If a business states they are open until 4:00 PM, they should accept customers until 4:00 PM. Turning away paying customers early is completely unacceptable.

When I unwrapped it today, the light shade and structure were turned upside down did not fit correctly as before. There was a phone call the day after the move to review if everything went well. I had not registered that the lamp was still unwrapped, but today, I quickly learned it was not the same. I had to rate the review from 5 to 4 stars.

It's amazing how quickly one can fill a space. I was at full capacity. Whenever I have a project, Yelp, has been wonderful in getting me the assistance needed. Elite movers was the first (and forever my only) company to request lots of pictures with all cupboards open, an approximation of cost and duration, and customer service that took the time to answer all questions. The move day went off without incident. My crew consisted of four strong fellas-my crap being packed left and right, furniture being moved, boxes toted off, things I wasn't taking headed for the trash etc. They were all done by 1:30 or so and headed to the new place so I stopped for pizza/soda for them. All boxes unloaded and furniture placed where requested. Elite finished their job by about 3:30. I like them less now. The remaining boxes to unpack seem to have multiplied in the garage like bunnies but at least they are in one place. Great value for the money and no stress with packing things safely! When we did so no one told us the amount of dirt, debris that would come into the unit because we were upstairs with an exposed opening. I expect dust but not the amount that comes in because they've left it fully exposed to the attic space When you're moving quickly, you don't think about that and the management here neglected to advise you of how incredibly dirty your belongings would be. And now some of our stuff is actually ruined because of the amount of dust and debris that got into it. I spoke with someone in the office about it, but they really could care less. Do not rent a space here. And if you must make sure it's on the bottom floor protected from the elements that they've allowed to come into upstairs units.

Ben threaten that he will put my account on hold without even discussing any solutions or hearing me out. All I asked for was for him to talk to me like an adult and not a child with the yelling. My move cost went from $1,585, then to $1,886 and finally to $2,500+. Now I'm stuck with no one to talk to and will be taking Master Moving Inc. to small claims court. Don't add stress to an already stressful situation when moving going with this company. There are many other options and this family business needs to retrained on customer service for a high end ticket service. Your not spending $50 but thousands and should be treated that way. I moved out of state and they said the first month of storage is free but now Ben is saying that's not the case I would have to pay $600 since I had to travel for work after my scheduled delivery date. THEY DIDN"T LABEL A SINGLE BOX. This was horrible when they crew cam e to unload the truck and we had to open each box to tell them where to put it; but it only got worse from there. I have counted at least 6 boxes that had items from both the office and my son's room. They could have consolidated it to one room but did not care about us or our belongings whatsoever. It only slightly bothered us that they broke some wine glasses and a headboard (stuff happens). It was annoying that they put THEIR trash in some of our boxes (see picture). It really bothered us is that they lost some pieces of our other headboard so it can't be put back together. What made us completely disgusted and livid is when they packed our TOILET PLUNGER and TOILET BRUSH on top of MY SON'S DRINKING CUPS. This is the service I received spending 2x what they quoted me (well over 5 figures). I can't image the service they provide others.

Positives: - Communication - Right on time for the pickup - Extremely fast delivery (8 days for 2500 miles) - Flexible with the inventory right until loading day. - price was unbeatable Negatives: - Not a lot everything went smooth. - if I had to pick one I was charged $350 on delivery as they came in an 18 wheeler to an apartment community. He says "this isn't Enterprise". Well, yah. He then informs me that I need to refill the tank with gas(of course), but I need to provide them a receipt or they will take the truck and refill it at 8.00 a gallon. He was correct, this isn't Enterprise or any other place I've rented vehicles from. I'm doing the walkaround and I notice the check engine light is on and I'm told "not to worry". BTW, in the pics you'll see how they conveniently placed the sticked over the check engine light(hoping nobody would notice?) I don't have much of a choice at this point, so I do my business and luckily the "bucket of bolts with 150k miles on it doesn't fall apart". First of all, we picked the truck up at 2:30pm yesterday and returned it at 10am this morning and we were charged for TWO FULL DAYS for less than 1 day of having the truck. Upon picking up the truck, we were required to do a walk around with one of their workers. He was very quick and pointed out everything they had seen and had me initial for those things and sign. I did so, trusting that since it was their truck, they knew everything that was wrong with it. When my driver returned Rent It called me and their representative Brian was very curt said he damaged the top cap of the truck and charged me $450 to replace it. I told him that we didn't do the damage and that my driver had absolutely no opportunity to damage it as there was NOTHING OVERHEAD ON HIS ROUTE OTHER THAN SKY. Regardless of this, he didn't listen or care and proceeded to tell me he was going to charge it anyways. I guess my mistake was not taking pictures of the truck since they don't bother to take some of their own. They would rather baselessly accuse and charge their customers. I very rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to so maybe someone will think twice before using Rent It for their truck needs. Terrible company, terrible customer service, negligent policies. Never again.
