explaining that the problem was worsening and requesting a clear corrective action plan under their 10-year drainage guarantee. Once again, I have received no response. What frustrates me most is that the affected area was the primary reason I invested in this expensive drainage solution in the first place. I paid for a system that was supposed to resolve the water retention problem, yet nearly a year later, I am still dealing with the same issue. I understand that unexpected problems can arise with any landscaping project. However, what matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Repeatedly promising to follow up and then failing to respond to a customer's concerns is unacceptable, especially when the company advertises a 10-year drainage guarantee. I have given Ware Landscaping multiple opportunities to address this issue privately before posting this review. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and customer service after spending approximately $11K. I hope Michael and his team will take responsibility, honor their guarantee, and provide a permanent solution to the drainage problem. Until this issue is properly addressed, I cannot recommend Ware Landscaping for drainage installation projects.

From coming up with the design to guiding me in selecting the materials, he was top notch. There was one concern due to an issue the city inspector had, but Carlos had his crew out literally the next day to resolve it. The Lopez Crew brought the canopies up, took all the dead limbs out, dropped and spread mulch. 2 large branches had snapped, they cut out damaged limbs and looks like never happened. The lady called me while I was out of town and immediately started arguing with me, demanding I pay them right away without any proof that the work was even done. They run everything like it's still 2005 -- they can't even send a simple link to pay with a credit card. They also charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, but that fee doesn't even show up on the receipt. Pretty scammy if you ask me.
