Okay, so, these guys are absolute lifesavers…read more My husband and I came in to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a used car we were thinking of buying from nearby, and the guys at this shop offered us a really fair price and fast service. They were quick yet astonishingly thorough, brutally honest, and I feel that they ultimately spared us from some major headaches down the road. I really appreciated how candid and real they were when speaking with us, and it was very apparent that they know what they are good at what they do. I wish they were closer to home for us, we'd go there all the time. But since you're reading this that means you are nearby, and I recommend that you give them a call.

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I…read morebrought my car in because it was making a noise when starting. They told me the battery and alternator both needed to be replaced, and I paid a little over $1,000 for the repair. As soon as I got home, the exact same noise was still there. I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic, who showed me that only the battery had been replaced. The alternator was still the same one and looked like it had never even been removed. When I called to ask for a refund for the alternator, they told me to bring the car back. By then, my car was already at the other shop being repaired correctly. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this business. I expected an honest diagnosis and to receive the repairs I paid for, but unfortunately that wasn't the case

We couldn't figure out what was going on with my car at first but he was diligent about giving it back to me 100x better. He kept in communication with me throughout the process and made sure I was never without transportation while it was being worked on. I can't say enough about him and all the guys at Advanced Auto. They truly are the most honest, hard-working and fair shop I've ever worked with. Truly went above and beyond to make sure my a/c and electric was working like new. It's been a year since I was there and I realized I hadn't reviewed yet but as I'm sitting in my car with the a/c blasting ice cold during this insane heatwave I had to do it right now. I send anyone with car issues their way with total confidence.

Brought my lifted Duramax into Glendale Lube Center for an oil change and fuel filter replacement…read moreand immediately realized my truck was probably the smallest ego in the parking lot. Most shops see this thing pull up and suddenly everybody disappears to 'lunch,' but not here. Maria and Cesar handled it like absolute veterans. Maria was at the front desk looking so good I almost forgot why I came in there in the first place. Customer service was flawless she had the whole place running smoother than my truck after the service. Meanwhile Cesar looked like the final boss of diesel mechanics. Dude walked up to the truck like he'd wrestled lifted suspensions in hand-to-hand combat before breakfast. I'm pretty sure at one point they needed FAA clearance to work underneath my truck, but somehow they got the oil change and fuel filter done fast, clean, and without launching a socket into orbit. Truck came back running perfect, no leaks, no problems, and no 'check engine light surprise package' two miles later. Honestly Glendale Lube Center feels less like a lube shop and more like a Fast & Furious side quest. Great people, great vibes, and solid work. Maria and Cesar definitely made the experience legendary.

I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. What's also great is there are a lot of pretty decent spots to eat and even a few nice bakeries too while you wait for your car to get serviced. Highly recommend giving them your business!

When I walked in, there was an older man in the shop who appeared to be the only employee present. As soon as I began to ask a question, he held his finger up at me and told me to wait while he continued texting on his phone. I stood there patiently for about five minutes while he remained focused on his phone and never acknowledged me again. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to assist me. It gave the clear impression that helping me was not a priority. After waiting and realizing I was not going to receive any service or basic courtesy, I left. The lack of professionalism and respect was extremely disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this business
