I got my lashes done here a couple days ago and it wasn't worth it. I was pretty uncomfortable and my back and neck hurt from the bed. My eyes burnt consistently and there is a red mark on my eye that won't go away. I will acknowledge the staff were really kind and didn't charge me for cancelling on my first appointment. My service was $145 with $30 discounted for being a first-time customer and I won't be coming here again, especially if my next full set will be $175. read more

Tried Moon Lash bc my friend from work goes to the one in Orange. After a lot of research and shopping around, I'm so glad I went there for my lash extensions! I booked online through their website and chose Catherine based on previous reviews. She did a GREAT job. I love my lashes. I booked the 2 tips flat set, length N11. I told her I wanted more natural looking lashes but with some length since my lashes are so short and puny. They look so great. Their prices are pretty reasonable IMO. And I shopped around too. I took one star off only bc their tables (beds?) aren't the most comfortable. My back was killing me by the time it was over. Thankfully she finished in a little less than an hour and a half. Thanks Catherine! I'll see you for my fill in a few weeks! read more

I absolutely love this new location it is stunning! My eyelash technician is so talented and skilled, so happy I was referred to her from within the business. Wendy definitely knows her craft. I am obsessed with my lashes and the way she mapped them out to compliment my eye shape. I wake up and can effortlessly look like I am put together. Such a great experience too. Wendy is so gentle I fell into a deep relaxing state while she applied my refill during my appointment. Excited for my next service with her but also happy because I know this will last me a good amount of time between each refill. Moon lash is my go to for eyelash extensions. I love this place. They have so many styles and types of lashes to choose from. I used to go somewhere else that it didn't matter what you asked for the lashes always looked the same. Moon Lash does them exactly as you ask AND they last weeks! I have had a set last me 5 weeks! Save yourself the trouble of going to other places and just go to Moon Lashes! I wasn't comfortable at all. My eyes felt glued down and it hurt. Within a week a bunch fell out. I told her and she was really rude about fixing it. I never went back after that. I wish I remembered her name. But I wouldn't recommend. read more

I've been coming to Moon Lash for three solid months and it is my one of my top finds of 2019! Mia is my go-to and she is fantastic! Just when I think she can't out do herself, she hooks it up and makes me feel like a million bucks. I usually get 3D but it's like she knows my eye shape so well, she adds and subtracts making it seem like I get something new every time. I am religiously there every two weeks! I honestly fall asleep when I am there so it's a win win with the nap LOL. I highly recommend you come to a license professional for eyelashes especially if you are a newbie. Many moons ago (pun intended) I went to a nail shop to get lashes and I ended up with bald eyelids! At Moon Lash, they remove my set every month and a half and condition my own lashes. When she handed me the mirror, I was shocked to see all my real lashes were still there and thriving. So please, I beg you, don't go to nail shops for this! Their prices are super reasonable and the quality is consistent and amazing. The shopping center where they are located has ample parking. Also, make sure you pee before they start on you! New sets take about 2 hours and fills about 1 so handle that because you won't be able to move! read more

My first couple of experiences were great but the last time I went my eyes had an awful reaction due to the way the glue was applied to my lash line. Pieces of the glue were crumbling off my eyes soon after they were applied and my eyelids became severely irritated a day and swollen a day after getting them done. I haven't been back since since I was told "my eyes were getting irritated due to environmental factors etc", basically refusing to take responsibility. It's unfortunate because I was a big fan at first and now I'm scared to let anyone touch my lashes again. read more

Just went there today to get my lashes done and while they look pretty good, while I was getting them done, my eyes started to burn (keep in mind i've been getting my lashes done for over a year and this hasn't happened) I kept telling my lash tech that they burned and she didn't do anything about it. I got in my car and my eyes were bright red and 8 hours later they were still red. update: it's been 2 days and lots of eye drops and it has barely healed read more

In love with the outcome of my lashes (2D volume with elegant/medium style). Heard of this place from someone I know, I read the reviews and decided to book with Quincy. I am 36 weeks pregnant so she accommodated me with pillows and blankets, she also worked fairly quickly and made sure I got out in an hour-ish. It is fairly affordable ($85) compared to other places, I will for sure be back for my refill :) ! read more

I've been having lash extensions applied for a few years. I've been looking for a new lash studio. I was lured to Moon Lash studio due to the first time client incentive pricing. It seems to be standard for some lash studios in North Orange County to expect clients to know the number lash they prefer. At Moon Lash, I was asked to select my lashes from a plastic tray of lashes which looked very similar. While I appreciate input from technicians, I don't care to be knowledgeable regarding lashes nor should I be responsible for selecting the proper lash per my style request. I am not a lash technician, I am a client paying for a knowledgeable, trained professional to provide a service based on my request and/or photo provided. I was debating between two styles and asked for feedback based on the shape of my eye. The technician assigned to me, hurriedly exclaimed, "Either one will look fine. Same price." I knew at that point that this would not be an ideal experience. I was disappointed that technician did not take the time to assess the shape of my eye. There definitely seems to be spiel of generic information that is used to placate most clients. My request did not fit the requirements of the basic services offered. Therefore, the service I received was less than desirable. During the process, I got the impression that my technician was inexperienced. The application process was uncomfortable. The technician leaned on my hair and caused strain to my hair. Additionally, she continued to rest her hands on my forehead and nose. Be advised that there is an excessive use of tape placed on the eyebrows which I did not appreciate. Also, the microwave for employees lunches was located at the foot of my lounge chair. My technician chided me for blinking too much and wanted me to be more relaxed. My eyes were closed so I'm not sure what more I could have done to meet the requirements of proper lash application. At the moment, I detected frustration from a technician who was not up to the task of providing anything beyond a basic lash application. I would like to add that perhaps if my hair wasn't being tugged upon unnecessarily and you were capable to apply lashes without resting your hands on my forehead and nose in addition to employees weren't heating their lunch at my feet, I could have the space to relax. Two hours later, my eye was irritated and my lashes were not the dramatic style that I had requested. I had classic look with random out of place overly long lashes which are supposed to be "wispy". I didn't get the impression that the staff was equipped to provide customer service that I expected so I quickly paid my bill and tipped knowing I would never step foot back on Moon Lash studio. I will continue to look for a lash studio worthy of my business. read more

CHELSEA IS THE BEST !!! She is so professional and NEVER is late with my appointments. I've been to many local lash places, but she is the only person who knows how to glue it to the actual hair and NOT the skin. It feels comfortable and lasts me. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Pebbles was honestly amazing! She was so patient even though I kept squirming because I can not stand still! Every time I even had any sort of discomfort she tried to make sure that it went away and always made sure that I was perfectly okay. My eyelashes came out perfectly! We talked a little beforehand about what kind of lashes I wanted and she gave me recommendations based on my eye size and shape. The work honestly speaks for itself. If you want a place that pays attention to detail definitely check her I've been back multiple times but this time I had my eyelashes done by Mia. And she is just as amazing as pebbles! She pays such close attention to detail and my eyelashes are amazing. The service takes about an hour and half because they don't rush you. I get fidgety at times and Mia is so patient. They really attach each lash to your individual lash. I drove all the way from LA even though I moved because I don't want to go anywhere else. Mia or Pebbles will give you such great service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Honestly. read more

Awwe! Super sad! I feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! I had a great first experience & went back for a fill 2 1/2 weeks later & they won't do my fill because the said I was wearing mascara. It was only for today because I had an event during the day. Ladies... take a lesson from me.... book ahead of time, they fill up fast on the weekends, & apparently you're not supposed to wear mascara on the last day before a fill or else they won't do a fill on you! I wish I would have known! These ladies seem very sweet, but they turned me away, darn! read more

Decided to get my lashes done before my vacation and I chose to visit this eyelash extension salon and it was really easy to book online! They also have discounted sets for new clients and the lashes could have lasted me at least 3 weeks because I still had most of the lashes on by the second week. I did maintain my lashes by brushing them out and washing them. Joanna did my eyelash extensions I got 2D volume full set. She was sweet and gentle, I would recommend her! I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE MY LASHES! I am so glad I found this little gem, they use really high end materials and there's different options for different preferences. Pebbles is amazing, and she was able to give me exactly what I have been wanting from lash extensions. My lashes look natural but sexy at the same time. I have been coming to this Moon Lash location the last 3-4 times I've gotten my lashes done consecutively. The first time was amazing, the second/third not so much. The third time was not very good and I felt the technician rushed and didn't separate my lashes at the end and so I had clusters of glue which ended hurting my eyes the first 2 weeks as I couldn't pull the clusters myself or it would hurt my eyes. I let moon lash know and I told them I wanted a new technician next time and not less glue just someone who would do it right. Well today I went back and had Pebbles and she took her time and I felt her doing steps the previous technician didn't do including making sure there was lash separation at the end! It was a total different experience and great like the first time! I only want Pebbles moving forward as she did amazing and I'm loving my lashes! Thank you Pebbles! read more

I am new to lash extensions. My first set was done 2 weeks ago at a different salon. Made the mistake of getting volume when I am just a bare face mascara/ brow gel girl. Had those removed then booked with Miki the next day. I asked for classic/ natural with short lashes on the inner eyes. She listened to ideas and offered advice. The end result was amazing! Looks like I'm wearing mascara. I may go a little longer in the future when I get used to these. read more

Where to start... when I got there and checked in, I was told my name was not on the appointment schedule... and it wasn't, even though I had received TWO confirmation texts from them the day before. So I waited about 20 past my appt time to be helped. Then, when the lashes were done, I asked the technician if she would fix my lashes because it didn't look even to me. All she did was brush them out. My lashes ended up costing $85, I gave her $100 and she didn't even ask if I wanted my change. She just said thank you and walked off/ saw me out. The lashes, I was told, were supposed to last between 4-5 weeks before needing a fill, which was why I went there to begin with. Within the first couple of days, I had already had about a handful of lashes come out. I'm not a lash technician and I don't really know how to apply lashes, but this was the second time I've had them done. The first time, I couldn't even feel them, this second time, I can feel every lash extension on MY eyelashes. She didn't glue my lash extension to my eyelid, she glued/ attached them to my actual lashes... it's been just over a week since getting them done and I've probably had over a dozen and a half lashes come out already. Not worth the $100 to me. The only reason I gave them a 2 star review and not a single star, is because I've been complimented on my lashes by a few people. read more

She also calls for unknown reasons without leaving a message, and then acts dumb when I call her back when she didn't leave a message with any context to begin with. Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.

I called last minute to see if they could take me for a full set and Chelsea took me last minute. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she delivered! One constant issue with this place and their other locations is that they frequently move their lash techs. To continue seeing Hannah, I had to go to Pasadena, SGV, Brea, and Monterey Park (she's still amazing). When Hannah was sent to the Whittier location, I tried a new tech who cut my bottom lashes without telling me, was rude, and did a poor job on my new set. I discovered the cut lashes only after getting home and checking in a larger mirror. I never returned to SGV after that horrifying experience. I then found Serena at the SGV location after Hannah left. While Serena did decent work, she overcharged me every time. Recently, I went back 6 days after a refill because chunks of my lashes had fallen off. Despite asking her to use more glue, the lashes kept falling off easily. She tried to charge me $53 for a fix when I had paid $65 just 6 days earlier. Hannah always charged me reasonably. After making another appointment with Serene, I received a text saying she no longer wanted to do my lashes. I was always polite, even when Serene was late. I complimented her work and was flexible with appointment changes. I'm upset because I've been a loyal customer for so long, referred many people, and never complained, yet I feel there's no customer loyalty in return.
