This is my first time ever leaving a review / the one drawing out my blood today took it out sideways I felt my skin rip I immediately let her know it actually hurt , I look down and saw blood gushing out . She covered it immediately but I felt it sting and hurting felt the pain shoot my arm. I told her again that it is hurting she just said she pulled it when it was full. I came to the car and took a look it was bleeding and it you can clearly see she cut me it was a small open wound fallowing with a red line . It was no small puncture . She did not properly take it out. I checked on it later still bleeding and there is a bruise forming on it . read more

The wait times here are insane. I went in for a blood draw as a walk in, I waited 1hr 20 min and still was not seen. I have never waited more than 20 min at any other Quest location either Turlock Modesto or Manteca. The phlebotomist there are so slow. Every time a person went in, they would be in there for 5-7 min. Even the people dropping samples were there for 5-7 min! There seems to be some disorganization. I hope they fix it. People of Ceres deserve better. read more

I had an appointment today for some blood test. The person who called me named Keisha was very unprofessional and completely disrespectful. I had the most horrible experience dealing with her. I don't understand how management would allow a person like this to work there. As she walked away she even made a comment on what I was wearing. I was trying to help her out with information and her response to me was so rude that it escaled from there. She should not be allowed to work with people because it's obvious that she does not know what respect means or professionalism. I hope that this review is not overlooked but needs to be addressed and sent to corporate office. This is unacceptable! read more

Needed some blood work done for my nursing school and so made an appointment online to go in today at 1:20. I walked in at 1:13 and they called my name right on time. I was helped by Erica. She did an amazing job calming me down and helping me relax because I told her how scared I was to get my blood drawn for the first time (despite me going to school to become a nurse HAHA). Anyways, Erica made the process quick and easy. I was done within 15 minutes of me entering the building. I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment online rather than walking in and waiting for long periods of time. It's quick and easy and you can literally make an appointment the same day. read more

I was told by a Dr to come and "drop off" a sample that needs to be in the freezer Of course there is no employee to help you with questions or concerns it is so dehumanizing that question has decided to remove humans from checking in and helping other humans Over the loud speaker "little to no wait " I have been here for 60 minutes waiting seeing people come in after me go behind the magic door where there is actual humans who refuse to answer an question just cut you off from speaking and refer you to the tablets The tablets give you no information they give you no option to what to only takes your information and tells you to sit like a robot I have been in and out of the hospital I am in pain and question has been a horror in this situation 60 minutes waiting in the waiting room In pain just for them to take a bag that is supposed to be in the freezer !!!! When the door opens and you ask them a question they don't look at you in the eyes and they cut you off and say the same thing check in on the tablet Really embarrassing they lack human empathy and skills bad on you humans read more

The technicians that helped me today were kind and patient. They were friendly and made accommodations for my needle phobia. They even went above and beyond helping me when I almost fainted lol. read more

I checked in and waited for over an hour. There was no place to wait I the waiting room because of all the damn people that decided to bring the whole family. I'm handicapped and no one offered me a seat so I waited outside. No one called me. So I had to recheck in and wait all over again. I was told that I had to wait inside and o no one would call me if I was outside. read more

Discrimination against seniors was observed. Clients with appointments were admitted mostly before their actual time ignoring walk~ins. Clients with appointments who were late were also admitted while the walk-ins were ignored. After two hours waiting and being ignored all the walk-ins were kicked out rudely half an hour before the closing time. Bottom line this location doesn't accept walk-ins according to this observation. Discrimination against clients who have no access to internet and mobile phones was observed. The staff was obviously tired and rude and their lack of management , information, and problem solving was unbelievable. read more

Very bad customer service My wife had an appointment at 8:30 am today somehow they didn't get the order in portal from doctor. This Mexican lady at room no 2 couldn't wait to call physician office. My husband call and they sent new confirmation number to portal but she said they need to take another customer now and send my wife off and she left. My wife is kidney patient and appointment takes months to come. This Mexican lady very rude overall quest at ceres not recommended before as well . They have too many customers they can't handle it hope officials do something about it . We will try to call their coprate office but went on voice mail. I believe when it's come to medical they have to be serious because this is not restarent or any other shop they can just send people off and not to serve. We will never go there and not recommend to others. read more

I went in at 2:23, signed in as a walk in. At 2:31 the gal came out and announced, all walk-ins will have to come back tomorrow because they stop seeing walk INS at 230. Why let me sign? Two of us in the lobby, told to make an appointment or come back at another time. Nobody in the waiting room!!. read more

I had an appointment at 7 am, but forgot my lab slip at home. I had the soft copy of the lab slip and have been able to use that before in other offices. Unfortunately the tech here was super dismissive and said she needed a hard copy of the lab slip so wouldn't perform my tests. I know that isn't true as other Quest labs have input tests and then given me my hard copy back or taken the soft copy. This was a huge disappointment and makes me not want to go to this Quest office again. read more

Myself and my family have a great experiences here !! My husband and two daughters and my 80 year old parents go here when needed ! Danielle Is the best at getting hard sticks ! My mom has extremely bad veins and she always in other places ( including the hospitals ) get poked several times before they get her ! But Danielle is TOP NOTCH at what she does ! I can't say enough .. about this location ! We have the quest ap ... make the appt / and have never had a bad experience ! And the ladies and gentlemen here are always kind !! Again thank you Danielle .. just recently my daughter always passes out .. we came in Danielle took her to the table and talked to her the whole time .. she didn't pass out and also said it didn't even hurt like other times of getting her blood drawn ! 1 Star is one too many. What a joke for testing. They say free Medi-Cal testing. However, my nephew stood in line and the first question he was asked was if he had symptoms. He answered honestly and said no. They told him he had to have at least one symptom for free testing (and you know they are getting reimbursed from the government). He told them his mother recently tested positive and he lived at home with her. They said no! A $200 fee would apply. So he's living with a CoVid positive mother who had tested positive twice and he has to have one symptom? Ridiculous. How about asymptomatic people who very well could be spreading the virus? So being in close contact with a positive person doesn't matter. You need a symptom! The government wants more testing to be done, but Quest has decided you need to be symptomatic before they will test. Unless you pay $200 of which this lousy business is all about. Go to Project Baseline. They test for free with no insurance. No questions asked. Quest only wants your money and cares nothing about your health. Don't give them the time of day or your business. read more
