LET THIS STORY SINK IN BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS DR OFFICE FOR YOUR CHILDREN…read more They refused service to my child who was sick and needed to be seen urgently according to their OWN NURSE & they admitted to making a clerical error totaling $37 that was literally the cause this refusal! We had been a patient for years & suddenly got a $37 additional charge I didn't recognize, so I called. They said they would ask the dr why & call me back. They never did & a few months later I got a bill. I called & they said they sent a certified letter (which felt crazy). I never received this letter & they couldn't find my signature or any proof. They said it must have been lost. I asked why they never called or emailed like they do for everything else - they had no answer. I didn't like this situation now, it was very fishy - but went ahead and paid that $37 just to end the madness. Fast forward to this morning- my child was very ill - I called & talked to their nurse who said they needed to get in urgently - to scheduling before confirming the appointment they brought on a manager who said they decided that day I paid that $37 to allow my kids 30 more days of access & then refuse to treat us. She admitted they never told me of this 30 day deadline & that she was a recent hire & the old team left. I told her I didn't think I could even get my child into another doctor so quickly so she said she would ask if they could make an exception right then to do an appointment at this urgent time and she would call me back. She NEVER called back! This is UNBELIEVABLE, ILLEGAL & grossly IMMORAL to refuse to see a child patient (with no notice) because of a cheap clerical error that they admitted to! This left me with no option but expensive urgent care! I'm looking into taking further action now. If anybody wants to put this story in a movie or anything, I have actual proof to back it up I don't think anyone should trust them with their children or money. Even if you've been a loyal customer for years- watch out- apparently they don't care. Do not support this dishonest practice!

Our pediatrician recently retired and she recommended we go to Dr. Van at Bee Well for future…read morepediatric needs. Wow, I am simply stunned at the wonderfulness that is Dr. Van. My kids are smitten with her-she has that "I-am-doing-what-I-was-born-to-do-and-I-love-it" quality/ "kid-whisperer" thing that is so rare to find in such a remarkably knowledgeable doctor. She is patient, genuine, thorough, kind, and her dedication to providing the best care for both kids and their worried parents is incomparable. (Another plus for us "worried parents" is that she utilizes their healthcare portal to provide resources and detailed information that was shared/promised during the visit-this will be so helpful if specialists are needed in the future). We love Dr. Van!!!! 10 stars!!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Van highly enough. I've never felt more comfortable with medical care/advice for my two children than i did with her. High EQ, super high IQ + data driven, and just cares about the wellbeing of the kids she sees. Not going to lie, our first appointment was borderline intimidating -- Dr. Van can sometimes speak fast, and drops a lot of knowledge on you in a very short period of time. But, she is extremely thorough and her standard of care is top notch -- exactly what your children deserve to help them thrive! I now have an even greater appreciation for this as we moved and had to switch providers multiple times. Sadly, I have yet to find someone that I feel is a thorough and knowledgeable as Dr. Van. I see some negative reviews about the office. But frankly, I never really had any issues on that front. and even if I did, I'd still recommend you run to Bee Well.

It is not an easy (or likely very fun) task, and I do not know what we would do without Taylor. We are the luckiest family to have such wonderful people in our corner.

We have our usuals that we see unless they are not available. They are very sweet and kind to our son. Our doctor, Dr Chang is pretty cool too. I am able to get the front desk on a call without too much holding or delays. No insurance issues yet. They also have video options for at home consultations. Sick and well entries are a nice touch. I wish they were open later and also on Sundays. Otherwise I have no real complaints or concerns.

BEWARE: Cold Insensitive Staff and Manager…read more It's about their toxic culture and attitude rather than the grace period excuse they are holding on to. Unable to see a child in pain and experts in bad behavior towards parents scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. It was entered in their system as 11:15, and I -- the parent who booked it -- never received a confirmation. We arrived three minutes past the grace period for a time we hadn't agreed to, and our sick toddler was refused care. My child was in visible pain with a worsening infection and was never assessed or even looked at. No other physician was offered, no referral, no urgent-care suggestion. The front desk and office manager spent the time arguing with us about the clock rather than showing any concern for the sick child in front of them. This wasn't a one-off. Getting a timely sick visit with the MD has consistently been difficult, despite the practice advertising same-day sick visits. Zero compassion. If you need a pediatrician who will actually see your child when they're sick, look elsewhere. We've moved our care.

We recently left this practice and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing…read more First, the subscription fee is difficult to justify when you rarely see the actual doctor. Paying an ongoing fee for limited access did not feel reasonable or transparent. Second, the front desk staff was consistently condescending and dismissive. Communication felt frustrating instead of supportive, which is especially disappointing when dealing with your children's healthcare. Lastly, when we requested our children's medical records, we were initially told it would take 4-6 weeks, despite the legal requirement being 2 weeks. After pushing back, we were then told the records would be sent "tomorrow" -- which happened to be day 14, the last day allowed. This felt unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. Overall, we did not feel valued as patients and the administrative experience overshadowed the care. We ultimately decided to transfer to another provider and hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.

This week, my youngest son of 3 came down with strep and pneumonia and the care that we received was unmatched-- Chanin, one of the RNs, was so precious with our very sick boy and I trusted her as much as I would a MD-- all of the other nurses and medical assistants are awesome and care so much about these kids! I had many worried mom calls into the office this week and was always called back quickly with all of my questions answered. We saw Dr Reidy for the first time this morning. This woman has such a passion for her little patients and it shows. I will also add that, while they do recommend the CDC vaccination schedule, they respect that you are the parent and respect your choices regarding vaccines. I appreciate this place so much!

What a great feeling to know I've got someone on my team who is as invested in my kids health as much as i am. She really takes the time to dig deeper and get to the root of an issue. No matter what I bring up, she's got a solution that is simple and fun and hat the kids love. She spent over an hour with my son at his last visit answering so many questions - some just about how a machine worked. When he was scared about a shot, she turned on a bubble machine, put essential oils on a tissue so he could smell a scent and waited patiently until he was ready. When he said he doesn't like vegetables, she told him the benefits of broccoli. I kid you not, he has asked for broccoli (and enjoyed it) almost every day since. And he loves repeating the benefits she shared with him. She's guided me through parenting tactics, intrinsic motivation techniques, nutrition ideas, and so much more.
