we have used moon valley in our house in Scottsdale and planted 7 trees. they grew beautifully and thrived . they made our landscape perfect. we are happy to work with Steven in moon valley and Savannah. Steven made sure we picked the correct trees and supervised the planting. Savannah has helped follow up in taking care of the trees and hopefully they will grow beautiful. Steven also helped us pick shrubs for our beds . Met with Sophia Silva and purchased a large naval orange tree for delivery and install in our back yard. Sophia was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We actually dealt with this more remote location in order to benefit from her expertise. The tree was delivered and installed today by a very professional and thorough crew (led by the foreman - George Alderton). They deserve a big thanks for their quick work and thorough clean up. We told the sales rep we wanted a Crepe Myrtle or something similar, but none on site and got talked into a Flowering Pear. Upon doing our own research later, realised it would grow much too fast and get too big for our purposes. Apparently they have a somewhat foul smell when they flower as well. Went back in, talked to manager, and he was able to swap out for a Crepe Myrtle that he could order. Possible problem avoided. George and the crew that brought the tree out and planted it were courteous and efficient. read more

We were in the market for some new trees to fill in some areas in our yard and are excited to have a new Moon Valley nearby. We had been customers of the nursery that formerly occupied this location but always needed to drive (quite a distance) to a Moon Valley location when we needed larger trees and shrubs. Not anymore!! :) Today, we relied heavily on the advice of design specialist, Sean Lajeunesse, to select three different trees that should be perfect for our yard. He took the time to consider the microclimates in our space and our aesthetic preferences. We're looking forward to their installation in a few weeks.
