Finally, an all-you-can-eat hot pot spot in Temecula! The first thing I noticed was the clean, inviting atmosphere and cozy ambiance. The ingredients are fresh, and the fish tastes amazing. The meat is juicy and tender, cooked just right. Plus, the service is excellent- our waiter was friendly and very accommodating. We'll definitely be back! read more

Just tried the Mongol House and was very pleased. Gotta say our waitress was outstanding - the archetype of perfect. Friendly, but not fawning; alert and there when needed, otherwise off doing setups and attending to the other customers. Efficient. Would we were all as good at our jobs! Excellent value for mighty tasty food - new flavors to me. read more

World class experience from Ownership down to the Management, to the servers this place is top notch with top notch customer service and excellent food..And the pure authentic vibe this place gives has me wanting more. Awesome place! They have the greatest selection and the food is delicious!! Excellent customer service!

Where can I start? The service is spectacular. My broth was constantly filled, my water was never empty, and our waitress made sure that our experience was to perfection. My fiance and I did the AYCE option. That included unlimited sodas and Arizona iced tea and green tea cans. It also includes thrifty icecream at the end of the meal. The ambiance is chill and inviting. The meat quality was fantastic, all the veggies are fresh and crispy and the sauces on the side are very tasty. 10/10 recommend! Let's make this place #1! read more

The all you can eat hot pot is really good! Definitely will come back bring my family again!

Ordered the beef noodle soup. Bland, luke warm broth, noticed they are buying yelp reviews by offering a 10% discount for a review. Did not order the hot pot, so I'm not sure how that is. read more

Attentive and friendly service. The hot pot using bone broth was delicious. The buffet of noodles, sea food, and vegetables for the hot pot were a wonderful selection. Great place to eat and hang out. read more

I saw that this was a new restaurant because we were looking for other places to try. We live in Murrieta and both Temecula and Murrieta have limited options when it comes to hot pot. I loved the attention to service and the food quality was on par with the price point. It was delicious. They had scallops, shrimp, top cut beef, and nicely marbled lamb. You can get unlimited soft drinks and ice cream at the end! Highly recommend. read more

Good food great service and clean and cozy ambiance definitely recommend to anyone will come back

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. The only thing holding me back is the taste and quality of the broth and other available ingredients (taste & quality) as compared to a different hot pot place, I unfortunately am not the biggest fan of regarding their (the other place) customer service. There's a particular soup I absolutely die for at the other location, but more than once have suffered crappy customer service there. The customer service was phenomenal here. Not sure if she is the owner, but I primarily had contact with a very sweet, hospitable woman, but the man I also dealt with was equally as sweet, kind, and humble. SO RARE AROUND HERE UNFORTUNATELY! So it was a gem to feel so welcome to this establishment. I know it's still new, but I can see and feel their authenticity and humility. This is authentic hot pot. But, unfortunately my stomach's heart belongs to one specific soup at another establishment I never felt nearly as welcomed to, other than 1 single waiter who I really appreciate at the other establishment. It truly is AYCE (All You Can Eat) hot pot. I felt bad that I didn't realize the woman was going to bring 1 full plate of each of the meats they offered (all except for chicken). I thought they were going to give me a plate of a mixture of the meats. I unfortunately couldn't come close to finishing the meats, but I got a good sampling of the mix and match ingredients available at the ingredient bar. One thing I wish they had, is tendons. I LOVE tendons - but the have tripe if you're a fan. I ordered the "spicy" broth. Since there are only 2 kinds of broth to choose from, I didn't expect much from the spicy broth, as spicy has to be more inclusive of a wider spectrum of spice level expectations. It was definitely a very mild spicy, but still what I'd prefer between the 2 available. Just know that if you get a refill on broth, they will only refill your bowl with regular broth (not spicy) - diluting the broth you'd have in there previously if you had spicy. You get free canned drinks (I didn't take advantage of since I'm not a fan), but I did take advantage of the free ice cream that comes with it (butter pecan us what I enjoyed). It's nothing special, but I actually enjoyed it because it wasn't the typical over-sugared ice cream they've been making for several years now, especially as I've found around Southern California. Reminded me of the sweetness levels back when I was a kid, maybe through my teens, twenties. More cream and flavor than overkill with sugar. If you want a good authentic hot pot, and especially if you're very hungry/ going for volume, and looking for something comforting, hot, and not overpowering in taste, and for excellent customer service - this is a great place to go. The price is good for what you get. I personally have my preference on taste for a particular very spicy soup that I either pay similarly for when ordering extras on it, or a little less w/o the extras. Unfortunately, I sacrifice the hospitality, authenticity, and genuine kindness I very highly prize, that I rarely find around here, going for the soup at the other place. You will love it here. Great place to share a meal with family and friends. Great place to go to before or after buying groceries next door at the Chinese grocery store I like buying a couple things at. Was hearing about this restaurant a couple months ago when grocery shopping next door. Happy they are finally open, and wish them the very best. These sweet people deserve it. read more

We've really enjoyed Mongol House to two times we've been here! The staff is really friendly and attentive, the broth is unctuous with a slight Szechuan peppercorn mala numbing experience and the side bar has a lot of great veggie and seafood options. It's a really great value for AYCE in the area and we're excited to keep coming back. read more

The beef burger and lamb burger are sooo tender and juicy. The "bun" is so good and freshly pan fried. 5 stars all the way, I'm an instant regular! read more

My family and I enjoyed every bit of this meal. From the drink fridge, the sauce bar, and the other food bar which is all self serve, kept clean and stocked up! Can't forget to mention they have thrifty's ice cream as well to end your meal on a sweet note. Our server and the owner were very attentive and friendly, unfortunately I didn't take pictures but I would definitely recommend for others to check it out! read more

The resturant is brand new, very warm and inviting. Simple lunch menu with beef noodle, minced pork rice and lamb burger, can't go wrong with any of them. Had hotpot, love their seafood selections of scallops, fish, shrimp and mussels. Ayce for only 33! Super deal. Service is impeccable, nice and sweet, kept asking if we want re fills, which is unheard of in a chinese resturant, usually I have to beg for more water or soup. Best in temecula if u want hotpot or a simple lunch. read more

Did not skip the soup base to add water when refill for hotpot, and the bone broth is rich, can't complain more because of that.

We have been here several times. We absolutely love this place. The food is out of this world and the service is great and knowing it's family owned means my money is going toward something good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Definitely head over and support them. It'll be worth it. read more

I came here with my daughter and ordered the AYCE hot pot. The broth was flavorful and came in these beautiful pots. My daughter really liked having her own pot. Amazing service. Worked around all my food sensitivity parameters. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Food was delicious. Service was top tier. Hot pot was the best I've ever had. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

They have 5 stars for a reason, and it's cause of their customer service. Very attentive. Went there after spending a day at Murrieta Hot Springs and it was amazing. We're from Riverside but already planning a trip back to take our son cause we know he will just love it. Thank you for the amazing experience read more
