It's an honor to know this man known as Saco. And I'm sure his men respect him as well because this is one heck of an establishment. He's taking more than better care of myself and my family and those I care about in regards to their auto collision and putting their life back together needs. Quick listen about not judging a book by its cover. I bought myself a beater cuz my dog is mature and I see the world still and he's a big boy. Still and others would have just turn the back right off and basically say "you're lost buddy"... Not here.... I heard, " I Got You". This man honors his word. And boy I have some structural damage to my vehicle and it's a piece of crap car but still the attention to detail and safety I might be able to drive this meter another 100,000 miles it's my gas saver and Saco is a savior of a different type for me... You won't regret your decision for doing business with this man. And one more thing let it sink in because I've been finding new discoveries like he painted the stuff underneath the car that no one's going to see even down to the drums where it was slightly huge different from the vehicles color the man's an artist is true are too. read more

Very impressed. The owner Sarko was great from the get go. He had a great sense of humor the first time I walked in the shop. He gave me a reasonable and fair price, got the job done quickly staying in touch with me through the whole process, went the extra mile to make sure I got dropped off and picked up even delivering something I left in the car I needed. My car looks amazing and it was also cleaned nice with a guarentee for his work. I highly recommend this shop and will be referring my friends. This will be my shop now if I should ever need a body shop again which I hope not. Paula read more

Amazing customer service and quality work! I just got my car back and I couldn't be happier. When I had just gotten my car I gave it to a valet only to get it back with a huge scratch in the front. Over the course of my lease, I accumulated a dent on my driver side from someone opening their door and hitting my parked car and other various damages. I had to pay out of pocket at the end of my lease to fix everything. Rush hour collision came to my rescue!!!!! They worked with me to give me a price I was comfortable with and took care of me like family! They took the headache out of the whole process which is all I could ask for. Arman and Sarkis are so nice but most importantly deliver on their promises. Thank you so much!!!!!! Bonus: I got my car back looking and smelling sooooo clean. read more

Sako saved my sanity! I had made exactly ONE PAYMENT on my beloved car - my first new car (well, new to me, anyway) in over twenty years - when, long story short, a bunch of selfish, lawbreaking jerks caused me to need the services of a competent body shop. My daughter found these guys on Yelp and they worked their butts off to restore my car. Not only that, their pricing was more than fair and they got it done in record time. Sako went out of his way to find my replacement bumper and went to extraordinary lengths to get it delivered in a timely manner during the challenging timing of the Thanksgiving holiday week. I dropped the car off on Monday morning before the holiday and picked it up a week later. Their work was exquisite. Color match on the paint is PERFECT. It looks like nothing ever happened! BTW, see the review dated 11/2/2019 from John M.? He's a real guy. I actually met him the day we picked up my car and he is just as effusive in his praise for Rush Hour in real life as he is in his review. THANK YOU, Sako and Rush Hour. You have earned a customer for life. I will be referring anyone I know who needs quality body work to your shop. read more

A few months ago I wrote these company and asked a quote to fix and paint my bumpers. They asked for pictures of the damages, I sent a few pictures and they did give me a quote of $600. It took me a few months to decide if I should fix them bumpers or maybe would b better to buy a new car. I went back and forth until finally I decided to go ahead and fix the car I have now and wait to buy anew one until the end of the year. So I contacted them again, just to get a response saying: Sorry it took you so long to make up your mind, the price for your repair has near DOUBLED now.... we were running a"special" ( first time I hear that...) now the price will be $1000.00. REALLY??? inflation rates are that high? Doubled in a few months... I wouldn't do business with these people. The BAIT and then SWITCH. read more

Rush Hour collision is great! About a month ago I was backing into my garage and I ended up scraping the whole side of my driver door, not only that when I was backing into my garage, I ended up hitting the wall with my back bumper as well. I don't know what I was thinking! Anyhow, this was clearly my fault and I did not want to go through my insurance company because I didn't want my insurance rate to go up after an accident. So took it to these guys and trust me, I shopped around for a good week. They were the most reasonable price I was able to get. My car was literally done with in a week. Thank you rush hour collision! read more

Thank you so much Rush Hour Collision for taking care of our van! I'm so very very pleased with the work they did on our Odyssey. Arman, Sako and the whole team we're professional, friendly, and so efficient. I'm very grateful that I came to them and my family now has an body shop that we can go to that is trustworthy. I had damaged the right, rear bumper of our van on Friday. I was getting so worried about where to get it fixed and how much it would cost, was afraid that I would have to go through insurance, etc. On Sunday night, I requested quotes from at least 7 shops via email/online. Monday morning, Arman was the first to respond to my online quote request, he answered all my questions, and gave the best estimate. I went to 4 shops that day to get the bumper checked in person. Rush Hour checked it out and gave me a very competitive rate. Made the decision to take van to them the next morning (Tues) bacause they really were the best overall as far as price, attitude and professionalism. Lo and behold Wednesday morning I received a call telling me they were done, a day before schedule! They did absolutely amazing work! They are true artists and I couldn't be happier! read more

This is a great body shop to take your car to. Mike at Rush hour can fix minor fender benders and major collisions really well. I have gone to him twice and did a great job on my Toyota Corolla both times. When I got rear ended there was major damage to my bumper and trunk. He took care of everything including dealing with annoying insurance companies. He even paid for my Uber ride and delivered my car. 1st class service. Organized my registration in a folder Detailed the car. The second time went just as well. He repaired the front bumper and front fender. He blended in the paint really well you cannot tell the difference between the paint job. He is friendly, honest, and, reasonable. He really cares about the customers. read more
