Interior is cozy and absolutely stunning and decorated so well for someone stepping in to move their body. I really enjoyed the class, the challenge and focus on ensuring my body moved safely while still getting a great workout from my 50 min session. Hydration, bathroom and various amenities were offered and at 6 reformers was the perfect situation in the Village for one on one attention. I look forward to returning and dropping in as everything was great about getting some Pilates movement in my new years goals to start!

Unfortunately the parking is pretty rough so arrive with time to spare. Classes also fill up pretty quickly so keep that in mind when planning your schedule.

I appreciated a couple of the modifications they offered since my lower back wasn't feeling 100%. The one thing I didn't like about this particular location is how many machines they jammed into the studio. I felt like the machines next to me were extremely close and you could barely walk in between each of them. I would have liked more room. If I were traveling again and [solidcore] was the only option for the type of Pilates I normally do back in Florida, then I would go again. However, if I had other options I would probably give them a try over [solidcore] in the future.

Keep in mind that one of the garages is quite a walk. The front desk staff was friendly and the instructor introduced herself to me before class started. I appreciated that! Class: The class was good...it challenged me and went by quickly. I was more toward the back so it was difficult to follow some of the instructors movements. Cueing was good but not great and hands on adjustments were limited. Overall, I had a nice time. I'd have to give it a few more tries before deciding whether or not to become a regular.

She took it easy on me (for now) and tailored the workout just to what I needed that day - easy on the legs, hard on the abs. It's great to have an instructor who's flexible, not sticking to the same routine and will create the workout around what you need that day. The facility is in a good location, easy to get to, easy to park at and all of her equipment is in great shape (hah). Cameron is lots of fun, energetic, easy going, but will still give you a good, hard workout - I HIGHLY recommend her!!

One of my favorite Pilates studios and my favorite club Pilates in town. I love the sculpt classes…read moreand flow 1.5 classes. Every class is different. I've been 100 times and it's always different. They also have TRX classes which are actually a very very good workout. Instructors are all good. Don't be scared of parking! They validate for the garage right behind. Sometimes mid day it's full. I have parked in 15 minute parking and been fine. Street parking is good for early morning classes.
