There are Fiji water bottles in the lobby but no sign by them. I wasn't sure if they were included in the cost of the appointment or cost extra so I didn't take one. Maybe if I was bolder, I wouldve inquired. They sell a number of sugar scrubs and other products that you can use after your sugaring/waxing appointment at home. At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.

I came here during the soft opening special last week. I figured I'd try a new spot and the $99 special helped too. ;) I had a very good experience there. My lash tech was Patience. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and gentle. I actually fell asleep lol. I also received an aftercare kit as part of the grand opening special which I loved and it's easy to use. I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes at work also. I'm actually looking forward to getting my fill! It's located in salon suites so that may be confusing to some but it was easy to find for me. Also, there's only street parking but that is to be expected being in Bethesda. I love going to BW Lash Studio. I get multiple services done here regularly. Patience is always professional and my results are always amazing. Most recently she microbladed my eyebrows. Her sketch was exactly what I wanted without me having to tell her. The finished product was better than expected. They look natural and frame my face nicely. For my very first brow tint, they came out great! Patience was very thorough in walking you through each step so you know what is happening. My eyebrows are naturally thick and she shaped them and tinted them to look like my own. I was afraid of them looking too dark and it was the perfect tint.
