    Beef & Shrimp

This was my first time visiting a Mongolian Grill. I liked the self service option and was able to pick out a vegetable heavy plate & it was less than $25 for the beef & shrimp combo. It lacked seasoning or flavor for me which is odd. So I had to add a lot of salt for some reason. I got the plum sauce and peanut sauce which were good add ons & also used more chili oil. I wasn't highly impressed by it but I mean grab & go hibachi didn't disappoint.

I am still keeping my five stars for this place. Nice owner and nice staff. The place is always clean and I do appreciate the extra efforts they put when cooking my food to avoid contaminating with any pork. It's the only Mongolian Grill I will eat at.

The food is pretty good and huge in portion. It is worth the money you are paying for it. We got with chicken and Spicy Mongolian sauce. You do have an option to add more white brown or fried rice. I skipped it but my husband got some fried rice which was quite yum. My only complaint would be they put a lot of sauce. Looking at my plate, my husband did tell the server to go low on sauce, but think they missed it :) My husband skipped his last few bites because it seemed like saucy noodles. I also like it a bit more when the sauces are added with in the wok itself and cooked, rather than on the top. The server was quite friendly and offered us to try out sauces which was good. The place is typical and not too fancy. Good for a quick lunch takeout and maybe you might have leftovers for dinner too :)

A dish cooked with whatever ingredients you want to be added and whatever style and sauces you want to be added! we ordered the Mongolian Stir Fry with Rice Noodle and Chowmein Mix with lots of veggies like Jalapeno, Chinese Spicy Pickles, Marinated Broccoli Heart, Green Onion and Carrot For Protein we chose - Chicken and Egg and asked for Spicy Mongolian Sauce. This came with a complimentary Fried Rice! The Sauce came on the side but it was more sweet than spicy. There's a condiment bar near the checkout where you can add peanuts and other sauces as you want! The noodles and rice were good and the veggies were soft and fresh. would have loved it to be spicy

Stir fry and fried rice for both of us. One is the plum sauce and the other is the teriyaki sauce.

Randomly came upon this place tonight in need of dinner. Super delicious and quick service. We do wish there was more options for the grill for sauces and veggies. But, you get rice and sauce on the side so that worked out. We got tons of food and have great left overs. I'm sure we will go back for more in the future.

I come here whenever I'm not really sure what I want or if I want something like teriyaki but also want some fresh veggies. You can make your bowl whatever you want which makes it perfect for those days where you can't decide. Normally I get chicken but today I decided to try the beef and it was really good, I'll probably get it more often. After making your bowl you get to pick your rice and sauce. For sauce is usually get spicy mongolian on it (it's really not spicy at all), and I get mongolian curry on the side. Servings are huge and they have pretty good prices for how much food you get.

First visit, this is a very nice Mongolian Grill, very clean and organized impressive!

Definitely try this restaurant! The food is fare priced, about $13 a large bowl. It comes with a free side of rice. Like all Mongolian restaurants, there are signs about charging extra for filling your bowl to the top. (which should always be allowed, stacking it tall is the reason why we come:) ) but he didn't charge us extra! that alone will be the reason we return! that and the food is good and the people working there are friendly. good variety of toppings that seem fresh and lots of different sauces to put on before or after.

In the end the food tasty good and you have a lot of flexibility on how to create your plate, but I found their system too complicated, too many steps and rules to be aware of as you plan your meal and it felt intimating to me. You start by getting a small bowl and filling it up with noodles and veggies. You can in fact grab a second bowl if you want more food for you or to share. For the second bowl you're charged between 3 to 6 $ depending on how much you fill it up. You then take it to the cook and select your protein, now you have the option to double or triple it. You also select your sauce and you get rice too. The you go sit pick up utensils and fortune cookies and wait to be called. They don't have your name nor you get a number with your order, they are so good at remembering groups I suppose. And then you enjoy your food. There other rules regarding the weight of the food to prevent folks from overdoing it... Anyways, the food was good just overwhelming with the options and rules.

This is the second buffet I've visited, located in Redmond. There weren't too many customers at…read morelunchtime, but the food was fresh, and at first glance, nothing looked unappetizing. Environment: Redmond is very close to Bellevue, with many big tech companies nearby, so the local spending power is high. As a result, the environment is naturally not an issue. The buffet area is clean and well‑organized, with clearly separated sections: Japanese food, hot dishes, salad, fruit, steamed dim sum, and Western food. The clientele here is noticeably more diverse than at the buffet I visited in Auburn - clearly thanks to the greater variety of food. The seating is spacious. Overall, a big plus. Service: Nothing stood out about the service, except that the staff cleared plates promptly. I think a buffet restaurant should proactively ask customers about their dining experience in order to adjust the menu and introduce new items. After all, constant renewal and innovation are a restaurant's promotional tools. Taste / Food: Steak - The first thing I tried from the Chinese food section. The beef quality wasn't outstanding; it was cooked well‑done and a bit too salty. Not recommended. Sushi - The salmon sushi was fresh. For the Arctic surf clam sushi, each piece came with two slices of clam, but the nori overpowered the delicate flavour of the clam - not recommended. Cantonese steamed dim sum - The shrimp dumplings (har gow) were pre‑made / semi‑finished products. As I've mentioned before, if a restaurant doesn't make them from scratch, using a good semi‑finished product actually becomes a matter of trust. If a good restaurant carefully selects a high‑quality pre‑made product, I think most customers can accept it. The steamed ginger & scallion beef tripe was tender, with a balanced saltiness - recommended. The steamed purple rice cake was also a semi‑finished product, but it was slightly undercooked. Hot dishes - The total number of raw ingredients used in the hot dishes was no more than 15 SKUs, often combined in predictable ways. I tried beef with broccoli, plain stir‑fried broccoli, celery with shrimp, etc. The wok work wasn't particularly impressive. Fruit - When fruit sits out for too long, it oxidises - for example, pineapple and cantaloupe. I was a bit disappointed to see mango pudding in the fruit section. The strawberries were good. Final thoughts: As someone who used to work in the restaurant industry, the key to making a buffet stand out is actually product selection (choice of dishes and ingredients). The profit model of a buffet isn't a secret, so finding great suppliers and competitive purchasing prices becomes critical. The dining experience at a buffet is similar to hot pot - we give the choice to the customers, and they decide for themselves. That's why product selection is even more important for a buffet's competitiveness. Overall, the whole buffet experience is very enjoyable. All in all, recommend

It could have been just me but we choose the lunch time special because of this, and because it's a good deal for high end dining. ($38~ lunch set for boneless beef short rib, unlimited fresh hand rolled noodles) The service is fine dining quality, and the ambiance although busy is quality too. It's what you'd expect dining in downtown Bellevue! If there was a 6th star they'd reserve a special rating from us. It's our whole family's favorite restaurant.

Easy parking which they validate, a nice mall to digest afterwards, and plenty of dessert and boba around. Plus a convenient location with the new 2 line link. Reserve through Yelp if possible because it's easy and convenient, they'll usually seat parties within 15 minutes of reservation time. Cozy inside, decent space between tables, and there's even a downstairs. Service is always wonderful, even though we had four servers during our visit as they rotated, we had an excellent experience with tons of attention. They forgot our enoki mushrooms but one quick wave down fixed it without hassle, so appreciate that. Paid about $100 per person each time, but we go a bit hard, could get away with $50-60 per person plus their tasty sauce and food bar. They don't explain the happy hour that well, but during happy hour they have set menus that include sauce bar and unlimited rice or noodles. Unfortunately, we didn't see it until after ordering so paid a bit extra. Pork bone broth is pretty average, a safe choice but nothing special over here. However, their tomato broth is one of the richest around, rich and umami. Luckily everyone gets their own pot which is essentially a cost per person, before ordering menu items. All the beef is so tasty, tender, and perfectly fatty. Great seafood (especially the shrimp paste / shrimp pate).
