Last week, I accidentally damaged the passenger-side mirror on my Mercedes while pulling out of my…read moregarage. As anyone who has damaged a car they care about can understand, I felt terrible about it for several days. Driving without a side mirror was also surprisingly uncomfortable and made me feel unsafe. Over the weekend, I searched Yelp for several body shops and decided to visit a few of them on Monday. The first shop I went to gave me an estimate that honestly shocked me. Then I decided to drive a little farther and try GAD. I noticed that GAD had an almost unbelievable 5.0-star rating, and now I completely understand why. Arthur, the owner, personally came out to speak with me. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, straightforward, and genuinely honest. It has been a long time since I have met a business owner who made such a sincere impression on me. He checked the parts and pricing on his computer right in front of me and gave me an estimate that was far more reasonable than I expected. Even better, the car was repaired perfectly in just one day. But what impressed me most was what happened beyond the repair itself. Arthur and his team didn't simply fix the damaged mirror. Without my even asking, they checked other small details around the car, cleaned everything beautifully, and returned my Mercedes looking almost like a new car again. That kind of care and pride in one's work is very rare these days. Going to GAD turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I went there looking for someone to repair my car, but I honestly feel as though I also made a good friend. Some people may look at a perfect 5.0 rating and wonder if it can really be true. After my experience, I can say that GAD has earned it. If you ever have a problem with your car, I strongly recommend visiting GAD before making a decision anywhere else. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, outstanding service, honesty, and genuine respect for customers -- this is what a great body shop should be. Arthur, thank you again for taking such good care of both my car and me. I truly appreciate it.

He knew Corvettes, was easy to talk to, and even though they weren't the cheapest, I felt good about giving them the job. There were a few issues with the first round of work, but Gary handled it the right way. He met with me and his painter, went over all the areas I had concerns about, and made sure everything got corrected without charging me anything extra. To be fair, the carbon fiber parts I brought in were in pretty rough shape to begin with, so it wasn't exactly an easy job. The final result came out really good, especially the color match. My Corvette is yellow, which can be tough to match, and honestly I don't think I've had another shop get the yellow this close before. I was really impressed with how it turned out. Things didn't go perfectly the first time, but Gary stood behind the work and made sure I was happy in the end. That says a lot to me. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing another car or part here again.

Todd was amazing throughout the entire process of my repair!…read moreWe have a very tight garage and scratched up the entire rear door on the concrete pole, causing some massive damage. I hit up numerous auto body shops and got various quotes. Todd gave one of the most reasonable estimates right off the bat. This was all via yelp photos and videos. When I was deciding between a couple of places that also had great reviews and similar initial estimates, I decided to bring the car in to some shops so they could give me firm numbers on what the cost would be. It is hard to evaluate the extent of the damage just from the photos. As expected, the initial photos I sent didn't do the damage justice and the quotes I had received on yelp were all increased. One place DOUBLED their initial quote. However, Todd's quote only increased to a few hundred more plus he was the ONLY one to fully explain why the change and exactly what work was required to repair each bit of damage. I take pride in my ability to read a person and Todd gave me good vibes right off the bat, that were solidified as we talked more during the drop off/inspection. As a woman going into an auto body shop it's easy to be dismissed as someone who knows nothing about cars and would have zero idea if they were being ripped off or taken advantage of. I did not worry about this at all with Todd! He was not playing any games, and he made it super clear he is just someone who genuinely loves cars and treats his work on them like an artist would a painting. The car came back as good as new (truly haven't seen it look this good since I bought it 4 years ago). While I hope to not need any further work done on my car, I will 1000% be returning here if I do!!
