Cameron and Leo tried cloning the ECU for my ML 350 but they were unsuccessful. Then they held my vehicle hostage for 2 and a half weeks claiming that the new ECU from Mercedez hadn't arrived. The truth was or still is that they were or are not licensed or are qualified to do this work for any vehicle! They did refund the 2,300.00 back to my credit card so thank you for that. Roughly two weeks ago I rang in asking if they could work on my fuel injectors but they said nope we don't work on fuel injectors. I don't believe that they were a fit for my vehicle. Leo thank you for your response to my review. It's true regarding the ECU however I rang into your company and Cameron was honest enough to tell me about the licensing. I also did ring in regarding my fuel injectors I can submit my phone records to support my phone call to Cameron. Lying serves no benefit whatsoever especially when reviewing a company. read more

UPDATE: I changed the review from 1 to 4 stars and left the summary of the previous review so it is useful to others. TL;DR: This shop's action caused my warranty to exploit a contract loophole and denied covering my crankshaft leak based on a pre-existing condition basis. Just when all hope was lost, they decided to own it and offered to fix the issue for free. That was very honorable and rare in businesses today. The goods: - What they offered to do was very honorable and deserve the 4 stars. - They didn't overcharge like the dealership would have. The bads (what went wrong the first time in a nutshell): - Their communication was poor. - They didn't offer an estimated deadline. - I was walked to my car by a tech so I could start and check the car but wasn't allowed to move the car because my warranty hadn't paid them. I never had that experience before. At my last shop, they invited me to test drive my car a few times. - Poor attention to detail: Engine light came off. Oil spilled on the roof. Never adjusted the maintenance record as requested. - The owner isn't very professional. Just when I asked for some time to update the review, he went on a rant on my text accusing me of holding this against him and how unfair I was. However, at the shop, he avoided meeting with me and clear the air. What they did absolutely saved my car, money, and time. I'm sure they invested over $1k to right this. But too many things rubbed me the wrong way that I won't recommend to my friends or go back there myself. read more

I brought my 2025 Audi RS6 in for a Unitronic Stage 1 tune and the new Unitronic carbon intake, and EuroTek absolutely delivered. Before choosing them, I called another shop that was willing to flash a 93-octane tune even though I don't have access to 93 where I live. EuroTek was the opposite--straightforward, protective of the car, and not interested in doing something that would put the RS6 at risk. I sent these guys my Audi 2 months ago due to my "ECU" Being bricked. (As they said) They also told me I had to buy a new one, that mine was damaged and couldn't be recovered. Also that I had to go buy a new ECU and bring it to them. They charged me $200 just to tell me something that wasn't true. so I towed it back home after 2 months, reflashed my ECU myself and got my car running and working again.
