They send you a confirmation email with the check-in information. On the day of the visit, you can check in from the confirmation page and wait in your car till you get a text message or you can go inside and scan the kiosk from the QR code that they give you via email. I always choose just to wait in my car and it's never been a problem. I find them to be very quick in service and friendly in nature. Otherwise I would find another spot I will keep returning for my health needs.

The person processing my order, Donna Yarbrough, at direct labs caught the duplication and sent me an email saying they were refunding the unnecessary tests and refunding my card. How cool is that. I checked in 10 minutes early and was called back for my appointment right on time, my doctor had 6 labs ordered, so my appointment consisted of two blood files drawn and pee in a cup. I was in and out of my appointment in less than 10 minutes!!!!! This place is great, staff was fantastic, they do their job very well. Side note: I do not suggest anyone walk in without an appointment as appointments have seniority and you could be waiting hours and still not be seen!

There were "APPOINTMENT ONLY" paper notices on the kiosks, but I assume the room was full of people without appointments because I overheard someone mention a three hour wait for those without appointments and there were only three or four names on the appointment list screen. I don't like that there is no reception desk--just kiosks and chairs--but I suppose one could knock on the door. While I was there, someone did knock on the door, but they had to knock several times before someone responded. Also, I saw here what happens often at these "kiosk only" places--when someone needs help, they end up asking others waiting for help because the staff is not available.

This is my first time ever leaving a review / the one drawing out my blood today took it out…read moresideways I felt my skin rip I immediately let her know it actually hurt , I look down and saw blood gushing out . She covered it immediately but I felt it sting and hurting felt the pain shoot my arm. I told her again that it is hurting she just said she pulled it when it was full. I came to the car and took a look it was bleeding and it you can clearly see she cut me it was a small open wound fallowing with a red line . It was no small puncture . She did not properly take it out. I checked on it later still bleeding and there is a bruise forming on it .
