Outstanding Cuban cuisine!! I had the Lechon Asado. It was perfectly cooked. Just right amount of garlic and lemon! The black beans and rice were cooked to perfection and the tostones were crispy and tender! The only downfall is the size of the restaurant...quite small. They offer outdoor seating but it's only comfortable to sit outside during the warmer months. All in all it's a place I'd recommend! Oh and the mojitos are really good too!!! read more

Let me begin by saying that I haven't had an experience this amazing in a long time. From the atmosphere to the food to the personable owner, Mojito's delivers a memorable experience. After a long day of traveling, my friend and I were looking for some grub within close walking distance from our Airbnb apartment. Look no further than directly across the street! The colorful exterior drew us in and the seating on the patio was perfect for the sunny day. We started by ordering drinks: the tucán, which was a delicious mixture of rum, strawberry, and passion fruit. My taste buds danced when I took my first sip: it was fruity and very refreshing. The food absolutely blew me away! I ordered the pabellón dish, which is apparently the national dish of Venezuela. The seasoned beef was cooked to perfection and was complimented nicely by fried plantains, seasoned black beans, and white rice. Portion sizes were very generous as well. My favorite part of the experience was getting to know the owner, Luam (I'm sure I'm spelling his name incorrectly). When he found out that we were from out of town and staying directly across the road, he very graciously gifted us a bottle of rum and two shot glasses. What a kind man! We will be back before flying home and highly recommend this amazing restaurant. read more

This was probably the most fun dining experience I have had in Seattle. The staff is super nice and funny. We had a wait and they chatted with us and gave us some complementary snacks! The food was all so good, especially the mango shrimp appetizer. The dessert empanada was also very delicious. Good spot for those looking for a change in their dinning routine. read more

Uber eats delivered us a meal from here. We tried 3 of the entrees and several of the appetizers, planning to split it between 3 people family style. A fight quickly broke out because no one wanted to share. Outstanding food. Can't wait till we can eat there in person! May just grab my own table there and never leave! read more

Best ceviche in town! And great cocktails. Support local small business and have a great time!

Everyone I know who has been here just loves it, and yet somehow, this place is never packed! The food is great, the people are really friendly, and it's a cute atmosphere. It can be tricky navigating the streets around it to actually get to the restaurant, but it's worth persevering. My favorite is the vaca frita! I could eat this 5 times a week! read more

When I want to show off the best Seattle has to offer; I make stop at Cafe Mojito! A quick appetizer and beer for an early lunch on a weekday, a weekend dinner with family or an out of town guest for lunch...Cafe Mojito for all occasions. The best staff, the food is amazing and if you're lucky (like I have been), the owner will come and chat with you; sharing a story or drink. Go. You're welcome. read more

Excellent dishes. Authentic flavors. Fun drinks. Off the beaten track location. Really good place for a ground of people. Be careful of the garlic... it is VERY powerful. And the fruit salad burned my tongue in a good way. My grandma is Cuban and I'd say that these folks know how to get the flavors right! read more

Pretty good decent flavors, dinner portion could be larger though. But we cleared our plates. And the million dollar mojito is very tasty and strong!! read more

I know I am supper harsh on Hispanic businesses, but it is because I am Hispanic. I have had may share of Hispanic food and I am somewhat good at cooking it myself. The food was cooked. Nothing was hard or under cooked. Meat was tender and jut right. However; everything tasted the same. Everything was over powers by vinaigrette. Way too much. Another thing location!!!! Omg I was sitting there for a minute and I about witness 3 car accidents. It's a one way street and well should I say it. Hispanic!!! People were coming in the wrong way. Then there were a group of kids coming in the right way but at supper spread they almost crash against someone coming the wrong way. I speak of them cause they went in to the restaurant as if they own the place I would not be surprised if they are family of the owner. For them reason only 3 stars. The de flan was good. read more

There's barely any parking but spending that extra 10 minutes to find a spot is SO worth it. The food is amazing and flavorful I love Hispanic cuisine but they elevated my standards. The service is great too! Very quick and the waiters are helpful when trying to understand the menu. Also the fruit smoothies are made with real fruit not the fake purée stuff I recommend the mango smoothie! read more

This place has been around a long time! I drive by it all the time and recently went back. I was not disappointed! The food was great - lots of different options and the food came really fast. The folks working there were so friendly and attentive. It's a funny location but shouldn't be passed up! read more

Super good! Haven't had a dish we didn't enjoy. Big fan of their empanadas and arepas!

Came in for dinner sunday night and was so happy I found it ! the food was absolutely amazing and the Caipirinha was perfectly sweet yet refreshing. Luam, the owner, made the experience so much more enjoyable and we were treated like family ! Definitely recommend read more

We've eaten here 5-6 times, and it is always very fun. The owner seems to work 18 hr days --- he is always there. He is very warm and courteous. I hadn't been there for a year, and when I arrived, the owner came up to me and expressed concern he hadn't seen me in a long time, and wanted to make sure I was OK! (How did he remember me?!!) Food is great. Atmosphere is busy and semi crowded (it's a small place!), which is fun. 100% thumbs up. read more

Amazing, just go! From the drinks to the food to the cake. My girlfriend is from Panama and went to cooking school in NYC at international culinary institute and her and I both loved it. First time. Fantastic food (super tasty) And excellent Mojitos! Very friendly servers. Little loud but well worth it.

Was looking for a place to get dinner late night and luckily this place wasn't too far and it's open late ! I couldn't believe it was on the corner of basically kinds of where the free way is.. in like a house looking place. The place is nice. It is loud, but I like the vibe of it! Definitely a late night stop. The people were nice and great w suggestions. I had vaca fresca I believe is what it's called, oh man, even my partner ate more of my food instead of his. The lemon on top of the shredded beef hits the spot. Would rly love to go back to this place again! read more

Mojito - Vaca frisca I believe is the name. The shredded beef w some lime and habanero sauce is the BEST. - Cuban Near Me - Seattle, Washington

I had the good fortune of having Mojito introduced to me a couple nights ago. This restaurant is a revelation for Latin American flavors. So good, I had to come back the following night to try some more. The empanadas and ceviche are incredible, the guacamole is the best I've had, and make sure you get their namesake Mojito. We tried the Parrilla Mojito, Bistec a Caballo, and the Vaca Frita. All were fantastic and worth coming back for, but the Vaca Frita is a must order for someone at the table. Luam, the owner, truly cares about the customer, and he'll make sure you have a meal you won't soon forget. read more

What an amazing find! Tiny little place with bright colors and loud Latin music. Truly authentic Caribbean food. Fabulous drinks, the best mojito I've ever had and my hubby had the special rum punch which was also fabuloso! Fast service, well we had to wait 20min for a table because it was packed and there are only 8 tables inside. The flan is to die for and cafe con leche was on point. Felt like I was back in Puert Rico! I can't wait to go back! read more

Omg this place is SOOOOOO good. I always get the steak thats marinated with all sorts of spices and citrus (Parrilla De Luigi). They have this hot sauce made with garlic and habanero peppers that is REALLYREALLY spicy but oh so delicious. The ceviche is so yummy with just the right amount of citrus flavor. I like eating it with the habanero hot sauce. The Guiso De Pollo is really tasty too. Kind of an expensive joint but VERY large portions. I love the service at La Casa del Mojito. The people who work here are so friendly and are more than willing to help you order if you're not used to Latin American food. I currently live in Santa Clara but once I move to Seattle I know I'll be coming here a lot more often. read more

This is an AMAZING spot in Seattle. Black owned, hella delicious food, and great service! I love the ambiance (there is outdoor seating with beautiful murals). The colorful and vibrant energy brings you to a paradise vibe that you can't usually find in Seattle. Favorite dishes are Camarones Carmen Miranda and Pescado Mojito. Both have so much flavor I love their house salsa (red one is spicy which makes me so happy bc that's hard to find in seattle) verde salsa is not spicy but tastes really yummy! read more

Love their friend ripe plantains. Customer service is always top notch. Once they made a mistake on my order and they went above and beyond to make it right. That is what quality service is about. read more

Food was good but would've been better if it came out at the right temperature. There was a bit of a wait for the food and the server apologized and we were given free tostones, which were good, apology accepted. Everything really was delicious but I really can't stand eating room temperature food so that's why the one star knock. Restaurant has a nice ambience that complements the food. We'll go back and give it another shot. read more
