We stopped into Lulu Asian Bistro for drinks and apps and really enjoyed our outing. The space is…read moresuper cool -- upstairs patio seating (we got lucky and snagged a spot outside) gives it a relaxed yet lively vibe. Drinks were on point, and the little details in the atmosphere (lighting, ambiance, layout) made it feel special. For food, we kept it simple but tasty: fries and their edamame bowl with cocktails. Both hit the mark -- the fries were crisp and fun, and the edamame bowl was a smart choice for a lighter, shareable app. We didn't get sushi this visit (so I can't weigh in on that), but for what we had the experience was solid. The patio upstairs is a standout: great for a friend date or casual hang, especially if you're looking for something more upbeat. Service for us was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. If I were to suggest one improvement: I'd like to try more of the main menu next time (especially sushi or a full entree) to get a full sense of what they offer. But for now, I'd absolutely recommend this place for drinks + apps with friends in Fort Collins. We'll be back.

I really pushed the boundaries and got their nigiri sushi plate (chef's choice). Usually my marker for bad sushi is fishy tuna, and there was none to be found. Again, the menu is large, and it tends to be packed on weekends for dinner, but it's a good, comparatively inexpensive place right downtown to get your sushi fix.

The common thread across every dish was not inconsistency but uniform blandness. What arrived on our table lacked taste, energy, and intention, as if the kitchen was simply executing recipes without engagement or care. The moo ping should have been a highlight sweet, smoky, caramelized, and alive with char. Instead, it arrived hollow and lifeless, missing the marinade and fire that define the dish. There was no depth, no fragrance, no sense that the cook believed in what was being served. The accompanying rice was merely filler, and an additional order of Thai fried rice continued the same pattern: edible, but flat, dull, and entirely uninspired. My wife's gluten-free Pad Thai with tofu, a dish built on balance and brightness, was especially disappointing. It lacked acidity, sweetness, umami, and spice every note that gives Pad Thai its character. The noodles felt seasoned out of obligation rather than intention. It was food that offered no pleasure and no reason to return to it, ultimately left unfinished out of sheer indifference. This experience was not about spice tolerance, dietary restriction, or personal preference. Five people ordered widely, and the conclusion was unanimous: nothing stood out, nothing lingered, nothing satisfied. When every plate is this muted, it signals more than an off night it suggests a chef cooking without inspiration, without curiosity, and without soul. Thai cuisine is bold by nature. Having eaten throughout Thailand, we know that even the most modest street stall delivers food with clarity, confidence, and heart. What was served here bore little resemblance to that tradition. Last night (contrary to other nights and lunches in the past) , Bangkok Avenue did not simply miss the mark it stripped Thai food of the very element that makes it special: taste. I liked that it came with a good amount of fresh veggies. Dish was a bit under-seasoned, could have used more salt and depth of flavor. I ordered medium spice and then added more spice to make up for the lack of flavor. I'd come back to try some more traditional Thai dishes, but was a little disappointed with the ramen.

Kept our water glasses full even though we had a pitcher of water on the table. She made great recommendations and most will be on the list to have again. It is a very nice restaurant. Looks very high-end for a Broomfield shopette. Even their takeout containers and bag is not your typical Chinese take out container or paper bag. Great place all around.

We came to Broomfield in 2019 and have been searching for a good chinese food restaurant since then and have never been very impressed until TODAY!! We both agreed that the food here was the best we have ever had :). We enjoyed having the pork pot stickers & Snow Crab Cheese Wontons as appetizers. They were served to oue table within 5 minutes of ordering. Unbelievable flavors and the sauces were just right. We then ordered Dan Dan Noodles & Beef with Broccoli as entrees with Vegetable Fried Rice & Vegetable Stir-Fried Udon Noodles. We were served within 5-7 minutes. Everything was AMAZING!! Our server, Adrienne, was the most professional and courteous person we have ever met. She was a joy to talk with and took the time to answer any questions we had about the food & drinks. We will definitely be returning to Miya Moon as we have finally found the #1 Asian Food restaurant ever!!
