I was in a really bad car accident and honestly thought my car would never look the same again. The damage was severe, and I was stressed about the whole process. But this shop completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I brought my car in, they were professional, honest, and kept me updated every step of the way. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely brand new like the accident never even happened. The paint matched perfectly, the body work was flawless, and the attention to detail was incredible. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Edgar and his team to anyone needing collision repairs or body work. Amazing service, quality craftsmanship, and truly caring people. read more

Let me just start by saying, I am an out of town repeat costumer. Folsom California, to be exact. My Porsche panorama was rear ended twice, these guys made sure the entire process was smoothly done. Car was towed to them and the fixed it so nice, you couldn't never tell it was in an accident. They always go above and beyond costumer service. Knowledgeable and most importantly, communication skills were extraordinary! Thank you so much for your kindness and honesty. read more

These guys are amazing! They've done some serious service on my Mazda3 after extensive hail damage. She looks better than she did new! Edgar is amazing, very professional, honest and attentive, he went above and beyond with communication and attention to detail! Not to mention how fast they were with their work considering many horror stories about people waiting for parts on their cars for 6 months and more at the other body shops. Look no further! FAB is IT. read more

After my previous Autobody shop experience was just horrific but when my attorney referred me to this body shop - everything has been great with Ed. Ed is very easy to reach out to. I wouldn't even have to call him to get updated on the repairs with my new Hyundai Kona 2025 car that unfortunately got damaged & got rear ended on the freeway. He absolutely made sure he got the right & new parts that needed to be repaired & replaced. Communication was very clear, direct without no doubt. With the work stress that I do & still dealing with my severe back & neck pain from the car accident - he went out of his way to accommodated me making me less stress that he even dropped off a rental car to my work. Due to the bipolar weather of it raining & shining he wanted to make sure the final repairs, polishing, etc was ready for me pick up my car which was absolutely flawless. He gave me validation of making sure that I get my car the same way I bought my car as brand new. I highly recommend this auto body shop. The name of this autobody shop truly represents itself, to Ed & to those who work with him to get my car repaired & fixed. You won't regret bringing your car to this autobody shop. read more

Honestly I should have done this a year ago when I got into an accident that led me to Edgar at Flawless, from my attorney at YMPK Law (amazing law firm btw) I was a complete wreck and he was nothing but compassionate, helpful and ALWAYS there when I called with questions/concerns!! He even went above and beyond when he told about a real big issue regarding my oil possibly leaking... Let's fast forward a year and I get into another accident and Flawless was the 3rd person I called (after my mom and sister lol). He called me back that evening (mind you the accident happened on a Sunday) and helped me out with everything including getting my car from the WORST auto shop ever (Cadillac approved body shop-that was a horrific ordeal in itself!!).....Flawless helped me through everything including getting me in a rental right away!! Needless to say, Edgar YOU ARE THE BEST and Flawless is my go to for any auto body need. I promise you won't be disappointed!! read more

FAB was recommended by the person who hit my car and was paying to have it repaired. After I obtained a couple of estimates, I went with FAB as recommended because I was told they did amazing work. My only hesitation was that they are located in Tujunga and I live in Burbank. I can only say it was definitely worth the drive to Tujunga. When I picked up my car it looked better than when it was new! The work was amazing just as promised. They even detailed it for me. Edgar was wonderful to work with and has customer service down pat. He is a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend FAB to my friends. read more

Wow! I crashed my car into a concrete pillar (didn't sleep well the night before). That left a large part of the right front of my car totally mangled, with large pieces dangling. FAB, Flawless Auto Body, was recommended to me by two people. I am so impressed and happy with FAB. I got my car back today - they not only fixed it to perfection, but returned my car so shiny and clean! Edgar was super - polite, efficient, explained everything very clearly and concisely. He kept me informed with updates on my car's repair. Everyone at the shop seems really nice, and the office is very clean and pleasant. They have a good working relationship with the nearby Enterprise, so getting a ride to get a car at Enterprise was a breeze. Thank you FAB for your beautiful work, and professionalism. I highly recommend FAB! read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars not because everyone already has, but because it's the honest truth. They have THE most helpful workers and body shop workers. Edgar is amazing! I had a pretty ugly fender bender and just popped into this shop on a whim, since I was driving through Tujunga. I don't live there so don't know the area, so I felt really lucky to have found such a welcoming garage. Edgar immediately attended to me with a high degree of professionalism and friendliness. I later submitted the claim to my insurance, and Edgar gracefully negotiated the quote with them to get me everything I needed, and more. He did a bunch of stuff free of charge. He pushed the job through his repair team in record time, and I had my car back quickly in immaculate condition. I am so happy that -just by chance - I ended up using Edgar and his awesome team to bring my car back to life. They guaranteed their work for life and gave me another small cash break from the final price. I am very happy to have worked with them and I'd definitely recommend them to a friend. read more

An unfortunate hit-and-run left my car in desperate need of body work and a friend of mine recommended Edgar and his body-work magicians at Flawless Auto Body. Right from the start I felt that I was in great hands from my initial conversation and estimate with Edgar. He walked me through in layman terms a breakdown of what my car was going to need. I appreciated his patience and he never made me feel rushed or that he was too busy to explain anything I had questions or was concerned about. Edgar, understands the stress that you experience when deciding where to take your car to be fixed. Trusting a body-shop with your automobile is no joke, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that you are 1000% elated with his work and the final product. He also generously furnished me with a loaner car from his shop which saved me hundreds of dollars in rental-car fees that I would have had to absorb financially. After Edgar and his team were done with my car it might as well have been straight from the showroom floor! Seamless and masterful body work is all that Flawless Auto Body produces for its customers! I cannot recommend these guys enough. You will be in awe of the fact that your once damaged ride looks brand new as if it was never even touched. When it comes to expertise, quality, customer care, and professionalism you will not find another body shop that encapsulates all of the above under one roof other than Flawless! Thanks again, Edgar, for all of your tireless and gorgeous work! read more

I was referred to Flawless Auto Body after I got into an accident. Edgar and all of the workers did a fantastic job on my car! I am so grateful for how easy the whole process was for me. I dropped my car off right after the accident, and had to leave town for a month. He kindly made sure my car was kept safe after it was efficiently repaired long before I returned. Flawless Auto body is the place to go for all your vehicle needs!! Edgar will help you out and he looks out for his customers!

This is the best body shop I have ever gone to and I highly recommend it. First off any other body shop wanted to replace my whole number and charge me more. Edgar told me he could repair it and it would look brand new. It looked fantastic! This also saved me a little money and he smoothed out an area that I had pushed out and fixed it with no additional charge. I was so impressed I decided to fix the side of my car that was damaged. He worked with my insurance and I only had to pay $500.00 when my deductible was a $1000.00 and I was on vacation and he stored my car for free for 11 days. I feel they do a very professional job as a reasonable rate and my car comes back looking brand new. They wash it and clean the inside as an added feature. I would not take my car anywhere else. Never have I given a review from a body shop. Edgar took really good care of me and now I tell all my friends to go to him read more
