Having heard from them, I followed up Tuesday afternoon with a call inquiring about a quote, specifically asking if he went to the house. He said only one tree needed service, all others looked fine. I pushed back, saying that the tree in the back is overgrown and leaning, did they see that? He reassured me that it "looked fine." Needless to say I won't be going with this company and its poor communication, evaluation, and customer attention. Heed my warning, all!

Part of the tree fell and the other part that was still over 80' tall was compromised and had to be taken down immediately. I called Dawson's first thing on the morning of the 4th of July. Despite it being a holiday, they immediately responded and sent their arborist out to evaluate and mobilize the correct course of action.
