After last years summer storm took the center of our sugar maple tree, and a storm last week took another sizable branch, I knew the trees integrity had been compromised and another storm might send one through our roof. The crew of 3 aggressively trimmed the maple near my house, a maple toward the back, and ground a stump in front. Following the services, the Forman went over what was done, asking my approval. I had two large white oaks with some big dead limbs which were threatening my house and my neighbors house. It was easy to get a quote via text and picture messages. The price seemed fair and was better than another well known company. I was at work when the trees were trimmed but my wife and neighbor said it looked like a very professional crew. Unfortunately they did miss a large dead limb which was near my neighbor's new roof. Even though they had already been paid as soon as I advised a limb was missed they offered to come back and fix it. No hassle at all. This is the true test of a company's customer service: how they treat you AFTER they have your money. Highly recommended, hope to use again. Update 12/07/18: Used this company again this year to trim dead wood off 3.5 very large oaks in my back yard. Came promptly to give us a quote on a massive Silver Maple tree, went above and beyond by spotting issues with neighbor's trees that were branching out above our property. Price was very reasonable and competitive. When the crew came, we were surprised that there was probably about 10-15 people that came to trim down our trees, take down branches, cut firewood, and haul away branches to the chipper they brought. They cut down a massive silver maple and a couple of mulberry trees all in about an hour! They also raked the branches off our yard and broomed the saw dust away from our deck. We needed to cut down several trees but we were dreading the high cost. Gerson came over and spoke to us about all the trees, which ones needed to be cut and which ones needed some attention. Just For Trees removed four storm-damaged trees in my backyard after one of the big storms this summer. I recommended them to my neighbor, and he had a good experience too. They said they work through the winter, so I'm going to have them come back to do some other tree removal work in December. They do tree removal, storm damage, mulch, stump removal and large quantities of firewood. In this day and age, it's hard to get a service company to come out and just do an estimate. Despite being busy from the storm, they worked hard to remove the storm damage from my backyard asap. I had a good experience and would recommend them again.
