HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM ON THE SIDE!!! This this the fifth time I've ordered just a chicken quesadilla with sour cream on the side and the fifth time I've never gotten sour cream. My husband has to anticipate that they are going to forget and buy some at the hannafords.

The girl that made our food looked like she did not want to be there. Moody like with no personality wearing peach shirts. If it wasn't for the girl that greeted us and worked the register which wore a black shirt , we would of gave a 1 star. All the other moes are pleasant , I should of listen to my girl about going to bridge street moes . She was right ,The 2 workers add to the term ghetto.

Just prefacing this with this is perhaps the first/only negative review I've ever written. We are…read moreusually very tolerant of iffy service, but we just left and it was quite possibly the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. We were traveling home and wanted a quick, easy dinner with the kids, so opted to try Chili's. I know that Chili's sometimes has a bad reputation, but this was beyond awful. We were seated pretty quickly and our waiter came over to greet us, but it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to come take any order (we hadn't even ordered drinks/apps yet). We ordered two kids meals, a Smokehouse combo and a ribeye, plus two alcoholic beverages. The drinks took another 15 minutes or so to come out, and our food arrived another 15 minutes after that but was mostly inedible. The steak (which was ordered medium rare) came back well done and absolutely covered in salt. I tried taking a photo but it doesn't do the saltiness justice. The broccoli was raw. Literally just uncooked broccoli. Our son's meal came with a side of corn and it was the same as the broccoli- it was almost like they just thawed out frozen corn and let it dry out. Our waiter was very, very nice, albeit a bit strange, and unfortunately never checked in. No one stopped by our table all meal, so we couldn't even ask about the saltiness of the meat or the undercooked vegetables. At one point I went up to the hostess table and waited to talk to someone, but the three young women working completely ignored me until I gave up and walked back to pay and leave. The other very odd thing was that we watched a couple of bizarre employee interactions- a hostess arguing with table staff about which tables to bus, someone accidentally clearing a table where the customers hadn't left yet (they were in the bathroom) which resulted in an argument, etc. All in all it was terrible, and would never go back there or recommend it.

The food was just okay and I gave 3 stars for the good service. I take my nephew to lunch/dinner…read moremonthly and he loves Chili's so that's where we end up more often than not and the food and menu have not changed much. We had the tortilla chips and salsa to snack on before our food arrived. The chips were good and fresh but we did not enjoy the salsa. He loved his triple dipper (Nashville hot honey mozzarella sticks, chicken crispers and chicken wings. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and they cooked it perfectly but it was missing the caramelized onions, instead it had tiny pieces of regular onions which did not compliment the burger and the French fries were unfortunately cold. Our server was good conserving he had a few tables. The atmosphere is your typically chain restaurant with TVs playing different sport channels. Great parking lot with plenty of spots and good location off the highway.

I stopped in here the other day and had a really good experience. It's a smaller restaurant, but…read morehonestly that made it feel super cute and cozy. The atmosphere was great -- warm, relaxed, and really comfortable. We started with the chips and salsa, which I'd rate about a 7/10. Mild to medium spicy and tasty, definitely a solid start. I ordered the chile rellenos, (vegetarian)which came with rice and what I'm pretty sure were refried beans. there's a thin coating of batter over them and I'm pretty sure the waiter told me that it was gluten-free which is awesome. The rice was really good, and even though I'm not a big fan of refried beans in general ,the flavor was still nice. The chile rellenos themselves were pretty decent -- nothing spicy at all, so if you're someone who doesn't love heat, you'll enjoy them. I personally love spicy food, so I wished they had a little more kick only because I am a heataholic The best part of the visit was honestly the service. I don't remember our waiter's name, but he was fantastic. Super accommodating with my food allergies, really friendly and funny, and our food came out extremely fast. Prices were moderate and felt fair for what we got. Overall, cute place with great service and solid food -- especially if you like milder flavors. I'd definitely go back to try more of the menu!
