I recently moved into a home with a flat red rock roof over 2 detached garages. Noted leaking after the first heavy rain so put out a request for quotes. Monarch was the first to respond, and proved to be available and responsive throughout the entire process. I had a few others come by to give me a quote, but Adam (the owner) took extra time to explain the problem and offered a cost-competitive solution. He has proven to be a very honest guy, keeping his word about everything we agreed upon. He also went out of his way to make sure I could easily get a hold of him should the roof leak again during a forecasted storm. He's been in the industry for a couple decades, and from what I understand, Monarch is a new mom and pop venture for him and his wife Ashley -- I'm really happy I chose them for this job. read more

So many great things to say about Monarch Roofing!! Our insurance inspector even said the same thing - she knows their work and recommends them when she can. Adam and Ashley were amazing to deal with. Everything was clear and concise on what to be expected. From the initial estimate, to receiving the estimate and setting up the repairs, then the actual repairs themselves. The guys who came out for the repairs, were kind and courteous! I cannot recommend Monarch Roofing enough! They have been super easy to work. I HIGHLY recommend Monarch Roofing. read more

Monarch roofing is a top quality company. I had a major leak from poor builder quality as the house is only 10 years old. Less than an hour was his initial contact time. Adam, the owner came out the next day and gave a fair appraisal. We had to wait for our insurance company to approve the appraisal. Ashley was great in maintaining communication, and was just a text away. Adam, and a coworker were fast and efficient in fixing the leak. I highly recommend this company. God bless them for their great workmanship and customer service. read more

I did not hear from them for a week. By the time they contacted me, a couple of contractors already came out and gave me a detailed proposals. I was trying to make a decision and it was too late in the fame for them. At least they did contact me and were nice about it when I said I already found a contractor. read more

Good and quick communication. Tile on side of house blew off during high winds on Thanksgiving. Was very responsive and came sooner than anyone else early to fix. Price was reasonable and fixed quickly. read more

Great experience! Came out same day, in the rain, for a quote on a leaking skylight. Did a temp fix and fully repaired the next day. Texting with the owner and having Zelle as an option was super convenient. Couldn't have been easier. Will use again for any upcoming roofing needs read more

Ended up hiring Monarch Roofing to redo and replace our entire roof after the previous company we hired did such terrible work. I was not looking forward to this process again but Monarch Roofing made the process quick and easy. They told me the roof would be done in about 2 weeks and it took them only about 6 days or so. They did the tear off in one day, replaced all the damaged wood the next day and began installing the new flashing, felt and tiles soon after. The entire process was quick and efficient. And everything was up to code! They pulled a permit and the inspectors approved their work without any problems. Most importantly their work was high quality and there was no BS involved. It seems with some contractors you have to watch their work because they like to cut corners (hoping you wont notice) and I didn't have to worry about that with them. They kept everything real and did everything right. The wood replacement, the tear off, installing felt, new flashing, vents , etc was done well. When I had a question, they answered truthfully and educated me on a lot of things. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for high quality work at a good price and don't want to have to worry about getting ripped off or having contractors cut corners. read more

Monarch Roofing replaced the roof on our 100+ year old home. After calling just about every company in the area, they were the first ones to actually show up and get on our roof to give an estimate. The owners of the company were involved every step of the way. Their prices were very fair and the quality of work was excellent. When other companies were estimating several months lead time, Monarch started the project within 2 weeks of being hired and finished earlier than anticipated. They went above and beyond in several ways and made the project as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them for roofing projects. read more

Ashley was so efficient to work with. Very professional! They took excellent before and after pictures and I felt very comfortable with working with them especially since I live out of state. I could not be happier with the their customer service and their work on the repair itself. read more

They replaced missing broken concrete tiles and reattached some loose ones. It's hard to verify the actual quality, because I do not wish to climb on the roof and confirm. But outside looks great. They moved some tiles from inconspicuous location in the back to the front of the house in order to match the color of the missing tiles. Some other tiles they painted. You cannot see any difference. Their quote was not the lowest, but they provided more services, cleaning gutters, caulking and mortaring. Throughout the entire experience, Ashley communicated back to me promptly. She was very accommodating, and put my wife at ease when it came to color matching issues. Excellent cleanup. Left our yard cleaner than it was before they came on the job. The only minor issue to point out is the fact that spoken English proficiency of the crew (3 people) was poor. Regretfully, I do not speak Spanish! We had to use Google translate by speech app. Another time, Ashley was able to join on speakerphone and clarify things with the foreman (Yoko). Having said that, it's nit-picking. I would only take a quarter point off due to language barrier. Therefore, to me it's still a 5-star service! Definitely, will call them first in the future if we ever need any roofing job! read more

I hired Monarch Roofing to fix the skylight on a two story house. When they came out for the free estimate, they inspected the entire roof. They found other trouble spots and sent me pics. After talking to both Ashley and Adam, I decided to hire them to fix everything they found. They were diligent, timely, professional and showed integrity and pride of workmanship. Finding surprises under the shingles is not uncommon and they found wood damage pics of which they provided after. They repaired these surprises wo adding charges. They provided before, during and work completion pics. They were not the lowest estimate, but They are the best. I got my money's worth and more. Over the yrs. Ive had roof work done by various others many times. From this day forward Monarch Roofing is my go to. read more

Needed some roof repairs and replacement of skylights at some properties. I contacted Monarch Roofing and they replied quickly!! Met Adam at the first property and his demeanor and knowledge was beyond expectations!!! Sometimes you are lucky and find contractors like him!!! He went on the roof told me what was needed and would send me an estimate. It was all in the estimate and all reasonable!!! So many contractors start well let me check if we can do that or we need a minimum of $10,000 to do anything and with an attitude that they are doing you a favor by accepting a job. So so so many contractors come out of that mold!!! Not Adam!!!! So refreshing!!!! He also went to another property and there we have a flat roof that he put on an excellent coating that is part of title 24 and will make the home cooler and save that flat roof for years!!! Adam's Office Manager Ashley matches Adam's excellence!!! She was always there to answer any questions and with all the scheduling and ordering. Yes we will always and only use Adam for our roofing needs a true find!!! read more

Our new to us home had some ceiling marking indicative of leakage, so I asked Monarch to come out. They checked everything thoroughly, took lots of pictures both inside and out, and then let me know the leaks were already repaired properly. They didn't try to sell me anything at all! BEWARE! This roofer quoted me $3,200 for a 3 hour roof repair, which is about $1,000 per hour. I am wondering which planet these people came from to charge such prices? I know we had a very long rainy season but this, to me, is nothing but greed on exhibit. read more

I was so impressed with Adam and Ashley from the beginning of our project to the end. They came highly recommended in our city Facebook group page and we now understand why. They stood far apart from every other company we interviewed. Adam came out on a terribly rainy day to help us in an emergency and we can never thank him enough for that. Ashley, the office manager, came by and provided samples for us and went over every single question we had. She was always an easy call or text away. Adam also is part of an elite group of roofers who hold a special designation from GAF due to his training and technical skills. We ended up hiring them to put a new roof on our home. We not only love it, but even more important, is we have confidence that the job was done to the highest standards. This means a lot to us and my family as we've dealt with several leaks and know how terrible it is to have the interior of your home damaged from a bad roof. If you are reasding this review, be sure to include this company in your bidding/interview process. This is one company you should closely consider. We are so glad we did. read more

Monarch roofing is the most professional and reliable roofing company i have dealt with as where most other roofing companies wont call you back or not show up when appointments were made in which i experienced. I had a water leak at my lake arrowhead cabin and contacted monarch roofing and they responded quickly and started the emergency process of ordering material and scheduling me to repair within 2 days! Ashley was so fast acting and organized and prepared its unbelievable. Its super rare to find good contractors in general on the mountain top but ashley and adam drove from Orange County to repair my roof. I cannot tell you how happy i am to have found and hired them to do the job . While repairing my roof Adam found some other issues that need replacement from the original roofer in which i will be having them complete aside from the original repair work pictures were sent to me while doing the job and constant updates were given to me . I will give an update once other job is complete but if you live on the mountain or need a good roofing company dont bother going with another company call Monarch roofing!! read more

Where do I start? I called about nine roofing companies. Some responded with a typical "both owners have to be there before you can make a appointment " sales tactic. Some of them missing appointments and the other ones that did show up just didn't feel right. Then comes Monarch roofing in Orange. Ashley is awesome, she answered the phone every step of the way and called us every step of the way, even after the job was done a week later. This is old school customer service. The crew was great as well. Martin was an experienced crew leader and you could just tell he knew what he was doing. A new roof in 3-5 days, passed both inspections and the quality is huge! As you can tell I'm very happy! I'm so tired of all these other companies making it so hard. Do yourself a favor and get a quality roof from Monarch Roofing. read more

Adam came to the house right away to measure and discuss options. Ashley was great getting over quotes and getting everything scheduled even during this crazy stint of rain that we had. We had a roof leak on our porch during the rainy season. We called Monarch, they were able to come out, walk the roof and give us an estimate. They were back in less than a week to complete the work. They were also able to fix 2 other spots on the roof that would have eventually led to leaks. We are new to CA and to having a tile roof. They fixed our roof before the damage was really bad and they talked to us about what we can do for preventative care (which we needed). Everyone we spoke to was kind and professional. Ashley and Adam were very responsive throughout the process. They were quick and cleaned everything up when they were done. Monarch Roofing, Adam and Ashley especially, were great! Responded quickly, great communication, and excellent work!

I had an emergency roof leak on an apartment building, called several roofing companies that advertised emergency services, and Monarch was literally the only company that responded saying they could help me same day. Ashley at their office was beyond responsive with immediate calls and texts. Adam came out within two hours in a rainstorm, got on a third story roof, patched and tarped a fifteen-foot long edge section, and was done in 45 minutes, all with a smile and helpful, informative attitude. This kind of work is not budget-priced, but you want to know that you got what you paid for without hassle. I need to do a reroof and they will be top of my list. read more

awesome service. very reasonable price and thorough with his work. highly highly highly recommended.

We were fortunate enough to find Monarch Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. We had a troublesome experience with another roofer and were not looking forward to another roofing project. All I can say is that I wish we would have found Monarch Roofing sooner, they were fantastic! Both Adam and Ashley were great to work with, answered all questions and more, were both very responsive. Adam took the time to show us some of the problem areas on the roof, described what needed to be done and why. He was very honest, professional and detail oriented. His crew was also timely and friendly, always made sure everything was clean at the end of each day and the job was complete within the time frame provided at the start of the project. Ashley was quick to respond to any questions we had and we received routine updates throughout the project, it was an incredibly smooth process throughout the entire project. This family-owned business genuinely cares about their work and their customers! I am extremely happy with the new roof, feel confident knowing it was done correctly and plan to recommend Monarch Roofing to family and friends looking to repair or replace their roof. read more
