I was amazed by my results just after one treatment and am definitely headed back for more in the recommended 4-6 weeks! Each of Paula's treatments are 90 minutes and begin with a thorough skin consultation. My latest concern were these tiny white bumps on my face which she diagnosed as milia. She informed me they could be removed, but could cause some bruising. She added they sometimes reach the surface on their own. Had an amazing facial by Paula! She is very professional, sweet, and accommodating. She greeted me with a large glass of ice water and walked me to the restroom before my treatment. Her appointments are 1.5 hours long. Her treatment room is cozy and comfy. She made me feel comfortable with my skin and told me everything she was going to do, and also told me what she was doing during the treatment which put my mind at ease. I have very sensitive skin and rosacea so I am very picky with who touches my face and with what products I use. She also used very low steam which is good because my face doesn't do well with steam. The treatment went well and my skin felt smoother and was glowing after, thou it was flushed and red as usual after I get a facial. The next day it calmed down and was glowing. I purchased some skincare products and received a free hydrating mask. I can't wait to come back for my next facial treatment.
