I got a wax vaporizer product from here yesterday due to living far i wasn't going to try it until I got home, it didn't work went back the next day they said I couldn't return it cause it used? How was I supposed to know it didn't work until I dropped wax in it. Do not shop here. Went in to get a dugout, realized the top part was no working. Went back to get another one and all of them had lose tops and were broken. Since I paid with a credit card I asked to get a refund back on my credit card. They said no returns, but the sign only says for cash payments. The guy was rude and was a jerk. I have been going to this location for years and years. Life changed and I found myself not needing what they supply. Bow life has changed and I am back once again. They do have a great selection of products from the usual pipes, all the way to fancy vaporizers, and everything in between. The staff is and has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. You can find products that are super low in price, and ones that will break the bank!!! So whatever you need from a shop its all here. My only concern/complaint is that you have to inspect everything you buy throughly. They have a strict no return policy and usually won't even talk to you. So always always always make sure you know what you are getting, and do your research if its a more complicated item. I have been doing business here for 30 years. I have bought three bags of American Spirit Handroll tobacco a week for the last nine and a half years. I purchased a Puffco product and tried to EXCHANGE it the next day UNUSED because it wouldnt turn on and was told no way. Worst customer service ever. Fleecing folks. So disappointed! My dad previously went to them to get a piece to his e-smoker thing. The one they sold him twice (even installing one themselves) continued to break and waste his "juice" the third time this happened - within one day my husband went back and was told there were no refunds but they could offer 20% off the purchase of another poorly made tank. As if us spending $6.00 for a broken tank was not enough - now they are of with us paying $4.80 for a broken tank! My husband left upset and went across the street and purchased two sturdy tanks for $10.00 - and they survived the drive home! Stay away from this place! read more

Went in to return an item after finding out they increased the price of what I bought by more than double. I had my receipt and unopened packages. The guy at the front desk refused to help me. I shopped here last week, this place is all right, decent selection of glass and tobacco (I don't smoke) and other devices. Every time I need something specific I come here and am never disappointed! The staff knows about the offerings which is great if you need that special something... I purchased my oil rig from them about two years ago and updated my nail with a quartz banger not to long ago. All top top quality glass and fittings! I enjoy coming to this shop. The employees are usually friendly and the only time I've seen them be assholes is when someone has given them reason to be. I know I've always been treated with friendly hello's. The prices tend to be better than other places I've gone but I usually only buy cigarettes. The building itself may seem a little shady but it's definitely my preferred location to get my cigarettes. read more

I'm not sure what happened with these guys that had bad experiences at this shop but that doesn't sound like this place. Every time I go here (which is quite often) I am greeted as soon as I walk in by a friendly face, how often does that happen anymore? These guys are extremely knowledgable and they always have whatever I need. If you've had a bad experience in the past, give this shop another chance. I don't know of another place in tucson, let alone smoke shops, that has this kind of honest service. The other Moons are good but this one, in my opinion, is the best. Long live Moon! read more

Went in looking for a new glass piece and had an idea on what I wanted. Waited about 10 minutes to get help from the staff, and when asked for help was rudely ignored by one of the staff. When I finally got some help the guy seemed bored and wanted me to buy something right away or leave. Just a pretty poor experience. read more

my wife and i bought a 30 dollar pipe which for that price we expected to be getting our money's worth. but instead the bowl on the pipe broke before we even got a chance to use it. it was made really thin inside. this of course made us very upset. i called them to see what they were going to do about the crappy product that they sold me, but they refused to even exchange it for someting of equal or lesser value! what about the value of a customer and pride in selling your product! dont ever shop here!!! you will be ripped off read more

i like going here because they always have what i need..i spend a LOT of $$ here on cigarettes and kratom...the manager, frank never, ever smiles tho and they do have times when they double charge your debit/credit..1 charge normally drops off in a few days but the $$ is taken out of your account until that happens which causes an issue sometimes putting my account in the negative. also--sometimes the staff seems to look like they don't want to be there (or need to smoke some weed) ..and sometimes their hand dipped incense don't burn right..overall, i would recommend this smoke shop--maybe just a few more smiles & not double charging your card would help..they also don't seem to give any discounts out to anyone (unless they 'know' you-which they definitely know me but don't ever give me a % off...but i do see them do to others) or allow you to use any coupons...best smoke shop i've been to tho in tucson...psst...it would also help if they had at least ONE FEMALE working there...IMO--they have the BEST kratom i've found in tucson-kratom kaps..but it is ridiculously expensive...cigs are cheaper here tho..but, again...won't accept coupons... read more
