Javier and Nestor installed all of our windows faster than anticipated. Their expertise and efficiency were quite remarkable. On top of that, they were always so pleasant and accommodating. Lined their pathways with sheets and covered our personal stuff that might get debris on it. I didn't see it but I think I heard them vacuum once they were done too. Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!…read more I cannot say enough good things about this team! It all started with Jonathan Morales, the sales manager, who kicked everything off seamlessly and made the initial process a breeze, especially dealing with HOA . When it came time for the installation, Luis, Eric, Roberto, and Alex showed up and absolutely crushed it. They replaced 11 large windows and worked together like a NASCAR pit crew--fast, incredibly efficient, and perfectly coordinated. Whenever we had questions, they were happy to explain the details and differences between the options. Valentina was especially helpful in recommending windows that fit our needs and budget, without ever trying to upsell us. Everything went exactly as expected, from the initial measurements and estimated delivery date to installation day. The installation team was incredibly efficient, careful, and clean. They worked quickly, and there was surprisingly little dust or mess left behind. Best of all, we noticed an immediate improvement in both sound insulation and temperature control after the new windows were installed. We later learned that GV Home Solutions has been in the local window business for many years. They may not be the most visible company online, but their experience and quality of work really show. We're very happy with our new windows and highly recommend GV Home Solutions to anyone in the community looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great service!

At the start, I got three estimates on the windows, and this company's estimate was about 60% the price of the other two. The owner, Vlad, was early to the estimate appointment (I like punctuality). The estimate was very quick and straightforward; no upsell at all. After signing the contract, and paying the deposit, they said it would take about a month to get the windows made. They emailed me almost exactly a month later to schedule the installation. The installer, Boris, was also right on time on the day of the installation. He did nearly all of the work himself, except Vlad came to help for a large picture window. Boris did a great job. The installation took about 7 hours. One thing I felt they could improve on is being more proactive about their communication. I felt that I was the one initiating nearly all the emails. Overall, I am happy with their work and would recommend this company to friends and family.

However, that company didn't service my parents' area, so I called Replacement Windows for Less. They were responsive, respectful, and super helpful in making recommendations (e.g., window type, tempered glass, etc.). Their price was reasonable; they were fast; and as soon as I saw the finished product, I wished I had used them for my house as well. This is a tiny detail, but it stood out: When retrofit windows are installed, companies use a strip of vinyl on the inside to create a clean finish between the new window and the original wall. The company who did our windows cut straight strips, whereas THIS company cut them all at a 45-degree angle like a quality picture frame. So nice. My windows are fine, and again, I wouldn't have even noticed had I not seen the work this company did for my parents. If any of my friends are looking to get their windows upgraded, this is the company I would go with!
