    Ultrasound!
    Bryan P.

I am a current student at this school, and I have a month left of the ultrasound program, and love this program! So happy I picked this school. Everyone here (staff) really wants to help u learn and find a job when you are done. I was also lucky enough to have started this program with an amazing group! Extremely helpful when u have classmates who care and are serious about making ultrasound their career. Lani is an amazing program director who's always there for you whenever you need extra help. Danielle has great notes for lectures and is very thorough. Mary is a physics master and is always willing to go the extra mile to teach you, only if you are willing to go that extra mile with her! Michael is very passionate at what he does here, great teacher and lab instructor.

I'm currently a student at Modern Technology and I have already completed the MA portion. Currently I am half way through the X-ray program. I'm so happy I made the decision to attend this school. However it is imperative to note that my x-ray teacher (Alina), is the best teacher I have ever had in my life. I used to attend OCC and I have not had a better teacher than Alina. My MA teachers were good as well but Alina is the best she will go out of her way to make sure you understand what all the Labs, lectures, and anatomy. I have been blessed by the medical gods with the opportunity to be a student at Modern Technology school they do a really good job at working you into things that you're not comfortable with to make it second nature. If you are on the fence about making the move to do MA/X-ray program just do it you won't be disappointed.

Much more contact with real people in terms of classes and assistance with deals than any other company I personally know of. The CEO/coach, Sam Weaver is a good guy and he really wants his students to learn the material well, so he encourages us to take the classes as many times as we need to in order to learn. I tried on my own for a while and had no success at all. Then I paid for some other programs but never had the help I really needed in order to make it happen. Most companies out there will give you a bunch of books, CDs, and DVDs to study, and then you have a very limited amount of time to learn everything before your time runs out. This is true for even programs that cost more than twice what Fortune Weavers charges. To be clear, this is NOT a FREE COURSE. But there are ways to make money while you learn if you have some serious drive. Hence the paid internship ads. You CAN get paid while you learn but a) It's not easy. And it's basically commission-based. So you only get paid when you find leads that end up being a transaction. b) you DO have to pay to be in the program. However, as far as I know, there are some lower cost options with installment plans for that program. So ask about that if you're interested. Again, since I'm not in that program, I can't give you a lot of details about how it works or even if it's still available. But, it's worth asking about it. What do you learn? How to talk to homeowners and potential sellers How to raise funds for your projects How to manage the projects How to hire contractors. How to calculate costs and evaluate potential deals Different approaches to marketing for deals and much more. I highly recommend Fortune Weavers to anyone looking to be successful in the house flipping business.

I graduated from Concord 9'2022 and Mr.Roya was my clinical instructor. During our clinical rotations, Ms.Roya went above and beyond to make sure we had opportunities to learn and gain hands on experience in different clinical settings. She was always proactive in communicating with staff and facility personnel and worked hard to create learning opportunities for her students. When we were at a clinical site, she paid close attention to every detail and constantly made sure that we were following proper procudures and staying safe. It made me realize how much of an impact she had on my education and how much i still appreciate everything she taught us. Looking back, I was thinking that she was little too strict with us. But now that I have graduated and have been working in a hospital for the past 3 years, I understand why she was that way. Her attention to detail, high standards, and emphasis on safety helped prepare me for the reality of working as a nurse. I sincerely recommend Concord to anyone who is serious about becoming an LVN. And if Ms.Roya is still a clinical instructor here, you can expect to receive real hands on experience and an instructor who will genuinely go the extra mile to make sure you learn as much as possible. That unexpected encounter after all these years is actually what inspired me to finally write this review.

The curriculum is scattered, the instructor is constantly distracted with her midwife job and checking her phone during class, and at one point she didn't even realize she hadn't shared the venipuncture video before sending us into lab. On October 1st, she didn't show up at all, and another person, Linnea, "taught" us by reading directly off a slideshow, giving unclear or incorrect answers, and providing no real guidance in lab. In lab, I personally witnessed unsafe practices: being told to draw from a swollen site after already being instructed not to, the instructor palpating after the site had already been cleaned, lack of proper tourniquet disinfection, improper PPE use, and students reusing contaminated equipment. Even the parking lot felt unsafe. A woman filmed me while I was arriving. Linnea herself has admitted she feels unsafe at this location, told us to park in a better-lit area, and even said she's afraid of someone "popping out of the bushes." When I told her about the incident of being filmed, she grabbed her keys and asked me to point out where the person went. I told her where but said it wasn't worth my energy or safety to confront the individual. Her response was "it's worth my time" and she quickly went upstairs. I stayed downstairs because I was not comfortable or safe confronting someone who had just been recording me in my car. After three days, I decided to withdraw. I sent a formal email requesting a refund (which the school's own staff confirmed I am entitled to within the time frame). Instead of addressing my email, Linnea left me a voicemail saying she found out I dropped "through the internet," which is unprofessional. She obviously received a notification that they got a one-star Yelp review, and the level of unprofessionalism is only being exacerbated by her response. This program is not safe, not professional, and not a place where students can truly learn. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

He kind of just threw you into it and read off the slides that were given to him by the couple running the school. Brian and Lin were not much help with resume building and job placement. Every time I asked for help they referred me to websites that make resumes for you. Not helpful. I think they only have one connection for externships that is all the way in Mission Viejo. If you are going to do a program, I suggest you go to a school that actually cares about their students and outcome after the program is finished. I felt like time and time again they gave me the run around and were not actually helpful at all. I wish I would have done my research better. This program might have been great at one point in time, but it definitely fell off. My cousin went to a school in Santa Ana, AUMT Institute that definitely cared for their students and wanted to see them succeed. I am not trying to be mean, I am being honest about my experience, find another school.
