I asked the workers if there's always nobody here and they said their biggest rush is about 3 people each day. Which is a pretty sweet deal for them and for anyone who comes here. You'll be seen pretty much right away each time. The staff both helped me out. Sometimes taking turns, sometimes together. Got both of their attention which was nice and made for some light banter between us all. I came in for T-mobile internet. I was pretty set that I wanted it but I came for more information first. They acted a bit prematurely and went to sign me up after explaining the bare minimum with me, which I didn't like at all, and although I was pretty set, I slowed them down and still had them walk through the information with me. Because they were ready to sell me, I knocked them down a star for not listening to me and what I was searching for. Other than that, they answered all of my questions, gave me tips for other T-mobile related products, and shared tech-related issues and ideas about the future which was a cool insight into the field I know nothing about. Parking lot is shared with other businesses. There are sharp turns here and even though it says its a two way parking lot, its really only suitable for one person to go at a time. So in other words, drive defensively.

Today, I came in to get my screen protector replaced, and as always, they made the process smooth and stress-free. Now, let me tell you, I had never experienced a true "Karen" until today. An older lady came in, yelling that someone needed to take a box from her. One of the associates calmly explained she'd be next, but she kept insisting she should be helped immediately. Meanwhile, another customer came in with her two little girls. She asked for the store's help, got on the waiting list, and the "Karen" started yelling even louder, claiming she was there first and shouldn't have to wait. Through it all, the associates stayed calm and professional, explaining that everyone would be helped in order. Long story short, the lady left still angry and didn't even complete her transaction. Meanwhile, Ally and Juan handled the situation flawlessly and took care of me with their usual kindness and efficiency. I can't recommend this store enough--not just for the service, but for the amazing team they have. Ally and Juan make the drive worth it every time, and even witnessing chaos doesn't take away from how great the experience is.
