I did love the dish other than the spice levels! the side sauces were spicy too. Having a veg momo on the other hand was making me feel better. I might have to go prepared the next time and ask more probing questions. It is not nice to not display the price along with the menu. You will be only loosing customers with this kind of experience!

We got rosemary chai and orange pistachio chai. For the quantity, the $4 price is decent for a full cup of tea. Both flavors were good, I personally liked the Rosemary a little bit more but my husband preferred orange as that was very unique. Vada pav was SUPER fresh. Not oily at all and not made on burger bun. Overall very good hangout place. Couple of parking spots near by. Dog park right next to it. I may try other snacks items next time

And the chili paneer was absolutely delicious - in a thick gravy that had been seasoned well. The pricing was quite reasonable and the quantities were filling. But every single visit to ATX includes me ordering Madras Dhaba delivery to my hotel. Turn around time has always been rather quick and accurate. So what are my go-to orders? They are their delish and slightly spicy two piece samosa, their paratha, and saag paneer. This place has odd hours, apparently closed on Wed, and I typically will order on Thurs nights. I have found that their menu offerings can vary depending on when you're ordering. On a Tues they didn't have Saag Panner on the menu so I opted for Panner Tiki Masala, still delish but not as good as that Saag Panner. Also their rice is S O good! I've recently found myself also ordering their Panner Tikka Tacos and yes...those have now become an absolute staple that I feel inclined to include in every order. Don't you judge me. I have also had their Veg Biriyani and was satisfied with that as well. TBH I have legit never been disappointed with anything I have had from Madras Dhaba. The flavors, the portions, the price. They all come together and create what I have previously described as my fav Indian joint. Will I end up visiting in person, I would hazard a guess and say yes, some day I will actually eat at the food truck. I took 3-4 bites of my food, opened Yelp to see if I was completely crazy (the overall review rating looked very good) and as I dug into the reviews, I realized I wasn't alone. Wish I had read the reviews more closely about the food vs the 5 stars for how sweet the couple in the truck are.

The Pad Kee Mao (they spelled it Meow) or drunken noodles did not taste good, nor did it taste anything like what drunken noodles are supposed to taste like. Couldn't eat that one. Thai leftovers are my favorite breakfast, I had no desire to eat them the next morning. They were out of the chicken sauté and egg rolls. The couple who run it are older and super nice which is probably why they get good reviews. But the food wasn't so good and it took a while to make.
