We had a fantastic experience with Lake Mead Boat Sales. From start to finish they delivered. Adam,…read moreour salesperson, was exceptional--he listened, understood our budget, and stayed in touch (even off hours). Sam in Finance was on point, taking care of what we needed with no fuss. And Keira (I think her name, sorry if I mixed it up) handled our plates and registration flawlessly so we could head out of town. Will walked us through the boat well and pointed out items needing attention. Yes, there are a few small issues now (that's inevitable), but Adam has already jumped on getting them fixed. Their Boulder Highway Store is a tad more expensive than some competitors, but it's super convenient (I forgot my trailer adaptor and they came through). We love the boat so much we probably won't buy again anytime soon, but if you're in the market, this is your place. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Dry Dock Boat Sales was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We wouldn't have our beautiful Yamaha boat if it weren't for Candice. Her exceptional service and care made it all happen. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make our dream boat a reality. Sam made financing a breeze, and Adam in sales was fantastic. A huge shout-out to Will, who spent so much time walking us through every detail during delivery. As we are first-time jet boat owners, we had a lot to learn, and he made sure we felt completely comfortable with everything. The on-the-water delivery was a first-class touch that most dealers don't offer--how great is it that your first time driving the boat is with an experienced professional guiding you? It gave us so much confidence and made the experience even more exciting. I can't say enough great things about the team at Dry Dock Boat Sales--other than our first trip was smooth sailing, and thanks to you, we're ready to make some unforgettable waves. Update: We had to bring our boat in for a little unexpected service, and once again, the team at Dry Dock Boat Sales completely exceeded our expectations. Mareta was a dream and took such good care of us and our boat. The whole team got the boat in, fixed it up, and sent it back to us good as new. It was such a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Huge thanks to Adam as well--he helped us out when we had a quick question outside of regular hours, and we really appreciated the extra support. We are so grateful for everyone at Dry Dock. It's rare to find a place where you not only trust the service, but also genuinely enjoy the people. Thank you for taking care of us and our floating family member!

Came back 2 days later with an interest rate 10 points higher, and a payment that was $120 per month more. Was asked to provide a $500 hold for the boat. They charged my card the $500. Asked for a refund they said they needed to have my card to swipe it for the refund. Said they would mail it to me. Then comes back with a counter offer, of $80 more that was orig quoted (longer term, same high interest rate and down payment). Calls back the next day, offers a payment of $50 more that was orig quoted but would have to get "my owner" to go for it. Thankfully, owner wasn't willing to lower the price slightly to make a deal. I won't go back to this dealership! Should have been more suspicious when there were 3 employees and no customers in the dealership at 3 in the afternoon. Avoid this place!

He offered $349 for ad service, etc. I asked what his company name was so I could google. I then told him I will do research and he can call me back tomorrow. He started being pushy and said he will sale the car today. I told him he wasn't gonna get my ad money today until I research, and call me tomorrow. He proceed to ask what my plan is for selling the car, I told him it wasn't his concerned. He asked why hasn't your car sold yet. I said, I just posted few days ago and we're in coronavirus isolation, do you think people really go out to see it. He kept pushing..so I asked: "have you ever had people hung up", he said "many times". So I HUNG UP!!. LOL.

We took our RV into be sold by LVPAS and they did sell the RV in just under 90 days. I got a call…read morefrom the owner saying he had a solid offer on the RV, but the offer was just over our agreed upon net price, which meant they wouldn't make much on the deal so he asked me if we would take a lower price. We agreed so long as it was the offer he stated to us. When we got the paperwork after the sale went through, I saw that the buyers offer was considerably higher than stated on the phone, not to mention that the sales contract had been signed a week prior to the phone call. As a result, we received a check from LVPAS that was substantially less than what we had originally agreed upon. I attempted to contact the owner via Certified Mail, but he didn't respond. In MY OPINION: I would never do business with LVPAS again as they cheated me out of a substantial amount of money. I believe this was fraudulent and done so on purpose.

I didn't want to believe the countless negative reviews from others and was suckered into the friendliness from Kelly. Kelly seemed very friendly but the reality is that he lied not just once, but really took advantage of me, telling me lie after lie. I now dished out 15 thousand for an RV I can basically throw away or pay $9000 to get fixed. I addressed this issue to the owner Mr. Schwarz and he literally told me to get lost and hung up the phone. THINGS TO BE AWARE OF: I was introduced to an independent mechanic who confirmed that the RV was in great condition. Truth of it is, the tow truck driver and the mechanic both said within minutes, that they had rarely seen anything so bad! Once the mechanic took a deeper look, I was give a huge list of major items that needed to be fixed. I was told automatic leveling works great, when in fact everything had been built out, it didn't even exist! The fuel pump and the fuel filter were changed literally right before the sale. The reason for that was the fuel tank is a giant rust pot. I was told that any mechanic would know that replacing a fuel pump and filter would not be the solution to fixing a rust filled tank and that it was clear this was just a quick fix to make the sale and get the RV off the parking lot. In fact as I met the mechanic he was in the exact position where the fuel pump is located. So I can only assume that was what he was doing. The list goes on and is not important in this review. What is important however is to understand that they are perfectly willing to lie right into your face to make a sale. Then when you have an issue they simply hang up the phone and tell you to go elsewhere, put nicely. Therefore I wouldn't even risk it. Does that mean every RV will have an issue? No obviously not, but it does indicate that if you have any issues within 45 minutes of driving your new RV that they are willing to ignore and leave you with a repair bill of $9000! IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Read the other reviews from people who have issues, as that clearly confirms the same issues I'm having.
