What makes this even more frustrating is that THEY have cancelled/rescheduled my appointments several times, despite the fact that I purchased a $1,400 spa package. Today was the last straw. I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to be told that the massage therapist was "sick" and they needed to reschedule me. They claimed they had tried calling me several times earlier that day, yet I had NO missed calls, texts, emails, or voicemails from them. So apparently customers are expected to follow a strict 48-hour cancellation policy--with no exceptions--or pay $50, but they can cancel on you the same day, after you've already shown up, with no consequences.
