(srry in advance for long review-- i have soo many good things to say about Diana.) I took a 6 month break from lash extensions, and I finally decided to treat myself and get them done. I just wasn't loving having my fake eyelashes fall off in this DMV humidity. I literally hash-tagged dmv eyelash extensions on IG and I found her. I contacted her via email, and I booked an appt for volume eyelashes. When I arrived, she asked me what kind of look I wanted, (dramatic cuz im extra), I took a lash nap while she worked her magic. It took about 3- 3.5 hours. When I got to see my new lashes I was honestly so amazed at them. Sooo fluffy and thick- looking like I had strip lashes glued on. Like I said before, I had lashes on for about 2 years with another lash artists. While I loved her work, Diana's skills are leaps and bounds more awesome and advanced. I don't know anyone who can do actual volume lashes in this area, except for her. ( trust me, ive looked everywhere.) It's been about 3 1/2 weeks since Ive gotten my set, and they're still there, I probably have about 75- 80% of them, just w/ less volume, and this is after being in Miami humidity for a week. (having them constantly in salt water, and I also wash my face/lashes everyday, 2x a day-- i hate dirty lashes. :p) W/ my old lash tech, after about a week and a half, my lashes were looking pretty sparse and wonky. Another thing that I appreciate about Diana is that her glue doesn't have that weird fume scent, and her adhesive doesn't give my eyeballs chemical burns. I'm def going to book a fill very very soon. I also got acrylics done by Diana, and of course they're perfectly shaped as well, and its been almost 2 weeks. When I was booking my nail apt about 1.5 weeks after my full set, I told Diana I wanted to get my nails done cuz i was going to Miami, and she offered me a free lash touch-up to give my lashes that full look. I was so amazed by her customer service. Diana is super cute and professional, & she's also very easy to talk to while you're getting your nails/lashes done. A good set of lashes and a great set of lashes look about the same right after application, but the great set is the one that still looks flawless after three weeks. She really pays attention to my requests for length & shape, and since they're put in correctly they look natural as they grow out-- no twisting, no empty patches, and no yanking out clumps of lashes when removing makeup. I drive an hour to get my lashes done every 2 to 3 weeks if that says anything... I have had so many bad experiences with lash artists that I was so skeptical and almost scared to go anywhere again until I finally found Dianna. Besides the fact that she is SO sweet and professional, her lash isolation is very meticulous and technique is EXCELLENT. You won't leave with half your lashes filled. You will 100% get what you paid for and more bc her retention is great also! I'd like to also mention that I have a sensitivity to lash glue. Dianna is the only one that i met that truly understands and practices SAFE application. Usually my eyes swell for 1-2 days post application but with Dianna I don't have that issue.
