The place was…read morebusy and start to finish was a little less than two hours but it's an urgent care and the weekend. Dr. Basi has an excellent bedside manner and he helped me more than any doctor has since my injury two months ago. I've went to the ER multiple times and to a regular doctor and Dr. Basi was more knowledgeable than all I've dealt with recently. They have labs and imaging next door which is why I decided to give this urgent care a chance which makes it convenient. I'd definitely go back.

I went in 3 weeks later for a scheduled post appointment with NP to make sure everything was well and the girl up front said the NP had left for the day. Great an inconvenience.. however I asked the girl if she was able to show me by before pictures as I did not notice any results and I was supposed to see results 2 weeks after the procedure. She looked through the iPad and she said there were no pictures taken on the day I went in of my traps. I clearly remember NP taking the pictures. I tried rescheduling an appt to see the NP again and they said they were booked up for the next 2 months. Honestly I feel like I was just scammed two thousand dollars worth, I'm not sure if the Botox was diluted with something else because I should have seen results with the amount of Botox that was injected and I didn't, which is why I tried seeing the NP but was unavailable during the times I was and when I did the appt he had left for the day. The service was great and the NP was amazing but overall after the procedure and I had questions I did not receive the help I needed. I'm left to pay the 2k in payments now with no results. I learned my lesson. I am also aware trap tox is not permanent and I knew this before the procedure and NP did explain however from the start there were no visible results. I attached a picture of when they did the procedure they offered to film for me and I left the office feeling great but overall I regret getting it because again no results within the two weeks and lack of help and communication afterwards.

Very comfortable arrival. *within minutes, I was seen for my appointment. Michael was my injector. He was upfront with costs and gave me a price before he did any work, which I appreciated. Then he got to work! He gave me his professional recommendations for treatment, but also LISTENED to me when it came to my end result goals. I went on Monday to get it done and did my bloodwork the same day with quest diagnostics. I had my results in my quest diagnostics portal by Wednesday that same week. So why is it that it's already Tuesday the following week and they still hadn't called me to pick up my stuff. So I had called on Friday (the week I did the exam) to follow up and said can I send them from my portal directly to you and they said no they had to receive the results directly from quest. So I had to call quest and tell them to send the results to them and even quest said that it is not my responsibility to be doing so and that del valle clinic should've been the one to call to do it on my behalf. I should not have had to be the middle man in this process ESPECIALLY with how much I paid. Every. Single. Day. Counts. When we are under the current presidency of Trump so it's so crucial that things are pushed through in a timely manner because laws change from one day to the next and I should not have had to wait on a medical exam for this long given the current times. I wanted to be able to submit my stuff and move along but because they had no urgency, it's delayed at no fault of my own.
