Doron was honest and practical about the ideas I gave. He incorporated my idea and executed it beyond my expectations. Through the demolition to completion he had quick communication. If there is something you don't like he will make the changes and not pressure you into his ideas. I ended up getting a full front yard remodel, upgraded garage door, exterior paint with some wood removal and stucco application. The cost of my project was on the higher side, but you get his design skills, patience, understanding, project alterations, and openness. My interactions with him mirrored the energy of a good friend.. Very easy to talk to. When you choose Value Crafters know they work fast! Which is a good thing just have your project cost already set aside to meet the payment schedule. I would work with them again.

The project manager, Doron was very communicative and kept me updated on a daily basis. Every step of the job was done efficiently and with good quality. I have worked with many contractors, but this company definitely stood out from the others. Not only quality work but good value. I will definitely call ValueCrafters again for my next project!

Everyone involved in creating a template and in performing the instillation was great - they showed up when they said they would and their work is very good. The problem is with changing costs. I was told the remnant was $300 and the fabrication was $595. A total of $895!!! I paid a deposit and before writing the final check I messaged John to verify everything. All of a sudden the $595 fabrication cost was increased to $850. So, now the job cost is $1,150!!! NOT OKAY !!!! I foolishly did not get a written invoice when we started the transaction. Do NOT be as foolish as I was.... Especially when buying remnants from GD Tile at their fabrication location.

I had some very specific requests, including a refrigerator with a special width and height, so the cabinets had to be carefully planned and customized above it. The cabinetry under the island and above the refrigerator required a lot of attention to detail, and everything came together beautifully. Yoseph kept me updated throughout the entire project and always explained what was possible, what wasn't, and what our options were. We also worked on the design together with their designer and architect, which made the whole process much easier from my side. Yoseph was always available, communicative, and patient with all my questions and ideas. I really appreciated how involved he was throughout the project and how he made sure everything was done the way we wanted. I'm so happy with how our kitchen turned out! I'm sharing some pictures, although I'm definitely not the best photographer and my iPhone pictures probably don't do it justice. We were so happy with the kitchen that we've now hired Yoseph and Cali Bath and Kitchen again to remodel the first-floor guest bathroom. I Highly recommend Cali Bath and Kitchen!

She said some bathroom tiles were on a good deal. After I chose the tiles color I liked, she quoted me $2.99. I asked her to write down the prices , color of vinyl , tiles, counter top ,.. my builder will come to pick them up... Three days after my builders came. they sold them to me for $2.99/sqt. And same day afternoon they called and said they wanted to cancel the order and refund the money due to a their mistake. If I wanted to continue with the purchase, I would have to pay $6.99/sqt. When I complant, they were irresponsible and arbitrarily canceled my order. This has affected the construction progress of two houses. To avoid a similar situation, I strongly advise everyone not to buy from them. They are Chinese, and they lack responsibility and adherence to sales principles.

Communication throughout the project was clear, responsive, and professional. We always knew what to expect and when. Their workspace was kept remarkably clean, which anyone who's lived through a renovation knows is rare and deeply appreciated. Most impressive was the thoroughness of the finished product. Nothing was left halfway or "good enough." Every corner, every edge, every detail was completed to a standard that made it clear this team genuinely cares about the work they put their name on. Thank you Romeo. I am a repeat customer of this company and have had good experiences in the past. However, this most recent quoting and appointment keeping experience was poor. Not only was my job delayed by Kaminski twice, they raised the price by double from the initial written quote. Even after I originally sent photos, gave dimensions and stated multiple times that the job likely would require a scaffold (I even had the AI agent confirm the need for a scaffold), I received a phone call one hour before the second revised appointment they gave me (they cancelled the first appointment hours before) stating that they couldn't do the job for the amount quoted. There were multiple conversations, rescheduled appointments again and they did bring the price down- albeit higher than the original quote. When the job was done, they did not honor the revised quote and charged $95 more than what was agreed and given to me in writing. Exhausted by being beat up by their process, I paid the bill. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this company not because of poor work quality but because I can no longer trust their process.
