If you know what you're doing when you load your bowl up, the cooks cook it perfectly and the food is always delicious. Have been going here for the past 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. Well I have to say we will not be back. We had the worst service our server Shelbi was the rudest, slowest, most forgetful and unprofessional waitress we have ever had. She ignored us did not refill our drinks forgot to bring our rice and when we asked for it she rolled her eyes at us and kind of huffed under her breath like we were a burdon to her. all she was doing was flirting with some guy at another table I think it was her Boyfriend or something and just ignored u and all her other tables. I can not understand why a company would put up with that I would have fired her a long tine ago . So Until she is no longer employed there we will NOT be going back and we went there at least twice a week. read more

Not a bad meal, but I've been spoiled with good Mongolian for the last few years. Definite plus that you can load the meat yourself, and there is plenty to choose from. Serving the food back in the bowl with the sauce at the bottom is a little disappointing and makes the food mushy once you get down to it......if they served it on a plate and drained the sauce then I'd give them another star...simple little things make all the difference! read more
