Elegant Body Shop came highly recommended by Chevrolet of Glendale and that was all we needed. We called and spoke with David, whom is very helpful, patient and easy to talk to. He assured us he would take great care of our car,and he did! Our car was drivable with minimal damage, but David sent a flat bed tow truck within an hour and off our car went. We truly appreciated the convenience and all the arranging David did so quickly. David kept in frequent contact with us on the progress of repairs and any updates with our auto insurance company. He handled a majority of the back and forth which made working with him more pleasant than us having to communicate with two separate parties. We are very happy with his work, we believe his prices are very reasonable and our car looks like new again. We had an exceptional experience with Elegant Body Shop and highly recommend them for all your auto body repairs! Thank you, Elegant Body Shop! read more

My wife had a minor "disagreement" with a concrete car stop. It separated the bumper cover/front valence 3/8 inch and triggered a parking sensor code. Cosmetically the car looked OK but I wanted the sensor issue resolved. I went to my "usual" shop thinking they could reassemble everything. I was quoted $2,300 which included a new bumper cover, paint, etc etc. . . I then went to my insurance company's "preferred" shop. The service writer quoted me $4,300 without even bending over to look at the damage. Upon my brother's recommendation I took the car to David at Elegant Body Shop, which is where I should have gone in the first place. David took the time to thoroughly look at the car and provided me several options for repair. Within 3 hours the damage to the bumper was completely repaired and a short time later the sensor was reconnected and reset. All for a price well below the quotes I received at the other shops. I was so impressed with how smoothly my wife's repair was, I immediately gave him my car to repair. Another "disagreement" with a parking stop. Just like my wife's car, David provided repair options then professionally and quickly put my car back together. Again for less than what I was expecting. Thank you David at Elegant Body Shop for your honesty and great service. I recommend this shop enthusiastically and without any reservation. read more

Accidents are overwhelming. When I found this shop, I was really scared about the impact of temporary losing my primary mode of transportation. The team at Elegant Body were extremely empathetic about the anxiety that comes with being separated from your car and with trusting someone to take care of it. Well, I picked up it up sooner than expected and it looks brand new! David and his team literally went above and beyond to repair (and even clean) the car, and they communicated through the process. The service was worth the cost; I will never look for another body shop again. Thank you so much! read more

I needed my front bumper replaced. After looking at other body shops, I decided to give Elegant Body Shop a try. I met David, he made a stressful situation not so stressful. David was very kind and caring about everything. He made me feel at ease, and I knew after talking to him I found the right place to go to have my bumper replaced. David spent time with me, he was with me every step of the way, and he answered any questions or concerns I had. The estimate he gave me was spot-on. The work was professionally done, and my bumper looked even better than it was originally. David and his staff will give you terrific, honest work at a fair price. I was very happy with my experience. David will work with you so you will be satisfied with the results. This place will provide you with a ride if needed. When the work is finished, they will wash your car. They even give senior discounts. How cool is that! I highly recommend Elegant Body Shop. David and his staff are truly the best, they gave me exceptional customer service and with smiles attached! If you decide to use this business, please tell David Russ sent you! read more

They are AMAZING!! I needed my bumper secured. Other body shops were going to charge me a couple hundred dollars. Dave looked at it and was able to fix it free of charge. He also gave me quotes for some other small repairs and it was a lot less than other places. The work they do here is of very high quality, they are very responsive when I called to get an appointment, and I trust them to be very honest. A body shop is the kind of place you hope you never need, but this is a place I would send everyone I know. read more

Absolutely recommend this body shop! Hassle free and beyond helpful, especially when you know close to nothing about cars/repair. Amazing body work and color match! I've taken previous cars to other shops and these guys are by far my favorite. My wife got rear-ended at a stop light in her new car. I discovered this shop a couple years ago. I went to three or four different shops in Glendale. I needed my rear left bumper repaired after someone pulled into the parking spot next to me and rubbed some paint through to the primer. I also needed my front left bumper repaired after I scuffed some paint trying to park in a tight spot. David at Elegant was the most economical and affordable. They did an excellent job. A couple weeks later someone else did the same thing in the same spot on the rear bumper. I went back to elegant and they fixed it again. I had a friend get bumped on his drivers side rear quarter panel. Elegant was the only shop I recommended, and they did a great job. read more

These guys felt like family. I have never trusted mechanics more than when my family would help with my car. I drive a lot and my car is essential for my job so when some problems occurred, the owner made sure I was safe and not over charged. He have me parts at wholesale, a fruit juice, and a hug :) A problem that could have been $600 turned out to be $300! David and his team are PHENOMENAL! The insurance company dragged their feet and throughout the process the shop communicated thoroughly not only with me, but with the insurance company as well. Not only was I impressed, but the insurance company gave not one, but two, compliments to David too. Just when one thought that customer service was a dying art form, you have this great family-owned business who pleasantly remind you that this isn't the case. While I hope to never have an accident like this again if I need a body shop in the future, I would absolutely go back to Elegant Body Shop. read more

Where to start, David really took good care of me on my Infiniti. I had a door replaced and some paint restoration and I couldn't be happier with the results. The turn around time was just few days and the end results were perfect. I would recommend this body shop to anyone reading this. Amazing work and service. read more

I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service offered here.  When my fiancé and I arrived, we were greeted immediately and treated with the utmost respect.  The owner, David, asked one of his technicians to diagnose the issue.  This technician not only diagnosed the problem, but repaired it in twenty minutes without asking for a fee!  We paid a nice tip, of course, but this type of treatment speaks to the integrity of the business.  Other body shops around the same area had provided quotes of over $200 while sounding disinterested to gain new business.  We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the service.  We plan to return and to refer friends, family, and colleagues. read more

I can't understand why mine is the only review here! I use Yelp religiously, and when this place was recommended by a friend, I was skeptical because what kind of place gets no Yelp action? Boy, was I surprised. Besides fixing my car back to new, they get an A+ on convenience, turn-around, friendliness and customer service. They give you juice and coffee upon arrival, and when the work was done even gave me a special gift for being a new customer. I was so happy with this place and its people that I actually hugged both the owner and office manager. Did I already say my car looks perfect?! I LOVE ELEGANT BODY SHOP! Seriously. Go. After my accident i was hesitating where to take my 2015 Honda accord. I had front damage to my bumper, grill, radiator etc.. My friend recommended me to this shop and i am very thankful he did so. Anyways, David was the gentleman that helped me out with exactly what was going to be replaced on my car, by breaking it down during the invoice. My insurance then took over and handled all the repair cost. It took a one week to repair all the damages, and throughout the whole process i got two phone calls from David, updating me on the status of my car, which i thought was very professional. Im very happy with the outcome my car looked the same as the first day i bought it! I would HIGHLY Recommend to anyone who wants to get their car repaired, to try this place out. Getting body work done is daunting, full of uncertainty. Elegant Body Shop and specifically David, were referred to me and so I went forward trusting the judgment of the one who gave me the referral. It was easy to set a time to go in, no problem there at all. When I did arrive, I was amazed to see how clean their service bay is. Everything was clean, proper and in order! I thought that was a good sign! I chose to leave my truck with them for the week and got a rental. The shop manager called me to ask for another day to refine the work as it was not as yet to his standard. I agreed (and he incidently paid for my extra day of car rental). When I did go in to get the truck, the area where the work was done was FLAWLESS!! I couldn't have been more happy! You'd honestly never know there was a ding there where they did the refinement. Above all, I can say that Elegant is a very professionally-run and very detail-oriented and clean auto body establishment managed by guys who are thorough and conscientious. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone needing body work and I would not hesitate to go back myself if I ever need it! I have to give them props too for the human kindness factor, having someone hit you is trying but being patiently understood and taken good care of is what we all look for when searching for a reputable autobody place. I appreciate the understanding and concern for my time and for the value of my vehicle! read more
