My school district offered this training for a limited number of employees, so I signed up. Immediately. The last time I'd taken a CPR/First Aid course was about 10 years ago, and I knew that many things had changed since then. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this course and Megan,the instructor. Although I loved the idea of getting this important training, I also knew that 4 hours can be a LONG 4 hours, depending on the instructor. On the contrary, I was completely engaged, entertained, and at a few points, literally on the edge of my seat: literally. I learned SO much! Megan was funny, and warm, and just made everyone feel comfortable. I've been working for my district for almost four years, but I only recognized a few people in the training session; I credit Megan with setting the proper tone so that everyone felt comfortable speaking and asking questions. This course was all-encompassing and while I only thought I'd learn about CPR, I now know many other useful life-saving things, including proper AED and epipen usage. Currently on the phone with Chase disputing the CPR "non - service" charge. unfortunately the day before my CPR Class which I requested the day off for, Megan emailed me asking to come on another day. When I said I cannot make it she suggested another day. Both of which were inconvenient. I asked why she wanted to reschedule, mind you these e-mails were short like 4-5 words. No valid explanation, she finally responded she doesn't feel good. Instead of going back in forth in e-mail I called and left a voicemail. No answer & no call back after I left a VM. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. I would not recommend this service to anyone. There are many other programs like this that are far more organized and professional. read more
