I visited Prime Time after my car was unfortunately hit overnight in the parking garage in a hit and run. My tail light, bumper and trunk top needed to be replaced. I had a run in with an "aggressive" wall that scratched up the entire rear passenger-side door of my Honda CRV. I took my car to Prime Time's new location at 6010 San Fernando (they have another location down the same street). They made the process of working with my auto insurance a breeze--from getting a rental from the nearby Enterprise, with whom they arrange client pickups and car returns, to working with the insurance company for your claim. They even made returning my rental a breeze by allowing me to drop it off at their shop when getting my car back. They arranged the pick up of the rental from their shop, so you could save yourself another trip. I recommend their great service. Since I had rental coverage, the boys arranged for the rental company to pick me up. Once the insurance company got their act together (this took three weeks.)
