What was supposed to take 4 or 5 days was not done 6 months later. The duct work was put in but no heat pump ever showed up. "I am waiting to get paid from the next job to buy your heat pump" Not showing up when scheduled was a regular thing. The most stressful contractor i had to deal with. When the air handler WAS put in (still no heat pump) I found out it was put in upside-down. I had to hire another crew to finish the job so I could finish my house. I never got the heat pump and now I have an air handler unit sitting in my shop. Buyer beware. I would like to file a claim with yelp too.

I even told her that we had just used them to install a $15,000 heating system and that they should find the tenant or just eat this service which they charged me $50 for a ten dollar filter and $62 for what couldn't have taken more than two minutes to install. So, I call them again at 1 and they have no answers for where the technician was, why I wasn't notified about the cancelation because apparently he called in sick that morning, or why they never called me back earlier. Their solution was to come up in another in 8 days time, ANOTHER 8 DAYS. When I originally made the appointment and during this whole conversation, I made it clear that the (relatively) minor work needed to be done asap so we can finish closing the home loan with our bank which clearly meant nothing.
