The space is beautiful, warm and feels SO relaxing, you can tell they put so much thought into every little detail. The Pilates studio itself is nice and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Parking can be a little tricky, especially during busy times or rush hours. There are a few spots right in front of the wellness center, but they fill up quickly. You can also park on the street or by the café next door, which is really good too, by the way! The space is beautifully designed and so aesthetic. The parking lot is small though so I recommend coming early to snag a spot. The Pilates Reformer class only has about 7 reformers which makes for a really intimate setting. Maria was easy to follow and walked us through everything you can do with the machine, including equipment I had never seen before. While it was a great introduction to the reformer, the intensity was a bit lacking. We all walked out feeling like the class was too easy. My suggestion would be to let students know they can increase resistance with the different color springs or offer modifications for different levels so everyone gets a more personalized challenge.

Although movements are slow and controlled the switching of positions is FAST! This class is Lagree which is similar to Pilates however I found it more intense and gives you that "snatched" look. A lot of focus on core, lower abs and thighs! The studio is small and clean with a bathroom, storage cubes and water fountain. There's a parking garage in the back/attached to the building which is nice. Parking is free for 3 hours.

Each class is 45 minutes long and goes by quickly. Both classes had different instructors with different moves focused on concentrating your muscles and moving slowly. I was shaking the entire time. Oddly I wasn't really sore the next day. There are many class options available too, so if you miss one, odds are the next one starts in 15 minutes. Ann's crew of skilled Pilates trainers are friendly and concerned with meeting your particular needs. I started going as a complete novice, not even sure what Pilates is. Now I know it is one of the best ways to: improve posture, build and tone muscle, lose weight, recover from injury, prevent injury (especially back), prevent or treat osteoporosis, increase flexibility and get a whole body workout. Erin Leary, my usual trainer, has been encouraging and patient with me along the way. I recommend working with her or any of the talented people at the studio. My advice if you're thinking about trying it- go for 5 sessions and get the idea of what it's about. Your body will probably be so grateful that you won't want to stop. That's what happened to me and I've lost 15 pounds, I actually have a waistline now and some pretty awesome muscles in my arms and legs. Additionally, my chronically bad posture is majorly improved as well as my general well-being. I have contacted them three times to tell them the situation and get my 45.00 credit as I don't live there and will not return for years. Never got a response once. Wow what an amazing place that they have no customer service or don't care to respond. They are also way over priced. There is no reformer that is worth 65.00 shame on the avoid.

Peach House is a boutique Pilates studio that offers mat & reformer Pilates, plus additional services like cold plunge and sauna onsite! The not so good- memberships go up to $499 a month which is expensive! Upon arrival to the event I felt very unwelcome. I did however get to experience the sauna for about 15 minutes and enjoyed it! The sauna was overcrowded with people and no one was monitoring it. The event was not well planned out overall and promised "HalfDays swag" to RSVPs and didn't deliver. It would have been nice for someone to give an official tour of Peach House but there was a reformer class going on at the same time as the event which was super confusing.
