It's always unfortunate to hear when many have issues with the service or afterward with the functionality of their cell phones. I did not experience anything like this with my screen replacement. At the time I went, they were operating out of a kiosk in the parking lot. Same one as Chaba Thai kitchen. I had bought this special deal on Groupon to replace my cracked screen. This happened by sitting on my phone... Everything still works great just like before, and the repair time was around 45 min. Just enough time to walk down to Kilowatt brewery just a block or so away and have a beer while waiting. Perfect! The only reason why I took off a star was because of a $10 upcharge due to having an old,(to many, outdated)iPhone SE. This was not mentioned in the fine print on the Groupon. So, kind of a bait and switch. But honestly, it was the best deal around so it was impossible to beat. read more

My Yelp review from 2016. I started having senstivity issues with my multi window button on my Galaxy S5 work phone. As you can see in my previous review they did a really bad, bad job. My 30 day warranty is up, and they say it's gonna be another 50 to fix my charging port. My co-worker had his done elsewhere but for more, and he hasn't had issues with his. There was a lady who was even watching the conversation I had with the saleman who looked like he was high or something, and she might have been thinking should I get my stuff repaired here. I purchased a Groupon to get my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced. Upon seeing the reviews other Yelper's gave this place, I still gave JTI Wireless a shot and I'm glad I did. I dropped my phone off during lunch, and got a call around 3pm saying it's ready for pick up. I would of picked it up same day but they closed early this week (due to electricity) and I would not get off work in time. Anyways, I picked up my phone the next day and it looks great! Pretty much brand new. I wasn't able to test out my phone in store (because there was no electricity and my phone was dead...) but they told me to come back if there was something wrong. GREAT JOB APPLE :) I went through Groupon to get this deal - Glass-Only Screen Repair for iPhone 7 ($73) Here's the timeline to give you a glimpse of my visit on SUNDAY: 11:00 AM - Time they open (as listed on website) 11:30 AM - Store still closed... 12:30 PM - Came back to check. Finally opened, desk manned by two employees. Had a few questions re: my phone, and instead of answering them - JUSTIN became annoyed, rudely brushed me off, continued to do his bookkeeping, and ordered his coworker to answer me. They went on to inform me that there were a few orders ahead of mine, even though I had came by before they even opened. 3:00PM - Came back to pick up phone When we walked in, the store was empty. Waited for about 15 minutes inside store before anyone came from the back to give me my phone. There are a few glitches with my touchscreen, but I cannot tell if that's due to my having dropped it, or from JTI's mistakes. With that said, I will not make any accusations re: functionality of my phone. The repair was cheap, so you get what you pay for. --- However, here's a quick food for thought Yelpers - Scroll through this establishment's page and search "JUSTIN." As of today, there are 6 reviews mentioning his name. Based on these reviews, he interacted with 2 women and 4 men. Glance at the star rating, and actually read their comments about how he treated them individually. Notice anything? Think about it. I'm pretty generous with my stars on Yelp, and I seldom give 1-star reviews, so this poor review speaks volumes of how this much experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. They called when it arrived and then had it ready in an hour. I've been using the phone for a week and it's flawless. I absolutely recommend this company. I would never recommend JTI Justin to any one! Sorry I have to do this. Just was good at first, he gave me discount on repairs, thank you for that but.. he changed! He told me to pick up my phones else he will throw them in garbage, I've text messages. This is my personal experience with this store owner Justin I gave him mine and Friend's iPhones couple times, they guy became unprofessional. the Iphone 7 roes gold Main Board was damaged. I brought it for a screen replacement then he damaged the charging port and the mother board. 2 Iphone 6S Plus's missing home button, 1 front, 1 back cameras missing, 1 battery missing. I tried to resolve this issues gave him a chance yo fix instead he insulted, used bad words and Finally he blocked my number. My next step would be to see him at court. If I wanted a broken phone I could have done it myself....for free. I found them through Groupon. I figured that to fix an iphone 5C screen and LCD for 29$ or so dollars was worth the risk of going somewhere new. I was dead wrong. I get there, its a dingy little shop, the girl takes my phone, charges me an extra $20 for the LCD replacement. No biggie, I understand repairs are expensive. I wait 2 hours for them to fix the phone, when I leave it seems to be working fine. Cut to 12 hours later. My lock button is unresponsive, it is in a constant state of trying to lock the phone, and then turn itself off. When I try to get into my phone by pressing the home button it does not open, it just screenshots my lock screen. I notice a crack in the frame that was not there when I dropped it off. I have not dropped the phone since I brought it home, I bring it back in to JTI, they take my phone, they do not text me to tell me it's finished like they had said they would. I come back 5 hours later and they proceed to tell me that " A screen replacement would not affect the lock button, but we can replace it for 40$". At this point, I have previously spent $40 on a phone only worth $85. I explain the situation one more time to this girl who is a broken record telling me that "the technican said that they didn't do it". Little recap, I dropped off the phone with them, hours later it malfunctions. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY THEIR FAULT. They did not offer to comp a fix, they did not at least admit that it was their mistake. The least that they could do was offer to fix it for me tomorrow for $25. I'm not going back, ever I am contacting Groupon for a complete refund for a job that only made my phone worse than before, I could have done that myself FOR FREE. Little tip to JTI: Stop employing children at your front desk, learn how to treat your customers with respect and admit when you've made a mistake. read more

Absolutely the WORST service I've ever received anywhere. I turned in damaged phone for repair. They suggested to start with diagnostics that costs $20. After about 10 days I stopped by to check the status of my phone. Guy gives me back my phone that is now also physically damaged. I. Guessing they were trying to take it apart and damaged the actual body, so I can't remove the battery anymore. When asked what happened, the only answer was "we don't know." Ok. Now I'm asking what is wrong with my phone, after all I paid $20 to diagnose the problem. The answer again was "we don't know." At this point I am asked for my $20 back, since it was paid for diagnostics and they had no answer for what was wrong with my phone. What did I pay $20 for? Was my next question. "Just for us to look at the phone" was the answer. Simply no service and rude asossiates at this place. read more

Took my iPhone 6S Plus in for s new screen. I was in and out in 30 minutes; I tipped for the fast service. However, when I got home I realized the screen was darker than normal. I reset all the settings and It was still dark. When I restart the phone the the Apple logo is dim. I tried to get used to it but having to keep my brightness up is killing the battery! I took it back to see what could be done. Justin gave some BS excuse that it happens sometimes when you change the screen and there wasn't anything he could do. At first i was impressed. I BOUGHT a galaxy 8 plus. I have sprint they ensured me afyer me asking over amd over and over it will work correct they said yes every time. Got home tried to do the switch and nope it is not compatable with sprint. Told the store about ot and they said they do not offer refunds.
