Street tacos

The food and drinks were great, however the service was appalling. Things started out great with our first round of drinks, but our server changed while we were waiting for our joiners. Totally understandable, but our second server couldn't have cared less about our dining experience. We had to ask for a salsa and chip refill six times before it arrived at our table- I wish I was kidding. Our dirty appetizer dishes, plates and drink glasses sat on the table our entire meal, and no one came back to check on us. We also had to flag down our server when we wanted to order our dinner, more drinks, and ask for more water. Most disappointing of all, our graduation party, that no one asked us about, had 8 people meaning this awful service got tipped 18%. I completely understand having automatic gratuity on large parties, but the service needs to be worth that 18% if you're going to charge it. This was our first and last time at Molé. The food and drinks truly were good, but the bad service outweighs the good eats.

9/9/23 Lunch with daughter and a beautiful view!

While walking on the Centennial trail with my daughter, Kaylah on 9/9/23. We fell hungry and opted for Mexican food for lunch. We found Molé restaurant along our walkway and decided to make a pit stop. Thankfully, there weren't a whole bunch of people yet. It was a gorgeous sunny day so we sat outside with a beautiful view overlooking the Spokane River. It was not a clear view due to an obstruction of some leafy vine plants that covered the railing. That made it not so pleasant. In order to truly see the view, you literally had to stand. It would've been best to have bar height tables and chairs to capture the view and the dining experience outside would be lovely. The interior of the restaurant is pretty large with nice decor, art mural, clean and comfortable ambiance. Our server was nice and made recommendations. We were offered complimentary chips and salsa which we enjoyed. The salsa was good. I ordered the Baja Fish tacos which were delicious. I enjoyed it paired with horchata drink. My daughter ordered the Empanadas Fritas. She stated was pretty good. We would return to try other items on the menu.

We Sat outside, nice area with shade, Staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable about menu items The Aguachilies are beyond spicy! Order with caution lol but great flavors Drinks we strong and tasty. 2 meals- 2 drinks and an appetizer came out to around $80 I believe. Food and location were great. Will be returning

Crimson Kiss and Blueberry Cilantro Margarita.

The food and drinks were super yummy and the staff were very attentive and welcoming at the beginning.

This place was moderately busy for a Friday afternoon at 6pm. We didn't have to wait for a table and the food was served fairly fast. The venue is very nice inside and outside. We had an outside table it was beautiful overlooking the Spokane River. We enjoyed what we ordered. My girlfriend loved her food and I thought the Salmon Molé was okay. It's a different flavor than what I'm used to. The servers seemed very rushed and hurried. They were pleasant and respectful. However, they seemed like they were rushing us to leave so others could take our table. They might have been short staffed. I'd recommend this place. Their prices are somewhat decent. The salmon was a smaller portion for the price in my opinion. Va Piano Ox Cabernet Sauvignon: 4/5 (strong) Empanadas Fritas: 5/5 Salmon Molé: 3/5 Oyster: 4/5

It was a nice day and we were in the mood for Mexican so we decided to try this restaurant in the Kendall Yards neighborhood. We were impressed with the nice outdoor seating with the view of the river and all trail activity. First strike against them: no beer on tap. We decided we would suffer with the bottled beer and kudos to the cold glasses they gave us. We took some time to look through the menu and with a little help from our very nice server we decided on the pork stuffed chili relleno for me and hubby got a chicken burrito (without the pineapple salsa - he hates pineapple). Both of us were underwhelmed by our choices considering both dishes were about 10% more expensive than our favorite Mexican venues. I should have followed our server's advice and gotten the cheese stuffed relleno but even the sauce was kind of bland. I did like their unique crispy (homemade??) chips that came with a mild but decent salsa. Husband didn't like them but he's a traditional corn chips and spicy salsa guy. I guess you're paying for the view. We love sitting outside but I saw the interior seating and was unimpressed by the cafeteria like ambiance with the plain wooden chairs and tables arranged in rows. I don't know. I just like booths and more cozy seating. There were a couple half booths that were nice but on a busy night you'd probably get seated in the plain tables. I guess we won't be back.

Molé was seriously so delicious! It's a great spot right near the water which an amazing view. The food was delicious and service was great. The fish tacos were so good and the street corn appetizer is a must.

I love a good Mole meal! The drinks are divine and their tacos are delicious! Everytime I have guests in town I bring them here and they always enjoy it. Normal good service

The chips and salsa are SO good. The chips are perfectly crispy and served still warm, and the salsa is flavorful without a ton of spice. I ordered the enchiladas del mar with shrimp and crab. The seafood inside was good but unfortunately not very flavorful overall. The rice and beans were also lacking flavor. My husband had the ribeye fajitas and really enjoyed his meal. We enjoyed our cocktails and the service was good. I'd come back to order the fish tacos again.

Great dinner and experience at Mole last week in Spokane. We had one night that we we didn't have basketball at the arena for the NCAA Women's Tourney, and I had asked my wife to pick a Mexican restaurant for dinner. She picked Mole and it was excellent. Our daughter had the Pastor Street Tacos with rice and beans...so good. My wife had the Chile Relleno and loved it. I had the Al Pastor Burrito...besides being huge, it was great. The pineapple inside was different but oh so good. The chips beforehand were flour tortilla triangles and the salsa was excellent. e had seconds of both. And the Classic Margarita was as good as could be. The server Yareth was running, but so friendly and engaging. We loved her. They were busy with all that was going on in the city, but Mole was memorable, and a restaurant I would recommend and go back to.

the "deep fried ice cream"

Service was horrible, the waitress walked by our table every time never checking in on us, we had to call her over for the check, refills, to order dessert. Water was never topped off. As well as first walking in with dirty water on the table which was almost drank, and when asked if it was dirty they said yes and proceeded to leave the water on the table. Also the dessert labeled as deep fried ice cream had no description on the menu, so I was very surprised to see when huckleberry? ice cream came out with corn flake cereal coating it. Not deep fried but okay, I didn't eat it. Sorry bakas, the actual food was delish though. Amazing atmosphere very nice in here.

When you walk in your welcomed with a live walk of greenery and beautiful tropical flowers. The restaurant has a large patio out back that overlooks looks the Spokane river . We were sat inside because of our large party. It was very busy , very loud and hot in the restaurant. We were all sweating. We ordered a variety of mixed beverages. My favorite is the grilled pineapple margarita. I also tried the mezzcalini, oo wee. That one is very smoky. Too smoky for my taste buds. I ordered the chori queso, expecting it to the ooey gooey liquid gold cheese. It is not. It was good, but once the cheese cooled down, it was challenging to eat. It came with tortillas , which wasn't what I was expecting either. But maybe I've had too many non authentic queso and chips. I did like the salsa that came with the chips. Not too spicy, a good consistency to scoop with the chips. I ordered the crispy baja shrimp tacos. It came with three tacos on the plate. Kinda pricy at $22 for three tacos and no rice and beans. The flavors overall were amazing. I enjoyed the pickled onions , it cut the heaviness of the battered shrimp. I could eat endless amounts of these tacos , but I was also hoping for rice and beans as well. Overall the shrimp tacos were good. I would try Mole again, but it is a bit pricy.

You order at the counter, fill your own drinks (no alcohol served here), and find a place to sit. There are plenty of tables, and some of our food was coming out before we even picked a spot to sit. Between the three of us, we ordered carne asada tacos, queso birria tacos, birria nachos, and the carne asada plate. Let's just say we had SO many leftovers! The service was quick, the food came out fast, and we had a great experience. Definitely a place worth checking out if you're in Spokane Valley and craving some Mexican food!

Was a 10/10... now extremely disappointing…read more I hate writing this because the first time I came here, it was honestly a 10/10. The food was amazing, the people were great, and I was excited to come back. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I planned a date night and decided to order from here again. Since we have kids, we did pickup. We drove about 25 minutes, then waited another 25 minutes because the line was packed which I didn't mind because the food was that good the first time. But this time? Completely different experience. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese... and it had no beans. Just rice and cheese in a tortilla. Then the nachos, honestly, for $27, this was unacceptable. Dry chips, unmelted cheese, some tomatoes thrown on top, no meat, no beans just thrown together with no care. It looked and tasted like an afterthought. What made it worse is the lack of accountability. I tried calling multiple times last night and again this morning no answer. Calls just ring or don't go through. I even tried calling from different numbers. Nothing. At this point, it's not even about the money it's the principle. Mistakes happen, but not being able to reach anyone or have them make it right is frustrating. I really wanted to keep supporting this place because the first experience was great, but this completely missed the mark. If you go, just be aware the quality and consistency might not be what you expect.
