I was greeted by a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, and then Enrique, a young service professional who has been with Findlay Honda for about a year, came over to help me. I had purchased K&N air filters for my vehicle, and Enrique went above and beyond. He replaced both my engine air filter and glove compartment/cabin filter at no charge. That kind of service says a lot about the people who work there. What really stood out to me was that someone actually came all the way out to the parking lot to check on me and make sure I was okay and didn't need any help. You don't see that kind of personal attention everywhere. I also want to recognize Jeremy, my service advisor. He consistently does a great job and has always taken good care of me. I can't say enough good things about Findlay Honda. Cliff Findlay is clearly doing a great job of making sure his team has the right training, tools, and knowledge to take care of customers the right way. Five stars all the way! On 10-6-26, I went to Findlay Honda Henderson to look at a used Tesla Model Y. I inspected the car,…read morethe paint was in good condition no scratches or dents, then took a test drive. I ended up negotiating a decent deal, and while I was signing papers and going to my credit union, the dealership told me they were going to watch the car and charging the battery while I was gone and getting the documents that I needed. Unbeknownst to me that while I was gone someone at the dealership more than likely the detailing company scratched my car and I was not aware of it until the following day or so. The good thing for me is that I had happened to take pictures of the car just moments after it had gotten detailed. Because it just been cleaning the car was very shiny and what I thought was a reflection was actually white gouge marks on the black paint. I brought this up to the attention of an assistant sales manager Brian who told me that they would take care of it just to bring it on down and leave the car for a gentleman named Fernando. When I did that the following day I called to check up on it and a staff member from the service section had told me that the quote was $800 to repair the damage. I told him that they were the ones that were going to be picking up the tab due to the damage being caused by their detailing staff. Then I was informed that while they said that they were going to help me take care of it they just didn't know how much they would actually be able to help me meaning I was going to have to pay out of pocket for their mistake. The following day I had noticed that they decided to take my car to Findlay Acura down the road for whatever reason not using their own company car and did whatever they had to do and brought the car back. I I finally got a call to come and pick up the car and through text messages I had already gotten the vibe that they did a shotty job at repairing the damage they caused. When I arrived later in the evening I went ahead and looked at the area where the scratches were, not being surprised it was a really awful touch-up job which I could have done had they told me right away that that's all they were going to do. I definitely don't recommend coming to this place and getting your car serviced or even getting your used car serviced here. Eddie the finance manager was pleasant to deal with and very understanding however the rest of the process was just a nightmare to get them to fix the damage that they caused. This isn't the first or second time that a Finley Automotive dealership has given me horrible service. Once was at Findlay Customs, the 2nd at Findlay Chevrolet and now this. Everything is documented and saved. Save your money and go else where.

I was promised floor mats (Some weird reason, it didnt come with them). I was promised a full detail by the General Manager of sales from an outside company at their expense and a few other things as they literally had not made one sale the entire day. Now after going through this HORRIBLE experience, I can see why. The carpet in the rear of the vehicle was coming up and they promised to fix that as well. I assumed they were being honest and would fix the few items that I was concerned with. I WAS WRONG!!!!! After driving around for one week, I went to use my vehicle and the car wouldn't start. I paid for the car to be towed to the dealership where they informed me that the battery was not charging properly and needed to be replaced.. Then FINDLAY ACURA told me that they would "split the cost" of a new battery..How pathetic are they that they put a used car on the lot without checking the simplest of things. We are, UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME, just getting started!!!! The next week I get a nail in my tire, no big deal, it happens. I take it to Discount tire where they inform me that I needed at least 2 NEW TIRES as the sidewalls were just about to blow out. I asked why this was happening. They told me that the tires were almost 6 years old!!!! Once again, thanks FINDLAY ACURA for not doing the right thing and replacing these before it was put on the lot to sell. As they were changing the tires they informed me that the lock for the lugs, was not in the vehicle. They then charged me extra as they needed to cut the locks off of all 4 rims due to you guessed it, FINDLAY ACURA, not doing the right thing.... Another week goes by and the AC is working once in a while and not keeping the vehicle cool at all. That's awesome in Vegas to not have AC in a new, used car working properly 3 weeks after it was purchased!!! Took it back in to FINDLAY ACURA where they informed me that the compressor was failing and it needed replacing!!!!!!! Who in their right mind sells a car and puts it on their lot with all of these issues???? Oh that's right, FINDLAY ACURA does.... The temp tags are expired due to FINDLAY ACURA not sending me the proper paperwork in time and I as the customer had to go figure everything out and finally did.... So lets re-cap this DISGUSTING HORRIBLE VEHICLE PURCHASE...... Battery needed replacing/Tires were getting ready to blow out/AC dosent work and needs THOUSANDS of dollars to fix it/lock for lug nuts was not given/Detail that was promised by the GM still not done/Carpet not fixed/Tags expired/ETC!!!!! PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! I have been treated like garbage and no one at all wants to help.. I walked into without an appointment and was greeted while all the salesman were working and a few minutes later Sergio introduced himself. We talked about what I want and what my situation was. I hate dealerships but this one was different. I've owned about 20 car's throughout my years. I've walked out of countless dealers because of games, pushiness, almost harassment. Not here. Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Sergio and Jodi worked flawlessly together, both smiled, had amazing attitudes and because of them, I drive a 2026 Tiguan.

Last year in March I needed to use my warranty, I specifically booked it the same time I'd be out of the country for 10 days and asked the advisor (not Evelyn, some other incompetent guy) if that would be enough time to drop my car off and get worked on, he assured me that would be plenty of time. Dropped my car off 2 days before I left the country. Told him to call or text anytime. He called me 3 days into my trip to let me know they're waiting for the warranty company to approve my claim. This went on for days of him saying they were waiting for the claim to be approved. Back and forth nearly everyday in my trip, it was never done. I got back to town and it was never done, my car was never worked on. I gave him a deadline of when I needed my car, I had something very important 2 days after getting back. My car was never worked on until the day before. They worked on it until the day I needed my car back and took forever to get my uber sent to me to go pick it up. I was late to where I needed to be that was extremely important. They're so incompetent. This whole time I never complained, never got upset, told them they needed to get it done. I should've raised hell. And the guy Andy Lammers is extremely condescending. I've dealt with him 3 separate times and they were all negative experiences. Throughout it all, Julia was exceptional. I also want to praise others , technicians etc who were involved in obtaining the authorization for the repairs. She stayed on top of the warranty company, made numerous calls, challenged information that did not make sense, kept me informed, and most importantly, advocated for me as her customer. There were times when I was ready to give up out of sheer frustration, but Julia continued working on my behalf until the repair was finally authorized. What impressed me most was that Julia genuinely cared about what I was going through. She was professional, responsive, compassionate and persistent. I never felt like I was simply another repair order on her desk. BMW of Henderson is very fortunate to have someone like Julia representing its service department. Excellent customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly; the true measure of service is how someone responds when things become difficult. What was especially frustrating was being accused of relying on ChatGPT for my knowledge and questions about my vehicle, rather than recognizing that customers can have their own experience and understanding of dealership sales tactics and service practices. I expect transparency, accurate time estimates, and respectful communication when bringing my vehicle in for service. Unfortunately, my experiences here have not reflected that standard.

Instead, Courtney, Dylan, and the dealership went above and beyond to make it right. They paid for a one-way flight home and covered the cost to ship the truck to me -- all out of the dealership's pocket. What at first seemed like it was going to be a bad experience ended up restoring my faith that customer service is still important to some companies. I was told it was being reconditioned, so I patiently waited a full week. After that week, I finally got the opportunity to see and test-drive the vehicle. To my surprise, essentially nothing had been done. The dealership couldn't even tell me where the vehicle had been during that week. When I inspected the LYRIQ, there were several obvious problems: the seats were scuffed, the panel on the right door was coming loose, and the steering wheel was separating around the Super Cruise light. I told the salesman, James, that I was still interested in buying the vehicle. I simply wanted the problems repaired first. I specifically told him that if the vehicle was properly fixed and brought up to an acceptable standard, I would buy it. James was a great salesman, and I was genuinely looking forward to doing business with him. The next day, however, Courtney contacted me and told me that if I didn't come in and sign the paperwork that day or the next, even though the vehicle still hadn't been repaired, they would refund my $500 and sell the vehicle to someone else. This was two days before the end of the month. After waiting patiently for a week for the dealership to complete its own reconditioning, I was suddenly being pressured to purchase a vehicle with known, unresolved problems--or risk having the vehicle sold to someone else. That wasn't acceptable to me. I have no problem waiting for a used vehicle to be properly repaired before purchasing it. In fact, I would expect a dealership to want its customers to receive a vehicle in acceptable condition. What I don't expect is to be pressured into signing paperwork on an unrepaired vehicle because the end of the month is approaching. James was excellent, and I have nothing negative to say about him. I was actually looking forward to completing the purchase with him. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled afterward completely changed my opinion of the dealership. My advice to anyone considering buying a used vehicle here: make sure every promised repair is actually completed and that you are satisfied with the vehicle before signing anything. There is a lounge, complimentary coffee, and free WiFi while you visit! We were looking for a specific interior and exterior for the ES350 model that this location didn't have unfortunately. We also looked at their upcoming inventory. Even though we didn't purchase a Lexus from this dealership, it was a outstanding experience at this Lexus of Henderson! We live pretty far from this location, but I would travel back here again!
