I had bought this special deal on Groupon to replace my cracked screen. This happened by sitting on my phone... Everything still works great just like before, and the repair time was around 45 min. Just enough time to walk down to Kilowatt brewery just a block or so away and have a beer while waiting. Perfect! The only reason why I took off a star was because of a $10 upcharge due to having an old,(to many, outdated)iPhone SE. This was not mentioned in the fine print on the Groupon. So, kind of a bait and switch. But honestly, it was the best deal around so it was impossible to beat.

They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.
