They brought with them a bucket truck, a mulcher truck and equipment to remove the stump. They took down our tree, raked all the loose leaves, then used a leaf blower to clear the sidewalk and my driveway. They were done within the hour. They did a tremendous job. Out of the 8 places I called, they were the most reasonable. This was after a big storm when some places try to overcharge for tree removal. They are super busy so it will take a few tries to reach out to them, but they are worth the extra effort. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

Here's the run down:…read more I reached out because of a flyer that was in my mailbox; needed several trees trimmed with one in particular that is leaning. After scheduling a visit for an estimate for early on a Friday evening (6:30p, their suggestion) I felt pretty good - working late hours, they must do good work and are hungry for the job! About 5:45p I got a call and they said they won't be able to make it out, will come Saturday morning instead. I wasn't going to be home but sent pictures of the trees I wanted evaluated. Having heard from them, I followed up Tuesday afternoon with a call inquiring about a quote, specifically asking if he went to the house. He said only one tree needed service, all others looked fine. I pushed back, saying that the tree in the back is overgrown and leaning, did they see that? He reassured me that it "looked fine." Needless to say I won't be going with this company and its poor communication, evaluation, and customer attention. Heed my warning, all!

I wanted (6) cut down - and their stumps ground -- and the remaining (2) trimmed. I sought bids from (8) vendors. Green Tree Service (Miguel) was the first vendor to respond, and was the lowest bid - by a significant margin. Miguel and his crew are skilled and efficient. They started the project on a Monday, and it was completed on the following Monday. When I had questions, either in person or over the phone, Miguel was prompt, courteous, and informative -- he recommended a light weight chain saw, and I've been very happy with it! As a result of my project, he completed several other projects for my neighbors - all had the same, excellent experience. Simply stated, I highly recommend Miguel and Green Tree Service.
