We were shocked with the price and doubted that the quality of the materials would be good or the workmanship would not be good. We were wrong. They were here on time and were very professional and they were very careful with our home. The materials were good quality and the workmanship was excellent . They delivered what they promised for the price they promised and the quality they promised, all on time. In fact it was done in less time that than we expected. Mahassa even came by on Sunday to inspect and verify the work. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. During the process I could reach Mahssa almost anytime. I sent one more update around 7:12am and still no show, call, or response. I am now writing this review at 7:30am and still no show, call, or response. I had to get up early on a Saturday morning and they have only wasted my time and energy. Completely UNRELIABLE and INCONSIDERATE. If you want your family owned business to succeed, you have to deliver quality service in a timely manner...which was not the case. I'd highly suggest NOT hiring JunkGods.

Thank you Romeo. I am a repeat customer of this company and have had good experiences in the past. However, this most recent quoting and appointment keeping experience was poor. Not only was my job delayed by Kaminski twice, they raised the price by double from the initial written quote. Even after I originally sent photos, gave dimensions and stated multiple times that the job likely would require a scaffold (I even had the AI agent confirm the need for a scaffold), I received a phone call one hour before the second revised appointment they gave me (they cancelled the first appointment hours before) stating that they couldn't do the job for the amount quoted. There were multiple conversations, rescheduled appointments again and they did bring the price down- albeit higher than the original quote. When the job was done, they did not honor the revised quote and charged $95 more than what was agreed and given to me in writing. Exhausted by being beat up by their process, I paid the bill. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this company not because of poor work quality but because I can no longer trust their process.
