It had a nice flaky crust, and the chicken filling had good flavor, although it was a little on the dry side. My daughter didn't share her cinnamon swirl, but she assured me that it was good. After finishing my empanada, I moved on to my coffee and thought it was excellent. It opened with a touch of bitterness before settling into a smooth, rich coffee flavor that I really enjoyed. My coffee here ended up being good as there was a strong gingerbread flavor without being overly sweet as well as a nice coffee flavor in the background. It probably could have been a bit more pronounced but I could certainly taste it and the drink itself was tasty. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future.
